We really enjoyed our stay here! Brittany was a wonderful host and the house was exactly as described. We had 6 couples in town for a concert at Cooks and it was the perfect house with a perfect location. I would highly recommend!

We had an excellent overall experience!! Super hosts, they were very responsive & really took time to personalize our stay. The house was clean, updated and had all the things we needed. Very nice modern home with plenty of room. The outdoor areas are very inviting. The office space was perfect for anyone needing to work some while on vacation! The nearby school playground was great for kids.

The location was perfect, close to restaurants , making it easy to explore the area. Clarissa was very communicative and welcoming, offering helpful recommendations and ensuring that I had everything I needed throughout my stay. I felt comfortable and safe during my entire stay, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy, well-located Airbnb with great hosts. Will definitely book again on my next visit!

We really enjoyed our stay at this newly renovated home. Steven was a fantastic host and my family and I had a nice stay. I would recommend this Airbnb highly! If and when we travel back to Perryton we will definitely attempt to stay again!

The house was perfect for our weekend trip to Lubbock for a Tech football game. Great neighborhood, super close to a grocery store, and close to the loop. The house was clean and stocked with everything we needed. If you are traveling with kids, this is a fantastic home to be in. There is a little playroom, great backyard and kid plates/utensils. Will definitely stay here again next time we come in for game time.
