Amazing stay! Exceptional service and food. Great location just out of the city but close enough to get into town for everything.

Je cherchais un espace calme et accueillant en pleine nature pour un temps d’écriture et de repos. J’ai trouvé ce que je cherchais avec en complément, une vue magique. Chaque matin, des levers de soleil sublimes avant d’avaler un copieux petit déjeuner. Des possibilités de balades dans les villages de montagne tout autour. Une chambre confortable et propre. Une terrasse à 360 degrés agrémentée de fauteuils et de tables pour une invitation permanente à prendre soin de soi. Et un staff discret, souriant, toujours prêt à réaliser une cuisine maison. Une magnifique semaine pour contacter la sérénité.

Just what I was looking for, peaceful and quiet and friendly staff and guests. The yoga classes, meditations are great - but optional. The dining room is lovely with attentive staff. There's not a lot of variation, the meals are well-prepared, vegan and many vegetables are grown in the gardens below. There's view spectacular, all the more so when the sun shines. There are several walks and Ishwor has suggestions and will make arrangements for outings, some led by himself! Lest I forget, the massage available is divine.

Amazing place- everything is outstanding: the view, the hospitality, Fatima's food, the vibe... it is really one of a kind. What a luxury in nowdays world to be able to disconnect from frenzy, immerse in such devine nature and be surrounded by a pristine environment. Highly recommended to the adventurers and to anyone in search of peace. it is a life changing experience !

我們是香港遊客，來尼泊爾首站是加德滿都，在暄鬧的城市來到Community Homestay，恍如走進天堂。 房子簡潔舒適，打開房門便是露台式的走廊，倚著欄桿，便可看見皓白的雪山！步上一層吃早點，看著雪山用餐，和燕子穿梭飛舞，人生幾何。 主人一家待我們如家人般，和我們一同製作晚飯、收割嫩葉餵飼牛羊，穿上民族服裝拍照，讓我們體驗當地的生活。 晚上走上天台，滿天都是星，在城市中光亮的獵戶座往往成為主角，但在這裏，它只是上千顆星星的其中一員。 還有很多難以一一訴說，要來親身感受當中的愉悅。 這個Homestay，地理位置得天獨厚，早餐地點抬頭就可望到雪山，另一邊則是顏色鮮明的民居和滿眼不同層次綠的山景。 踏進來的路，就看到主人富心思的花草圍欄，房內乾淨，蓋的毯子軟而厚，有太陽的味道。 主人讓我們融進他們的日常生活，教煮當地食品，拉牛奶罐做牛油，上山體驗割草，席地而坐吃飯等，本來還有歌舞體驗，因家人病了就沒有參與。 日夜溫差大，家人是夜半醒來喝自己之前的涼水出事。戶主知道他發燒，特地煮熱茶，晚上又給我們大熱水壼，很貼心。 之後還在早餐後給我們當地民族服和飾物，幫我們裝扮，送走前又做了當地送別儀式，給我們戴上花環、佩帶、帽子等。 光是閒坐的自然風景，已值得再去，更別說供餐的蔬菜很多是戶主自己種的，調味很好，水果雖不是自種，但很甜，連我這平日不喜蘋果的人，都多吃了。這裡簡單而偏素的三餐，連腸胃都養得好些，難怪有外國遊客會選擇長住一個半個月。

If you are into hammocks, yoga, meditation, sound healing, being away from the city bustle, vegetarian food, farming, having kitchen access, and gracious hosts then you have found your Pokhara destination. Access to a yoga studio and kitchen is a huge plus. Rooms are basic but spacious and romantically rustic. They have yoga classes and retreats available, though we were free to practice our own. Great value altogether for what you have access to. Also on the way up to Sarangkot if you're feeling in the mood for a good 2-3 hour hike. A little hard to find at night but they are excellent with communication.

Un séjour inoubliable chez une famille incroyable, chaleureuse et accueillante. Le village est magnifique, chargé d’une histoire fascinante. Petit conseil : apprendre quelques bases de népalais avant d’arriver, car la communication peut être un défi ! (J’ai travaillé mon népalais pour le coup)

I had the most special experience staying with ama and her family. There wasnt a lot to do in the village but the experience of just observing the daily village lives and being integrated as part of their local lives as a traveller makes this experience so memorable. I spent most times sitting in the kitchen watching ama and the sister in law cook up delicious meals from the open fire. Ama always invite me to observe her daily activities, shared her buddhist prayer ritual with me at the stupa and cooked up the most delicous dahl i ever had. Its such a privilege to experience this village life as a travellor and though we cant communicate in english she shared a book about her benefactor laura who was the reason all of this was possible. Rabindra was also super helpful in getting my transport and met me at the pick up point in pokhara. The sunrise views are magical as well, and on some clear days the mountains will also show itself at the backyard. An experience i will never forget!
