We've stayed in over 100 AirBnbs. This one is right at the top of the heap. Stunning views. Nicely appointed apartment and kitchen. (The chef's knife is actually sharp). The neighborhood is great, and the apartment is nicely situated near many food stores, cafes and restaurants. Our contact person, Andres, was very responsive and helpful. An absolutely five-star experience. We not only would stay here again, we are planning to.

Michaels place as described. Michael was awesome with help and communication. I had planned to work down there but parted ways with my job in Dec so I had to make other plans quickly. The security was great. I used the pool a lot for swimming laps. If you are a workout nut, like I am. there is a Barry's like fitness studio next door and I went to a good gym about 5 minutes away. Hollywood Palermo is a great location for food and walking. Other tips, use Western Union to wire yourself money. ATMs don't work and prices marked up 20% with credit card. Michael will give same advise. Use Uber and not taxis, the only two times where I got had. BA is beautiful and friendly. Definitely know some español or have Google translate on hand. Overall an amazing adventure. XO

This apartment is located in an excellent and very walkable neighborhood with great restaurants and coffee shops. Loved the view and the outdoor private garden.

I just completed my second stay of about 3 weeks each in Laura's place, so I obviously feel comfortable, there. This time, I had a chance to meet and get to know Laura, which a bonus. She is a very responsive, attentive, and kind host. The apartment is pleasant, clean, well-ordered, and had everything I needed. It's situated in front of a small park, above the trees, so the view is green, open, with a large expanse of sky overhead. The street is one block long, so there is no through traffic. No traffic noise, no buses. You do hear noise from the children's park during the day, but it's welcome noise. The location is one of the main reasons why I choose the apartment. It's at the edge of Recoleta with buses, metro, and ample taxis all one block away, and easy walking access to Palermo, Microcentro, as well as Recoleta. I look forward to my next visit.

Fantastic place to explore Buenos Aires from. Apartment is just as you imagine it from the pictures. Bright, clean open space in a charming building. Tomas has gone the extra mile (or two) to anticipate your needs with a very thorough guide to the neighborhood, including excellent restaurant recommendations. Subway, bus, Uber all very convenient. Excellent communications with Tomas. Highly recommend.

Excellent place. Perfect location, clean, quiet and safe. A little gem in a great part of BA. I am most grateful to Luigi 🙏 and Tom for their hospitality. Luigi was available whenever I needed help / suggestions. I had a late night flight, they were kind enough to let me check out late in the evening. I most definitely recommend the place and would stay here again next time I am in BA. The apartment is especially great for anyone considering a long stay.

Séjour parfait dans un immeuble à l’architecture surprenante (le bâtiment mériterait un sérieux rafraîchissement en revanche). Emplacement idéal pour explorer San Telmo et d’autres quartiers de BA. Ines est tres sympathique et très réactive. Pas impossible que j’y retourne à la fin de mon périple argentin

la casa de Guillermo es tal cual las fotos, es muy amplia y agradable, tiene muchos dormitorios y 3 con baño privado. hay muchos baños en la casa. la zona de jardín se disfruta muchísimo con la piscina, la galería y los árboles. pasamos unos días maravillosos en familia, descansamos mucho. El lugar es seguro, tranquilo y el barrio es hermoso para caminar o andar en bicicleta. tiene una vegetación frondosa lo que lo hace muy agradable. voy a extrañar esa buena energía que da la naturaleza. Guillermo estuvo atento en todo momento que lo necesitamos y respondía rápidamente a nuestro llamado a pesar que estaba en sus vacaciones. es muy agradable y servicial. muchas gracias Guillermo. Volveremos!!!

Les cuento que volvimos a elegir este depto, porque para nosotros es un lugar tranquilo, ordenado, límpio. Lo que necesitamos para estar en familia y cómodos. Cariños Andrea, gracias por tu amabilidad, como siempre. Hasta pronto.

Really enjoyed staying at Carol’s apartment on Billinghurst and Avenida de Santa Fe. Close to lots of great restaurants, cafe’s and bakeries, the Alto Palermo mall, parks… it’s a really safe part of town and building. It’s also nice that it’s not directly on Santa Fe, so it is more quiet. We enjoyed the apartment, everything was clean, it has a nice modern kitchen where we cooked most breakfasts, although the restaurants, like La Aguada, San Cayetano, La Palita, Cafe Tolon… are so good!! Carol is super friendly, helped with our airport transfer and other stuff. Great choice if you want to be in Palermo!

A estadia foi perfeita! A casa é muito grande e aconchegante, tinha tudo que precisávamos. Colchões dos quartos confortáveis, roupas de cama e toalhas bem limpas. A casa é bem arejada e limpa. Ficamos encantados com o pátio, muito lindo. Recomendo muito a casa da Roxana. Ótima para grandes grupos. A localização é boa, perto de uma avenida. Mercado, padaria, pizzaria… tudo próximo. O check in foi flexível com o Martin. Muito querido ele. Adoramos tudo!

Lovely old apartment with wooden floor and a big terrace (As shown on the pictures), which I liked a lot! As the sleeping room faces the street it’s a little loud, which is quite normal for Palermo. Very friendly communication with Sebastian and Elena- thank you!

We enjoyed our stay at Graciela’s apartment. It is located in a great area within walking distance of numerous restaurants and bars. Graciela and her daughter, Paula, were very communicative. The apartment was clean and very cute - it matched the description and photos. I particularly enjoyed working on the balcony. I would recommend to anyone looking to stay on Palermo.

La casa realmente es muuuy cómoda, sin duda volvería!! Muy amplio, excelente para ir 11 personas cada uno puede tener su espacio y la verdad el patio hermoso.

Foi uma experiência muito boa ficar alguns dias no apartamento do Marcos. A visão da cidade, roupas de cama e banho cheirosas e limpas, uma ótima piscina na cobertura! Altamente recomendado!

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment. It is very comfortable and in a great location. Added bonuses are the pool and washing machine. Definitely recommend this place to others!

Located in quiet Palermo Hollywood -- easy walk for food, shops, transit and parks. Host Rodrigo -- appears he manages multiple properties -- is very responsive and went out of his way to address concerns (also let us do a very late checkout). Listing should be updated to show there is no washer available for use in the building for renters (this was the biggest issue we faced). There is a washer but not for self laundry. Rodrigo was kind enough to let us share it -- but it was inconvenient. So folks are warned if they think there is some kind of washer in the building. Apartment is in fairly good condition -- minor issues should be addressed ( hooks on bathroom door was broken, main clock appears bad -- changing battery didn't address it, carpets should be cleaned or replaced, sliding doors and hinges needs lube). Location and the host Rodrigo are the big positives, we stayed for 3 weeks and had a fairly pleasant experience.

Departa muy luminoso y limpio. Muy buena ubicación para salir a caminar, tiene a una cuadra y media el subte y a su alrededor cafés, restaurantes etc...

Unfortunately, there are not 20 stars to rate this place. It was magical, amazing, huge, wonderful, clean, etc. etc. We were 6 adults and we absolutely LOVED this place. It was everything we hoped for and more. The beds were extremely comfortable, the bathrooms were well designed and had room for our toiletries, the kitchens(s) were well stocked and the living areas were huge. The ground floor had an enormous family room with a bar and kitchen and laundry. The next level held the master suite. The third level had another spacious living area with a stereo system and two more bedroom suites, and the top level had yet another kitchen and outdoor living area with a pool. I've never been to such a luxurious Airbnb. If you're going to Buenos Aries, this is the place to stay! The only drawback (not fur us) would be the steps. We had no problem at all but if you're elderly or otherwise impaired and can't walk up steps, this is not for you. It was also very secure with a double gate and entry
