Lumpkin County : locations de vacances

This cottage is one of 2 right next to each other. It was perfect for our stay with my family and my brother’s family next door. The kids had the most amazing time playing around the property. It had everything we needed to cook meals and be comfortable with kids. It included notes with specific directions for everything. The holiday decor was a nice touch. The fireplace was my favorite!

The cabin is a short drive to any of the trails you want to hike, or any of the wineries you want to visit. After hiking and visiting the wineries, we would sit around the fire pit and end the day with a few drinks.

Our stay was wonderful! The house is gorgeous and was very clean. It had everything we needed for our stay. It’s an easy walk to the winery where everyone was very friendly. The fire pit was fun to use at night. And the host was very kind and accommodating! This is my second time staying in one of the cottages and I’d love to come back again!

There was not much to not love about the cabin. It was secluded and perfect for a quiet friend celebration to bring in the new year! We had a ball exploring the area together and then going back to our peaceful "home away from home". Our host, Sidney, was very responsive to our needs when necessary. I would recommend if you are seeking somewhere to hole up and relax! It was everything we needed.

We enjoyed ourselves. The cottage is cute and is as described in the listing. Just a heads up for anyone else interested, the place is down a narrow dirt road that must've been washed out from the hurricane cuz it's a little rough. It's not hard to drive down, but there is a spot about 50 feet long where the center of the road is high, and if you have a small car, your undercarriage will definitely scrape. We came in a rented minivan tho and it made it down the road just fine. My only two issues was 1) They didn't clean the leaves off of the the front and back back porch. They were covered in a ton of leaves and they had def been there for a while since the trees didn't have any leaves on them. They didn't have a broom in the house, so I bought one and swept it for them. 2) There were 6 of us staying there for a week and they only had one towel for each of us. It would have been nice to have 2 per person since they have a washer machine, but no laundry detergent was provided.

Very quiet area with a beautiful view! Very nice, and an exceptional value for a couples weekend getaway! We will be back!

If you have kids who love the outdoors, it was great!! Lots of trails nearby!! We went with a 3 & 5 year old, trails were a little rough on them but good regardless!

enjoyed it so much we stayed an extra night.. would've stayed longer if we could have. Chase was very helpful answered every email and had no problems with any questions. Will be going back soon.

Loved our stay. Beautiful views, great property, and a wonderful place to disconnect. The only thing we had an issue with was the firmness of our bed. We slept on the upstairs bed which is a firm memory foam (I think) which wasn't the most ideal for us. I know many others have expressed a preference for this, though, so this may be an irrelevant point depending on your sleeping preference.
