Mai's place is close everything we wanted to see, in such a walkable area. Not being accustomed to how Hanoi old town has so much built back from the main road, we were a little caught off guard about it being off the lane, but as we learned more about our surroundings we quickly found out how common this in in Hanoi. Being built back from the main road ensured we had a peaceful quiet area to return home to every day. The house itself was spotless, and they sent us great tips about where to eat. They even arranged for a van to take us back to the airport at our request. As mentioned in other reviews, there are lots of stairs. Each bedroom is on a separate floor, and I think I counted 74 stairs to the top bedroom. I'm in my 60's, had enough luggage for a six week trip, and had no trouble with the top floor. Though I did grumble a few times when I realized I forgot something when we were on our way out. The value for money is great, and the beds were the best in our whole trip.

Vakkert hjem med god plass. Vi hadde eget rom (2 personer) og stue, kjøkken å bad. Hun var rask til å svare å hjalp oss med alt fra spisesteder, sende pakker og komme oss inn på rommene.

Idéalement placé à une dizaine de minutes à pied du vieux quartier, propre, bien équipé, ce logement a parfaitement répondu à nos attentes. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

This place matched the description exactly and is in a great location. It’s on a street which has a couple famous egg coffee cafes (highly recommend Loading T cafe across the street from the place) and a famous pho restaurant. Very walkable to old quarter markets, hoan kiem lake, and St Joseph’s cathedral. The street itself is still not too busy as the shops starts to close before bedtime. Jason helped arrange a van at set prices to pick us up from the airport (which was late at night due to plane delays) and airport drop off (very early in the morning) which was very helpful. The cute balcony seating area was also a plus.

Staying here for a few nights on a short trip in Hanoi really enhanced my whole experience and got the most out of a short time in this City. Checkin and checkout was simple and brief. The Apartment is well designed and very homey with everything of a home, even with in-unit laundry. Very private with the entire two floors for our stay. Interior and beddings are clean and comfortable just like in the pictures and descriptions. Location, Location, Location. It is literally in the centre of Hanoi, the old district. Steps away to all the street foods and restaurants making trend now on Tiktok, youtube food reviews. 10 mins walk diameters to everything you need to see in Hanoi. This allows us to see more of Hanoi in a short amount of time here. The apartment is not on main street, away from the noise pollution, a huge plus for relaxing. All in all, great value, best location. I would say cheaper than hotel and got a lot more. We will stay here again next visit to Hanoi

Great stay with spacious, clean rooms and pretty complete amenities. The house feels safe and quiet within a gated neighborhood. Definitely great value as it is located a stone’s throw away from the Opera House and felt like a home (we were a group of 6 adults and we had plenty of space). Check in and check out was very easy! And Diep was a very hospitable host, proactive in communicating and had lots of good food recommendations. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place!

Le village est magnifique, plus bel endroit qu’on ait visité. La maison est très jolie, Tam est adorable et le propriétaire se plie en quatre pour que votre séjour se passe au mieux (je me suis fait mal à la cheville et il m’a changé de chambre pour avoir la salle d’eau dans la chambre sans que je ne lui demande). Les repas sont très bons. Moins gras qu’ailleurs (ça fait du bien après une dizaine de jours). Plusieurs rando possibles autour de 2/3heures.

This villa was fantastic - very spacious, beautiful rooftop views and multiple floors. Hosts were very kind and helpful as well. Would recommend
