Skylar was super nice her place was amazing, my family and guests loved the place, the restaurant recommendations were amazing. We felt right at home. Any question we had Skylar answer super fast, we loved the place so much we booked an extra night! 10/10 recommended, next time we go back to Lubbock this is the first place we’re going to try to reserve for the weekend.

We loved our stay here - the poolside cabana was so stylish and comfortable. The owner is an architect, and you could tell with the excellent touches through the property. She was extremely responsive to our few requests. This is in a quiet neighborhood - and excellent home base for us to attend the Texas Tech football game, and explore the town. Would stay here again, in a heartbeat!

Best Airbnb in Lubbock. Beautifully decorated. Nice furniture. Great kitchen. Brand new washer and dryer. Comfortable beds and great fenced backyard for the fur babies. Loved it!

I reserved a stay with Kerrie for two months for a business trip, and it went extremely well. I really appreciated the separate desk area to negotiate work documents and the adjustable bed frame in the master bedroom. My back thanks you for this nice upgrade from typical AirBnB offerings! The host notified me well in advance for scheduled house maintenance, yard work, and other service items. Cold and hot water cooler was a nice touch as well.

This was a great place to stay last minute. Fiona was very accommodating to our needs. The house had everything needed, especially for guests who were not prepared for a stay. The bathroom was well stocked with all items needed in case you left something at home. The beds were very comfortable and check out was a breeze!

Immaculately clean, nicely decorated, well appointed home in sought after Tech Terrace. Host was great about reaching out, check-in and check-out instructions were minimal, easy and clear. Dog friendly home even thought of dog bowls and treats! Host gave several local recommendations which was much appreciated! Excellent property!

Devin was a great & polite host! I stayed for 3 nights during the Thanksgiving holiday since he couldn’t come home. Devin was very accommodating & responded quickly. The Penthouse is extremely roomy & comfortable! The views are immaculate and the space has great cooking utensils. Water & snacks are provided as well as Netflix & Prime. There is a dart & pool table for enjoyment and me and my son went a few rounds & that was a nice experience. The balcony is also extremely large and wraps around the entire townhome space!

We really enjoyed staying with Dawn. Not only was it a great place to stay, but we had the perfect evening. We had dinner with live music, drove a few blocks down the street to our honeymoon suite, swam and relaxed under the stars in the pool, and enjoyed our spacious suite. The sit down home style breakfast was delicious. What a special treat!

this was an excellent stay. and we look forward to returning to this Airbnb in the future. We were scheduled for an event on Thursday night and decided to stay a few nights. We enjoy the hot tub and Stacy was super responsive and helpful. when we had a family emergency. she showed great kindness and understanding and we thoroughly enjoyed everything about the property!
