Lugano District : locations de vacances en appartement

The apartment has a huge, green garden. The house was clean and compact. There was humidity inside the house it was cold even though the weather is hot. The internet did not work first day but Isabel (host) solved the problem next day. Isabel was very helpful and she answered promptly anything I asked. It was a very nice stay and comfortable. The neighbours were very nice people. If you want to be in nature and if you like green, it may be a very good choice. If she can place a net on the windows it might be good for not having the insects inside the house. The apartment has a big refrigerator, the kitchen is enough for cooking. I thank Isabel for her nice apartment, easy check-in and check-out. She was very helpful and very nice person.

Fabulous place, huge, well equipped and perfectly clean. I would recommend this to anyone visiting the region, because it’s in a calm place, but still very close to Lugano and the view over the mountains and the wineyards is beautiful! Also the hosts are communicating very well and helping on any possible question, even though they are not physically present. With the available office room, it is especially ideal for anyone seeking to work remotely, which is one of the reasons why we chose this place.

Vito war sehr flexibel und freundlich. Ich konnte den aufenthalt verlängern und er konnte es dementsprechend arrangieren. Die Wohnung war klein, jedoch genügend gross für das Wichtigste. Sie war sehr sauber und super ausgestattet. Es ist sehr zentral und nur wenige Gehminuten vom See entfernt.

Really nice apartment. Well located and spacious. Can really recommend this apartment and the city Lugano. He was a great host and could help us with all our questions.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt bei Josiane und Tiziano sehr genossen. Die helle Wohnung ist blitzsauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Sie bietet viel Platz und hat ein grosszügiges Wohnzimmer, das mit der Küche verbunden ist. Die Aussicht auf das zu Fuss in 10-15min erreichbare Dorf Arogno ist phänomenal! Trotz guter ÖV-Anbindung ist die Unterkunft sehr ruhig gelegen, die Strasse nicht zu hören. Josiane und Tiziano waren äusserst zuvorkommende Gasteber und haben schnell auf Fragen reagiert. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen und aufgenommen gefühlt. Wir können die Unterkunft und die Gasteber wärmstens weiterempfehlen!

Alles bestens ..Hausabwartin war super freundlich und hilfsbereit

Es ist eine sehr schöne Wohnung und man hat einen tollen Blick auf den Lago Maggiore. Man kommt in einer knappen halben Stunde zu Fuß zum See, mit dem Fahrrad / Auto in wenigen Minuten. Es ist auch der Flugplatz in der Nähe, von wo man zusätzlich zu den typischen Aktivitäten auch einen Flug machen kann. Maruska war sehr freundlich, immer gut erreichbar und die Wohnung war sehr gut eingerichtet. Vielen Dank :-)

Petit studio très fonctionnel avec tout ce qu’il faut pour passer un agréable séjour tout prêt du lac de Lugano et de ses belles montagnes ! Mon petit chien a spécialement adoré le magnifique jardin! Alice nous a très bien accueilli et nous a donné de très bonnes idées de randonnées à proximité ! Une adresse que je garde en mémoire pour découvrir encore mieux cette belle région !

Excelente alojamiento! Ubicación cerca de la parada de autobús. Andrés fue clara con sus instrucciones y nos permitió hacer el check in temprano. Nos encantó, recomiendo 100% y sin duda regresaré!

Zoraida was always responsive for our questions. The place is located near train station. Groceries and other amenities all within walking distance. Just three minutes walk away from lake . Felt right at home !! Will definitely be back !!

Eine sehr praktisch eingerichtetes, sehr gepflegtes und in wunderschöner Aussichtslage befindliches 2 Zimmer Appartement. Es lässt sich vortrefflich für einige Tage dort unterkommen und ist für lange Wanderungen in den Bergen perfekt geeignet. Michael kommuniziert schnell und ist für zusätzliche Fragen oder Anliegen offen. Herzlichen Dank, lieber Michael, für den wunderbaren Aufenthalt.

Se tem um lugar com o melhor custo beneficio de Lugano, é esse apartamento. Excelente localização, andar térreo com um jardinzinho onde da pra secar roupa. Antonio é um excelente anfitrião, muito atencioso e preocupado. A casa estava limpa e arrumada. Inclusive fomos recepcionados por um casal de brasileiros. Foram 3 semanas excelentes.

Stella’s place was amazing! I loved sitting by the window with my morning coffee with an amazing view of the lake, mountains and town below. It was clean and homey and had everything we needed to cook our meals. There’s a lovely hiking track near by leading to even more amazing views. Finding the place and easy and there’s a place to park your car. Stella was very responsive with any queries I had. Would highly recommend staying at Stella’s place in the mountains!

Wir waren ein Wochenende zu Gast und kommen ganz sicher bald wieder. Der Kontakt mit Fikrete war sehr freundlich, wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt und der Ausblick auf den See ist traumhaft. Im allgemeinen wirkt die Anlage sehr gepflegt und trotz vieler Wohneinheiten genießt man Ruhe auf dem Balkon. Das Auto kann man auf dem Hof abstellen, welcher dich ein Tor gesichert ist. Ein Pool rundet alles ab und natürlich der direkte Zugang zum See . Bissone liegt etwas außerhalb von Lugano, sehr schön ruhig mit zahlreichen Möglichkeiten zum spazieren. Lugano ist aber sehr schnell mit dem Bus oder dem Auto erreichbar. Lugano besticht mit seiner Promenade und den zahlreichen Cafés und Restaurants. Für Wanderfreunde gibt es auch viele Möglichkeiten. Für uns war es bei Fikrete perfekt, von allem genug vorhanden, blitzsauber und praktisch/ freundlich eingerichtet. Vielen Dank nochmal und bis bald Familie Pfeiffer

What a wonderful place! The view is quite spectacular. Me, my wife & 2 children spent 2 nights here and we loved it. Quiet, peaceful, spectacular view, hot tub, loads of outdoor space and a lovely inside space. Wish we could have stayed a little longer. Would highly recommend this place to anyone and would definitely stay here again.

Sitio es maravilloso, increíble, la piscina, el acceso al lago, el transporte público al pie, todo de 10, lo único malo fue que había una cucaracha, pero lo dejo pasar porque más era lo bueno que este pequeño detalle.

Wir hatten eine superschöne Zeit im Tessin, die Wohnung ist mega gemütlich und die Terrasse mit Seeblick das absolute Highlight. Man kommt auch gut mit ÖV herum und es gibt viel zu unternehmen in der Region.

Consuelo è stata un host attenta e sempre pronta a rispondere a qualsiasi domanda. L'appartamento è semplice e accogliente con tutto il necessario per essere autonomi e si trova in un contesto tranquillo e rilassante. Consiglio vivamente.

Das Haus war nicht leicht zu finden, aber auch nicht schwer (eher ein Google Maps-Problem). Ansonsten Top-Lage wenn man es abgeschieden mag, letztes Haus vor dem Wald auf dem Monte Bre.

Super emplacement, au calme loin des foules et très bien situé pour rayonner la région. L’accès au lac est immédiat.
