Este alojamiento a las afueras de Roma fue excelente. Aunque pequeño, era exactamente como en el anuncio: limpio, cómodo y bien equipado. La ubicación tranquila ofrecía un descanso del bullicio de la ciudad, con fácil acceso al transporte público. El anfitrión fue amable y atento. En definitiva, una gran elección para una estancia en Roma.

Un bel palazzo in una bella città, non troppo conosciuta da le guide, l’abbiamo scoperta a caso. Vale la pena di fermasi. Un momento piacevole. Federico e sua famiglia sono molto accoglienti e simpatici.

Riccardo and Irene have been incredibly helpful and responsive. The place was comfy, tidy and clean. Public transports were nearby and connections were easy.

My stay at Alessios apartment was wonderful. Beautifully decorated and extremely clean. The neighborhood is beautiful and located directly next to the Testaccio market which was very convenient. Alessio was extremely accommodating, generous, and hospitable. A true gentleman. I would extremely recommend.

Mottatt av en vennlig Daniel helt i henhold til korrespondanse før ankomst. For oss var dette en perfekt leilighet uten mangler, praktisk, pen og ryddig. Daniel orienterte om praktiske gjøremål, bruk av leilighet, lys, lås og automatikk samt bruk av vaskemaskin, tørketrommel osv. Sperlonga var en flott opplevelse, gode restauranter og flotte strender med gode muligheter for strand turer til fots, avslappet plass. Likte oss veldig godt. Takk til Daniel

Alloggio pulito ed ordinato . Ha rispecchiato in pieno la descrizione fornita dall host. Host disponibile e reattivo. Comodo a tutto , Stazione ferroviaria 15 minuti a Piedi , nelle vicinanze, ristoranti, bar , ecc… Sicuramente ci Torneremo.

We chose Maria's to be close to our older son who travelled with a group of university boys. It ended up being directly opposite their accommodation. We thoroughly enjoyed him being able to come over and spend nights with us comfortably. The house was the epitome of luxury with the exquisite decor EVERYWHERE!! All 4 rooms ensuite were a home-away-from- home experience we absolutely enjoyed. The slight adjustments needed with hot water and the TV at check-in, were dealt with by the technician and made our 4-day stay a fantastic experience. I had a few friends stop over and was very proud to show them the place. As to recommending this location in the future, I have started to already and will continue to do so. Apartamento con todo lo necesario para unos días, para una pareja, a 10 minutos del metro que te lleva al centro de Roma en media hora. La ubicación bien. Daniela muy comunicativa y siempre en contacto. Tuvimos todo lo necesario.

Jacopo’s apartment is nice, modern and has all the amenities needed while on vacation. Transportation is close by we walked to take the tram but mostly used a taxi. There is a supermarket close by. We didn’t get to try the restaurants in the neighborhood as we had planned some tours. We appreciated Jacopo’s suggestions, he really goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Thank you Jacopo for all your kindness we hope to be back again.

The pictures do not do the apartment justice! the place was well furnished, beautiful, and comfortable. Everything was clean and ready to go. There were even instructions sprinkiled here and there for how to use some of the features we were less familiar with. The neighborhood was a peaceful getaway from the busier parts of the city while still having plenty of restaurants, shops, and anything else you might need. The place is a short walk from a tram line and metro stop making it incredibly easy to get to other sections of the city. Finally, Sara was an amazing host! She was responsive when we had questions and had great recommendations. We got turned around on the way to the apartment (Google's fault, not Sara) and were about an hour late to receive the keys. Sara was still cheerful and welcoming despite us making her wait. If you stay here, I promise you won't be disappointed.

Great spot to stay in Rome. Super quiet area but still walkable to Trastevere restaurants and beyond. Easy walk from 2 train stations and easy ride to Vatican city. Laura was able to welcome us herself and was reachable if we had any questions. Would stay again!

Roberto is a wonderful host that goes out of his way to make you feel comfortable. He was very responsive and helpful. He is very friendly and warm. The home is exactly as described. It has many amenities that make even a long stay comfortable. The home is spacious and can certainly host a family. The kitchen is well-equipped if you'd like to make your own meals The home is situated in a very charming square and only steps from the main square of Castel Gandolfo. Castel Gandolfo is a very beautiful and charming town. I highly recommend this airbnb if you are in the area.

The appartement is well located within 5mn from the bus or the metro after that you are 15mn away from the center of Rome. Laura took the time to introduce us to the appartement and was always very responsive by message. She is a very proactive host. The place itself is quite big with well enough room for 4 people with a balcony as well. Lots of amenities and very clean overall. Definitely recommend. Thank you again to Laura for making our stay even more enjoyable 😄

Logement très agréable et très bien équipé, avec une magnifique vue sur la mer. Lits très confortables, superbes salles de bain. Balcon très agréable Un très bon rapport qualité prix par rapport au prix des logements sur rome.

It was so nice to be met by the host’s wife. The apartment was a block from the beach. Very quiet(off season). Lots of cafes and restaurants very close by. 2 grocery stores were about 20 minute walk. The vintage 1930’s decor-shuttered windows and tile floors were beautiful. We stayed here 3 nights before a cruise. We would definitely stay here again.

The place was very modern with very secure doors and windows. Giuseppe was an extremely attentive host and very clear and reasonable about his expectations of your behavior while staying in his place. It was more in the country than downtown but the city attractions were easy enough to get to by public transport, or by car if you are use to driving on italian streets. We would definitely stay here again if we ever made it back to Rome.

We had a good time during our family vacation week in Rome in Simone's appartment. Stefano (the neighbour) welcomed us and showed us the apprtment and was very helpful. The appartment had everything we needed. It is in the 8th floor, but there is an elevator. The appartment is quiet and was very clean, when we arrived. The appartment is well connected to public transport (subway and buses) and there are small supermarkets and a few good restaurants in the neighbourhood. We can absolutely recommend to stay in Simone's place.

We are a family of Two adults and two children and the house was perfect for a such family and we enjoyed staying here. It was kept very clean. All items required for light cooking and preparing coffee were readily available. The house is very near to Public transport Tram and Bus stop. Super market and restaurant are easily accessible. Great host. We were provided with all necessary information in advance and it was very helpful on the first day. Overall, we had a good stay and my family liked the house very much.

We had a very Nice stay close to the coast. Perfect location for visiting thebold and new town.
