Great place to stay. Quiet neighborhood. Cozy home! I would recommend this place to anyone.

Perfect location for our visit. We loved the openness of the home, and being able to host our son and his friends for a family style dinner and spend the evening visiting with everyone. Will definitely look at this home for future visits.

The house was clean and comfortable. It was just like the pictures. We had a terrible wind/dust storm and it blew some shingles off the house. Ramon responded immediately to me when I reached out. Great visit, will definitely keep this house in my “Favorites”.

I loved staying in this home it was very clean and the bathrooms were very aesthetic. And the owners communication was amazing. I had no problems whatsoever staying in this house it it’s very spacious and I love the TV and the fake fireplace overall, such a wonderful home and wonderful airbnb hosts!

The hosts were accommodating and helpful in extending my stay. They were responsive to my questions, and the listing photos were accurate. This was a great option for budget-friendly house that offers plenty of room.

My family of five had a wonderful stay. They had family games that we used for a game night. Plenty of things that kept my family entertained. The house was clean very well furnished and in a nice location.

Perfect house for a one night stay in Lubbock for a concert nearby! The house was spacious, extremely clean, had everything we would need, and Ruth was in constant communication with all instructions. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

This was our second time staying at Jame's property. It is large and well-furnished and perfect for our short trip. The historic feel of the old Lubbock County courthouse is a plus. This is a great reuse of this beautiful building. Checking in is easy as JJ and Michelle greeted us at the parking and showed us to the unit. We'll be back! John and Duang

Very comfy and spacious condo in downtown. Well stocked with the basics. Location was a little sad as there aren’t establishments within walking distance but only a short drive. Appreciated the secure parking. Also, walked dog during day and night with no concern for my safety nor did I see shady characters as one guest stated. Would highly recommend.

Nash was an AWESOME host! He hooked me up when I needed a last minute place to work remote for a couple days. He was very on top of communication and responded promptly when I had questions. I will definitely be staying here when i’m back and recommend any traveling the same!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Clay's townhouse. We were visiting Lubbock for my daughter's graduation ceremony at Texas Tech. We wanted a place near the campus that was clean and had plenty of room for three people. We also wanted a place that had style and felt comfortable. The townhouse was everything we wanted and more. And Clay was very responsive! He proactively sent instructions for check-in and was quick to answer my questions. We will definitely stay her again when we return to Lubbock.

This house was fantastic and in a perfect location close to everything. The gated entry and parking added extra convenience and security, making the stay even better. I highly recommend staying here and will definitely book again when I'm in the Lubbock area.

The place exceeded expectations. Lynn was extremely responsive for any questions I had. Check-in was easy as well as checkout process. Place was extremely clean and was perfect location for nearby family. Loved the snacks, coffee and small details like shampoo and soap provided. Park was close-by for dog walks multiple times per day. Would highly recommend!!

5 star stay! ☆☆☆☆☆ The property was great! We took our family to the lake over the weekend and we are so grateful that this home was available. This place had everything we needed, it was just as described, very clean and tidy! Both hosts Rob and Katie were wonderful, very responsive and friendly! We are looking foward to coming back again over the summer!
