We had a great overnight stay! The place was clean, quiet, and located in a safe neighborhood. It was perfect for a stop with our kids, and we felt very comfortable throughout our stay. Highly recommend.

The house was clean and comfortable. It was just like the pictures. We had a terrible wind/dust storm and it blew some shingles off the house. Ramon responded immediately to me when I reached out. Great visit, will definitely keep this house in my “Favorites”.

Place was as described and pictures matched. Close to Texas Tech and several restaurants and bars. Walking distance to coffee shop and bakery. In the heart of where students live but we didn’t mind as we were there for a few baseball games. The keyless entry was having some problems and didn’t work initially for us but Emily was very accessible and came by to make sure we could get in and that it would continue to work.

Loved the old charm of Maura’s home. Great location when your plans include visiting the nearby campus. Overall a great option for a couple or solo travelers.

The house was clean and clutter free. The house was perfect for my family because we were there because a family member was ill and in the hospital, which was a four minute drive from the house, and several of us came from different parts of the US. It had all of the amenities we needed. The homeowners were quick to respond with any questions or concerns we had.

We truly felt like royalty in this beautiful home. The size was perfect for our family graduation party. We chose to visit one of Christie’s recommendations of the English Newsome Winery and it was well worth it. We all enjoyed our time in Lubbock and at Christie’s house. She even decorated the house for the holiday to make us feel welcomed!

This is a FANTASTIC residence and my daughter and I had all the room in the world to catch up and visit. The outdoor space is wonderful and my mini aussie had the best time playing fetch. I want to come back after the pool opens. Thank you!

We have stayed in many places across the states and I must say that this is the first and only home we have stayed in with good beds. In fact, they are great beds. The location is very quiet very peaceful and very secure. The courtyard are beautiful. Everything we needed was supplied. The house was very clean and such a peaceful place to be and to come back to and relax very spacious. We will definitely stay here again. I would highly recommend this place anytime.

The place exceeded expectations. Lynn was extremely responsive for any questions I had. Check-in was easy as well as checkout process. Place was extremely clean and was perfect location for nearby family. Loved the snacks, coffee and small details like shampoo and soap provided. Park was close-by for dog walks multiple times per day. Would highly recommend!!

We highly recommend staying at Julie's Guesthouse. Pool for the summer and a beautifully decorated three bedroom house. IT was perfect. The linings, bed and temperature controls were awesome. We slept like a bunch of logs. The house was even decorated for Christmas. A very nice touch by the host Julie. She was fantastic.

We really enjoyed our stay at this newly renovated home. Steven was a fantastic host and my family and I had a nice stay. I would recommend this Airbnb highly! If and when we travel back to Perryton we will definitely attempt to stay again!

The house was absolutely perfect! We needed a placed for 8 people for Texas Tech graduation weekend. Plenty of parking for three cars. The house was clean and decorated beautifully. Beds were comfortable. Linens were luxurious. Quiet safe neighborhood. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone needing a place to stay and would rent again!!!

We'll be back! We visit family in Lubbock every few months and have found our final location to call our home away from home. Perfect in every respect.

The cabin was pristine clean - looked like we were the first guests. Refrigerator was immaculate. Great fenced yard for our dog. We would definitely stay there again.

The palace was immaculate, very clean, extra linens, the beds felt like you were sleeping on air, good kitchen utensils, along with everything needed to cook a meal. tvs in every room, internet is splendid , Propane grill is well taken care of, the hot water will literally take your skin off the bone, very good!! Water pressure is great and would reccomend to anyone visiting the area. The place just feels like home. Very good job host very good 😊
