Wonderful spot right on the lake. Next door to a free boat ramp. 4 minute drive to a bunch of restaurants and parks. Also the inside was all newly remodeled, very modern kitchen and bathroom. Will likely be coming back.

Great spot right on the lake! The place is incredibly spacious and well-equipped. Not walkable to much other than the lake, but very convenient to get places by car. The lake view from the deck was lovely. Honestly was a perfect studio that could be a great for a long term stay too.

First the hosts are amazing. Responsive and communicative and very pleasant. This is a newly remodeled unit. Everything in it was brand new. The bed is comfy and the unit is very welcoming and charming. It has a back deck so you can sit outside and watch the sunsets over the lake. It’s off the main road so minimal noise. They have restaurants within walking distance. It’s definitely a hidden gem. I would highly recommend staying here.

Ed and LaVerne’s spot was great! Conveniently located for quick travel to surrounding areas. Definitely recommend. The house is cozy, comfy and clean and the lake views are beautiful. We had a wonderful time. My husband and 6 year old LOVE fishing and spent every day fishing off the back deck and private dock and caught bass and tons of bluegill. We’ll be back!

Beautiful spot off the lake and the ample patio makes it easy to enjoy a sunny day outside! Sunsets are especially beautiful across the lake!

Great spot to stay right on the water, we were able to easily launch our kayaks from the back yard. House was beautifully furnished and very clean! I was able to walk to Walmart for last minute supplies. Peaceful surroundings, friendly neighbors. Would highly recommend!

Our stay was amazing! The home is even more beautiful than the photos. There was so much space inside and outside. Had a multitude of supplies and overall was very comfortable! Perfect place for family, friends, and furry friends! The hosts were also so kind and responsive. Will definitely be coming back!

The location was beautiful—even with the rainy, foggy weather, we still had a great time. My son especially loved taking the canoe out to the nearby ship, which was definitely a highlight of the trip. We were also extremely grateful that Savanna made a one-time exception and allowed us to bring our pet. It really meant a lot to us and added to the experience—thank you again, Savanna! (We understand this isn’t normally allowed, and we truly appreciated the flexibility.) There were a few areas that could use some attention. We weren’t able to use the fireplace, the outdoor seating area on our side had no lighting, and the blinds were a bit damaged—Savanna explained this was due to previous guests not treating the space with care. The backyard setup was also a little unclear at first until the neighbors kindly let us know it was shared. Also, it would be great if housekeeping could wash off the canoes between guests—we found a few spiders when we went to use them. Overall, we made some

Genna was helpful in every way possible and more! One of us left 2 bags in the lake house on the departure day. Genna was able to locate the items and arrange delivery. Prior to arrival Genna knew I had concerns about a weather situation; she kept us abreast of the situation which gave us peace of mind. Indeed, it was beautiful weather! It was comforting to know that the local grocery store was open on Thanksgiving Day. All nine of us (three generations) had such a special and marvelous time! Our youngsters really enjoyed the toys stashed away in the coffee table. Each bedroom was very spacious! Having 3 1/2 bathrooms was great! The large up to date kitchen, big dining table and very spacious living room was enjoyed at mealtime and family game time. Beautiful huge deck and dock on the lake side with modern fire pit and stunning sunrises! Convenient laundry room with fully equipped washer and dryer which was a lifesaver after our hike on Mt. Konocti. Thank you Genna!!

Extremely clean house! The linens on the bed were pristine-clean, the bathrooms are the cleanest I’ve ever seen in an airbnb. The beds /pillows were comfortable. There were all necessary kitchen items and appliances to cook and clean. The house is right on the water. My kids caught 2 giant channel catfish (15 lbs each) and at least 10 brown bullhead catfish right off the dock using shad or hotdogs soaked in catfish nectar (sold at the local Walmart). They loved the rod holders on the deck and the giant net provided by the home. Fishing was awesome! We loved the proximity to clear lake using the kayaks. There is a book in the foyer that is helpful for local restaurants. The ping pong and games were fun. The arcade games were awesome too! Overall it was a fun and relaxing stay. We caught more off the deck than spending a whole day renting a boat in clear lake. The binoculars were available if someone needed, but the water fowl came right to the deck and were fun to watch! 10/10 rating!

this place was amazing for me and my family love Stacy's house is super cozy super clean it have everything you need to make a amazing memories the back of the house is perfect with the jacuzzi and the grill with a nice view to the mountains and also a lake area where you can try your luck fishing this place is 100% 5🌟 for me I highly recommend definitely i be back soon thank you Stacy for a Amazing time Stacy was super friendly a super host for me if I have any question she respond quick she doesn't let you waiting is was a Amazing experience thank u again God bless u
