Lunenburg County : locations de vacances avec accès à la plage

A getaway for Valentines in Lunenburg for two nights. Weather was not the best, however, having a cozy fire made it fine for staying in after we checked in the first day. A lot of shops are not open this time of year anyway. We enjoyed going out for dinner the second night.

I rented Steve and Mary Ann’s Airbnb for my son and his girlfriend and they loved the accommodations, very comfortable and quiet… they said it was the best sleep they had during their vacation to Nova Scotia.

This was the most amazing place. We spent a week here and Everything you needed or wanted was right in this place. The surroundings were peaceful, very inviting. Gillian checked in with us halfway through our stay to see if we needed anything. The beds were very comfy. The firepit is beautiful there was a fully stacked wood pile to use for the fire. There were lots of chairs all around to sit outside or out by the the dock. We would stay again in a heartbeat. Thank you Gillian and Scott for your hospitality.

Eric and Dawn's place was great. While small, it had everything you need. It is always great to have a functional kitchen. It has a spectacular view and is easy walking distance to Summerville beach and the Quarterdeck restaurant. We appreciated the heat pump system and with the changing Nova Scotia temperatures we were always comfortable. Thoughtful hosts who checked to see if there was anything needed. Can highly recommend staying at "The Decks" and hope to return.

Beautiful, peaceful place. Appreciated the clear instructions and the responsiveness to my questions. Location was spotless. Wonderful trip and would absolutely book again!

Interior is modern and very comfortable and the swim spa and patio area are private, with great views of the bay during the day and the stars at night. Easy access to Hailfax and the surrounding area.

We stayed for two nights and loved the condo. It is centrally located with waterfront view just minutes away from downtown. The condo is very spacious, tastefully decorated, very clean and offers all the amenities. The access road to the condo is obscure and can be easily missed if you are not paying attention, especially at night. We will definitely recommend it to our friends.

Fantastic home. Fantastic view. Fantastic host. Awesome 2 weeks. The kitchen was fully equipped; the shower had great water pressure; the host left lots of space in the shelves and cupboards so there was tons of room to store our own items; barbecue was good-absolutely everything was provided to support a great stay. The host was exceptionally responsive -and accommodating. 5 stars with numerous exclamation marks!!!

Our stay at Terence Bay was incredible. The location is stunning—right on the beach with beautiful views of a lighthouse. My kids loved being able to climb on the rocks, go hiking along the seashore and even find sea glass right in the backyard! We couldn’t have asked for more and my family didn’t want our time to end! The property was spotless and even better than the pictures. Our two kids especially loved the bunk bed room. Falling asleep to the sound of the ocean was pure bliss. Danielle, our host, was fantastic—always helpful and attentive. You could tell that she genuinely cared about us having a great trip. She offered us tips and help when needed. We’ll definitely be recommending this spot to our friends and family.

We were celebrating a 50th birthday with a spa day nearby. The 4 bedrooms was a dream! The house had all we needed and then some. The host was amazing from beginning to end. Responsive. Proactive. Friendly. We spent 2 stormy nights and we're cozy the whole time. Thanks for the great weekend.

We recently stayed at the Beach House and had a wonderful experience. The property has undergone a complete renovation, and the hosts did an excellent job creating a cozy beach atmosphere. The skylight and natural light throughout the home, especially in the master bedroom, along with the stone bathroom floors and spacious two-person shower, gave us that inviting down-south vibe. The Beach House had all the amenities we needed, and it was a nice touch to have a variety of coffee makers to choose from. The views in the morning were stunning—we enjoyed watching ships come into the harbor and seeing the lighthouse, which added to the charming beach vibe. The Nordic spa was a perfect addition to the experience, leaving us relaxed and refreshed. Overall, we highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a beautiful seaside escape. Absolutely gorgeous place to stay!! And we would return!!

What you can imagine from the photos, but don't quite understand til you arrive, is how you will become part of nature's day here. The rise and fall of the sun, the moon and the tide are all on display from this little house by the sea.

Another great stay at one of our favourite spots that feels like home away from home. We love watching the sunrise over the salt marsh in the morning and watching the sunset over the beach in the evening. We had a mini snow storm on our first night but the shanty is super cozy and we felt very snug. We keep coming back to this place because it is truly paradise!
