Lucques : locations de vacances avec terrasse

De host Marco is fantastisch. Zeer behulpzaam. We hadden een gezondheidsdingetje en Marco is toen 's avonds direct iets voor ons gaan halen (we mochten hem niet betalen hiervoor). Het appartement is ruim en licht en van alle gemakken voorzien. Heel goed bed en groot terras met alle privacy. Het appartement ligt heerlijk rustig. We hadden helaas slecht weer waardoor we minder hebben kunnen genieten van alles.

The place looks like in the pictures. It's in a quiet area and it was quiet inside the apartment as well, no noisy neighbors. Matteo was very helpful and answered quickly to all my questions. Also left for us some wine and croissants, which was very nice. I recommend the place, money-value it's worth it, if you are open to walk a bit to the city center as it's not super close, for us it was ok. Thank you 😊

David was an amazing host. He was helpful in finalizing my booking and made sure I was ready for my stay. The house was beautifully decorated and some. He was proactive in making sure we were ok and we will certainly visit Florence again and stay in David’s home. I traveled by train to Florence and the home was just 5 minutes away walking. Very convenient and the rest of the landmarks or activities are very walkable. My partner and I loved the place!

So highly recommend this apartment, location, and Romy. The place is beautifully organized and instantly comfortable. The location is quiet and removed from the heaviest trafficked areas but you can be at some of the top spots within minutes of walking. Romy communicated a lot, gave great recommendations and was easy to chat with. Highly recommend. Made our stay in Florence so easy.

Casa in ottima posizione per accesso alle piste e alle altre attività e negozi. Casa pulita,comoda e calda. Non avrei dubbi a prenotare l'appartamento per un nuovo soggiorno in zona. Grazie

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce joli petit village très beau. Le logement est très propre il ne manque rien. Carla est très disponible et accueillante. Il y a même une petite épicerie bar dans le village. La literie est bonne aussi. Je recommande … merci encore pour ce séjour ..

We had such a great stay at La Molina. Beautiful mountains and forests. Great places to eat in walking distance. Trattoria Luciana is fabulous for home cooked food and a great bar, cafe. Farnocchia as well. Andrea is a really nice guy and responded immediately and was very caring. The house is very characterful and traditional, and well furnished. We enjoyed the log fire, even though the house was naturally warm without it in October. We didn’t need to use the central heating. The parking space by the road is great and you need to carry bags across the bridge to the house, which was fine for us. The river would be a great place to swim in summer. The walking in the mountains is very special. You’d need months and months to walk all the very well signposted paths. We are missing it already!

Siamo stati nell’appartamento per una breve vacanza. Gino e Calogera ci hanno assistito come ci si aspetta da dei host preparati e premurosi. Si è respirato tutto il soggiorno un’aria di famiglia. Consiglio vivamente a chiunque di soggiornare in questa Casa, spazi ampi e non manca nulla. La posizione è strategica per chi gli piace visitare i splendidi luoghi toscani.

Pour trouver le logement, un grand merci à Samanta pour ces instructions car le logement se situe dans des petites ruelles piétonnes assez ressemblantes, dans un village magnifique et authentique.Le logement est spacieux, très bien équipé et propre. Samanta a été à l’écoute et très sympa dans les divers échanges que nous avons pu avoir. Si vous recherchez une jolie maison au cœur des montagnes en ayant quand même une proximité avec la ville et les plages, foncez. Je recommande vivement.

Liebe Giada, es war ein toller Urlaub und wir kommen gern wieder! Zu „meinem Glück“ als Hausfrau/Mutter, fehlte ein Messbecher und eine Auflaufform. Natürlich ist das Jammern auf hohem Niveau. Es ist eine ruhige Straße und es gibt ausreichend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, eine gute Anbindung an den öffentlichen Verkehr (Cinque Terre/Pietrasanta City) und die Fahrräder im Angebot sind Gold wert! So konnten wir in gefühlt 4 Minuten am Strand sein oder den Einkauf bequem transportieren. Leider ist der öffentliche Strand etwas weiter weg. Der private Strand der in 200 Metern entfernt liegt konnte für 30 Minuten genutzt werden dann wurde aber auch schon darauf hingewiesen das wir entweder einen Platz mit Liege und Schirm mieten oder uns wieder auf den Weg machen müssten da es ein private Platz ist. Das hat uns aber nicht weiter gestört. Morgens, mittags oder abends ein wenig im Meer plantschen war für uns vollkommen ausreichend. Es war wirklich ein schöner Aufenthalt mit allen Annehmlichkeiten.

This is a fantastic location for those driving into Lucca. Parking is easily accessible just outside the ZTL but still within the city walls, making it a short and convenient walk to the house with luggage. While many reviews mention it, it’s worth emphasizing—this place is exceptionally spacious. It’s at least twice the size of other rentals we’ve stayed in that were described as “spacious,” which was a wonderful surprise not fully apparent from the photos. The extra room made it much easier to relax. We arrived on a cold evening to find the heat already on, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The host provided extra towels, body wash, shampoo, and excellent hot water pressure. Beds are comfortable. We enjoyed having a radio and desks in the living area. The WiFi worked well. Communication was great, and check-in and check-out were simple. I would absolutely stay here again.

Appartamento pulitissimo, la proprietaria Angela, molto gentile e premurosa, ci ha fatto trovare anche qualcosa per la colazione, posizione comoda per girare Lucca a piedi.

La casa di Daniela é molto bella, pulita, ordinata, vicino al tram T2 (quindi comodissima per il centro città) e dotata di tutti i confort. Non manca nulla. La consiglio vivamente.

El apartamento está en una zona muy tranquila y está muy bien ubicado con todo, se puede ir andando perfectamente desde ahí a todos lados. Para un fin de semana es ideal, todo estaba muy limpio y el host muy amable y muy pendiente a todo. Por el precio que tiene está muy bien, lo recomiendo.

What a Gem! Loved the location. The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and a blessing during hotter days enjoying the patio! Felt safe. Steps from a grocery store. Cafe and many restaurants! River view. Washing machine was incredibly helpful! Oh, and the bathtub was much needed after traveling 20 hours. Antonio was beyond kind, helpful, and truly a wonderful host. His kindness will not be forgotten. I highly recommend! We will be sure to be back! Go ahead and book it!

I am so glad I booked with Alessandra! She was very understanding when our plane arrived late and she was in constant communication to help us get from the airport to the apartment. She met us there and was so warm and friendly-even after midnight! The apartment has all the Italian charm that is conveyed in the photos. We purchased groceries and cooked a few meals and the kitchen had everything we needed. It was immaculately clean with comfortable beds and linens. Easy walk to everything in Florence. Two things to note, there are a lot of steps to get up to the apartment and no lift, and the kitchen has a slanted ceiling on one side so you have to duck down to access the cupboards -neither detail would prevent me from booking this Airbnb again.

A truly amazing stay and incredibly kind hosts. Probably the best Airbnb I’ve stayed in for all round location, style and comfort. The place is amazing, so beautiful and a proper ‘design’ style but at the same time really homely and cosy. I would absolutely stay here again next time we come to Firenze!

Clean, neat, 4 bedrooms with very comfortable beds and each bedroom having their own bathroom . Tommaso quickly responded to all our messages before and during our trip! Tommaso’s assistant , Francesco, greeted us when we got to the Airbnb and helped us with our luggage. He also had yummy snacks and drinks for us!! This Airbnb is in a terrific location walkable to great restaurants, train station, museums , leather market, etc! Would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone!!!!

We spent just one night in Pisa and chose to stay at Sabina’s place, which is within walking distance of the Pisa Tower and many restaurants. The apartment was spotless and exactly as described. Sabina was incredibly helpful from the moment we arrived, offering great recommendations on things to do and places to visit. She didn’t just answer our questions—she genuinely took the time to make sure we had the best experience. I stayed there with my wife, daughter, and a friend, and we all highly recommend Sabina’s place for anyone visiting Pisa!
