Mon séjour a été très agréable. Un bus n’est pas très loin du logement et donc le centre ville est accessible en 15 minutes.

Edmond is a great host, the house is clean, the room looks exactly like the picture and the acces is very easy. There is a bus directly from the airport. I'll definitely come back again the next time I am in Luleå.

Spenderade 2 nätter hos Edmond som var helt underbara. Vi sågs en kort stund då jag var väldigt upptagen hela tiden. Väldigt bra att bo hos Edmond, nästa gång jag besöker Luleå så bor jag gärna hos Edmond igen!

I recommend this airbnb. There are a few bus stops nearby (7 min walk) and there is a supermarket located 10min walk-away. The room is good, it is not soundproof but it was clearly stated in the ad. The bathroom and especially the kitchen are very well-equipped. The living is so cute, I really liked the large bookshelf.

I live in Luleå and my family came for a visit. I booked the beach cabins, because they are in walking distance from my appartement. The cabins are located in a super nice & quiet place, right next to the lake. The bus station is close. Carl-Magnus was very friendly. We had the luck to watch the Northern Lights from the terrace. Would always book this place again. Tack så mycket!

Carl’s properties location was beautiful, right on the water. I enjoyed watching the wild like on the lake. Carl provided recommendations of local restaurants which were easy to travel to by car. Carl was very responsive to any messages. I was a pleasure and restful staying at this property.

We hebben een prachtige reis gehad. Het uitzicht vanaf het huisje is zo mooi. De ervaring om over een ijsmeer te kunnen lopen en van daarop het noorderlicht te zien, zalig! Kristina heeft ons alle troeven van de streek meegegeven zodat we zeker het beste uit onze reis konden halen. Een aanrader!

We liked the house very much. The location is quiet and the surrounding nature is very beautiful. The house was exactly as in the pictures and well cleaned. It is a cosy, small house that is very well equipped. Even without a car, the house is easily accessible if you take the bus from Luleå (and an additional little walk, depending on which bus you take). Carl-Magnus provided a lot of information about the house and the surrounding area which was very helpful. We immediately felt very comfortable and really enjoyed our time there.

Ich war mit meiner Familie dort und wir hatten wunderschöne Ferien. Der Ausblick aus dem Häusschen war einfacher nur wunderschön und wir wurden jeden Tag mit neuen Sonnenaufgängen und -untergängen überrascht. Die Lage ist ausserdem super und es gibt viele Möglichkeiten Dinge zu unternehmen. Kristina gibt ausserdem super Tipps was man in der Gegend sehen kann und die Kommunikation war einfach und super!

Wir hatten sehr schöne Ferien in den Beach Cabins Lulea. Ruhige und schöne Umgebung und trotzdem Nahe an der Stadt. Carl ist ein sehr empathischer und hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Bei Fragen konnten wir uns jederzeit melden und bekamen rasche Antwort. Sehr zu empfehlen!
