We loved our stay in Varenna! We rented out the full B&B for our group of eight, and it was a great fit. It was easy to find and enter with the instructions, and we appreciated that there were lockers to store our things after checking out the last day. The location is excellent - around the corner from the little town square, across from the church. The best part was the patio on the roof - absolutely amazing views and just such a relaxing place to stay.

Für alle, die eine gut angebundene, sehr saubere und großzügige Unterkunft in der Nähe von Mailand suchen, der perfekte Ort. Deborah ist eine sehr herzliche Gastgebering die jeden Morgen ein großartiges Frühstück frisch zubereitet hat. Vielen Dank Deborah, wir kommen sicher wieder.

A lovely place. You will find yourself in an old Italian house, quite atmospheric. Constanza is a very nice lady! We enjoyed our stay, and liked breakfast much. The only thing to consider is that location is on a mountain, and you will have to go up and down a hill even if you have a car. It wasn’t an issue for us, but if you have little kids, or problems with knees you should think twice.

Sandro & Petra sind sehr herzliche Gastgeber, man fühlt sich sehr wohl. Das Zimmer war gross und schön eingerichtet. Die 4 Hunde sind verschmust und sehr lieb. Das Calanca Tal bietet schöne Wanderwege und ist ein schönes Plätzchen. Die Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen, wir kommen wieder.

The Nest on the Lake was the loveliest little lakeside inn! The owners are extremely kind and the access to the little beach was wonderful to have. Ferry boats and bus stops within 12 min walk of the inn, which was great. Two markets close by, a few fantastic restaurants within in walking distance, and the most gorgeous views of Lake Como! We would highly recommend this place for anyone coming to Lake Como for the first or 100th time!

This was a great experience! Everything was clean, great location and nice little breakfast. But the best thing was of course meeting Pino! He is a very kind and funny guy, thank you for your kindness and your stories! I will definitely come back.

Superb Accomodation and hosting by Kristina and her family. We had the oppurtunity to stay in the lovely "weekend-suite" which was perfect for our short trip in Ticino. The housing is absolute lovely and the interior is finished with a superb eye for detail. Kristina the host supported us with some very good local tips and also offered breakfast-options - Very lovely. Also the neighbourhood is calm and really pretty to have a walk. Nice area for starting hikes and trips by foot to Lugano city. 100% recommendation !

This was a good little find, reasonably close to Malpensa airport. There’s an airport bus to Oleggio for €10 or Grazia may offer to pick you up from the airport for a fee. The bedroom was nicely furnished with a great bed and good pillows, as well as nice bed linen. The bathroom was very modern and clean. Grazia and her son live downstairs while accommodation for guests is upstairs so it was quite private. The town of Oleggio is rather historic with a lovely town piazza to wander around. There were plenty of options for dining and drinking, even on a Sunday night.

Our stay at Maruska's place was absolutely wonderful! The room was very clean and comfortable, and the small hotel itself is simply lovely. We had many delightful conversations with Maruska and her husband, who generously shared insider tips about excursions and dining in the region. The restaurant downstairs is also charming, and the breakfast is prepared with care and attention. Additionally, the location is perfect for swimming or hiking in the stunning Onsernone or Vergeletto valleys. Thank you so much, Maruska! We will definitely be back!

Marianna was so responsive before I arrived, sent me personalized photos of my particular room, and excellent photos and instructions of how to get there. Civico is in a fantastic part of town, peaceful and quiet, but easily walkable to absolutely everything. Also, her breakfasts are amazing!!! Would highly recommend.

Silvana o gazdă extraordinară. Blândă, gentilă. Cand voi călători cu avionul la milano malpensa cu siguranță caut această cazare ca m-am simțit ca acasă. Prosoapele, lenjeriia după pat impecabile, imaculate, curățenie asa cum imi place mie! 💎 Felicitări maxime pentru că ajutați oamenii sa aivă unde dormi înainte de a zbura cu avionul si nu oricum ci într-o încăpere decentă, imaculată cu un pat cu o saltea care ajută la o odihnă plăcută fără dureri de spate . 💟 Iar soțul doamnei ne a ajutat sa ajungem cu mașina lui la aeroport cu doar 10 euro. Even though I was only able to stay for one night at Massimo's place, I had the most wonderful time. Olcio is so beautiful and to experience it while living at Massimo's was such a blessing. Massimo was incredibly friendly and accommodating even for the brief time I was there. Such a funny and kind person. I will definitely be back to Olcio and Massimo's Casa Della Musica!

Maurizio is super kind and super nice. Always very friendly and particularly helpful with tips and recommendations. And a special thanks goes to the wonderful breakfast service, which was truly outstanding!

Merci Laura pour les merveilleux petits déjeunés, vos bons conseils, et votre gentillesse ! Nous avons adoré notre séjour. Le logement est idéalement placé, dans un petit village calme, avec des très bon restaurants, loin de l’agitation des villes plus touristiques du lac. Le ferry est à 600m, et permet de se rendre facilement à Bellagio. La literie est très confortable, la chambre décorée avec goût et d’une propreté remarquable.

Luca is a very kind host who made us feel at home. The dogs and cats are lovely, the view simply stunning! We had a fantastic time at Luca’s place. Thankyou !

Although we were only at the apartment for a bed for a night after a late flight, the stay was absolutely fantastic! Gabriele was super helpful with check in, the room was absolutely spotless and clean and the bed was super comfy. Gabriele also went out of his way in the morning to take us to the nearby train station and even went as far as to help us book our train tickets! Would definitely recommend and would definitely look to stay again. Thanks a lot!

Wir waren das zweite Mal bei Concetta und es war sogar noch schöner. Das Zimmer war schön eingerichtet und uns erwarteten schöne Tulpen auf dem neuen Schreibtisch. Da wir mit unserem Baby kamen, hatte Concetta uns, wie beim ersten Besuch auch, ein Babybett mit Bettwäsche bereitgestellt. Es war alles sehr liebevoll vorbereitet. Wir durften bei unserem zweiten Besuch auch die Familie kennenlernen und haben selten so wunderbare Menschen getroffen, die ein aufrichtiges Interesse gezeigt haben. Wir werden in jedem Fall wiederkommen und vielleicht sogar länger bleiben. Die Anbindung zur Autobahn ist einfach perfekt. Auch das Badezimmer ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir haben mit dem Bus die Innenstadt besucht. Die Fahrt dauerte 8 Minuten und kostete 2€. Die Bushaltestelle ist in etwa 150 m entfernt. Gleich neben der Unterkunft findet man zahlreiche Verpflegungsmöglichkeiten. Eine ganz klare Empfehlung.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und zum Wohlfühlen eingerichtet. Der herzliche Empfang der Gastgeberin Lilliane war sehr toll. Ebenfalls war das Gastgeberpaar sehr flexibel und hilfsbereit. Eine tolle Unterkunft und sehr zu empfehlen.

We stayed for 3 nights and would have loved to stay longer! Elena was super kind and helpful, she showed us everything we needed to know. The place was also very enjoyable and the view is breathtaking! Highly recommend.
