May was such a wonderful host! We sincerely enjoyed our stay here! It’s located on a nice, quiet street in Old Quarter, so not noisy but also so close to the bustling, amazing streets of Hanoi!

We had a fantastic time at Bach’s place! The place was spacious, clean, well equipped, perfect for our group. The billiards table and Netflix projector made our evenings really enjoyable. Bach and his team were super responsive and helpful, always making sure we had everything we needed. The location was also convenient, with great food options nearby. Overall, a great experience, and we’d definitely recommend it to others visiting Hanoi!

Staying here for a few nights on a short trip in Hanoi really enhanced my whole experience and got the most out of a short time in this City. Checkin and checkout was simple and brief. The Apartment is well designed and very homey with everything of a home, even with in-unit laundry. Very private with the entire two floors for our stay. Interior and beddings are clean and comfortable just like in the pictures and descriptions. Location, Location, Location. It is literally in the centre of Hanoi, the old district. Steps away to all the street foods and restaurants making trend now on Tiktok, youtube food reviews. 10 mins walk diameters to everything you need to see in Hanoi. This allows us to see more of Hanoi in a short amount of time here. The apartment is not on main street, away from the noise pollution, a huge plus for relaxing. All in all, great value, best location. I would say cheaper than hotel and got a lot more. We will stay here again next visit to Hanoi

Great stay with spacious, clean rooms and pretty complete amenities. The house feels safe and quiet within a gated neighborhood. Definitely great value as it is located a stone’s throw away from the Opera House and felt like a home (we were a group of 6 adults and we had plenty of space). Check in and check out was very easy! And Diep was a very hospitable host, proactive in communicating and had lots of good food recommendations. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place!

Le logement est parfait pour 6 personnes avec 3 belles chambres, 2 salles de bain et une terrasse exterieure. Bien situé pour acceder facilement aux principaux centres d'intérêt de Hanoi, et tres calme. Anna Anh etait disponible pour repondre a nos attentes. Nous recommandons ce logement !

Thinh & My 님의 숙소의 숙소는 아름다운 서호 인근에 위치한 매우 매력적인 숙소였습니다. 오래된 건물이지만 잘 관리되고 정돈되어 있었고, 무엇보다 관리자인 Hieu의 적극적인 서비스가 매우 인상적인 숙소입니다. 숙소의 특성 상 호텔 수준의 청결과 정돈 상태를 기대하는 것은 매우 어려우나, 아름다운 지역으로의 접근성이 매우 우수하고, 우리가 필요한 모든 것을 보유하였으며, 여름철에는 아름다운 정원에서 매우 즐거운 시간을 가질 수 있을 것으로 생각됩니다.(우리는 겨울철에 머물러 그럴 기회를 가지지 못했습니다.) 하노이 숙박시설의 특성상 난방이 되지 않았지만 Hieu의 적극적인 지원으로 우리는 춥지 않게 지낼 수 있었습니다. 우리는 Thinh & My 님의 숙소에서 매우 인상적인 아름다운 추억을 만들 수 있었습니다. 만약 하노이에 다시 간다면 또 머무를 의사가 있습니다.

Logement convenable pour 4, spacieux et propre, la décoration du salon est agréable et la grande chambre confortable. Néanmoins l’appartement est humide, le linge ne sèche pas, la proportion des chambres n’est pas idéale, l’une trop petite (étroite), l’autre trop basse (1m60). Cela peut convenir pour une famille avec des enfants. Le logement n’est pas tout à côté du vieux Hanoï et des centres d’intérêt, et trop loin à pied, ce qui oblige à prendre un taxi à chaque sortie. Le bruit ne nous a pas dérangé, contrairement à la lumière du matin (pas de volets). Je souligne cependant la réactivité de l’hôte et son aide. Il a toujours répondu à nos sollicitations et est intervenu très rapidement en cas de problème. Il a donc participé à faire de ce séjour un bon moment.

The apartment is absolutely clean and tidy. It was a comfortable stay in Ms Ngoc Anh's place. She is friendly and kindly guide me to check in. Everything was smooth. Highly recommend and will come back!

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à Hanoi en famille. Nous étions 5 (dont un couple) et avions chacun notre chambre avec salle de bain, c’était très pratique ! Les chambres étaient propres et bien équipées (serviettes, sèche-cheveux… et même un mini-frigo). Il est aussi possible de demander à l’hôte de faire des lessives (très pratique !) À prendre en considération : il peut y avoir effectivement un peu de bruit le soir comme mentionné dans l’annonce, car le quartier est animé. Il faut bien fermer les stores comme recommandé. Le logement est très bien situé (dans le Old Quarter), à proximité de tous les centres d’intérêts et restaurants. Pratique si vous réservez des tours/excursions (les bus peuvent vous récupérer devant le logement car il est situé dans la zone de pick-up). Au global, le séjour s’est très bien passé et Thao et les autres hôtes ont toujours été très réactives, gentilles et serviables pour nous aider et nous conseiller. Une équipe au top. Merci à elles ! 🥰💯✨

The apartment is in a new development area of Hanoi; it is more quiet than staying in the old square. And the community are easy to have: local food restaurants, supermarket/convenience stores and coffee shops. If you need a long stay or try to experience a young Vietnamese family's life, this apartment is a good place to try.

올드쿼터라는 곳을 처음 가봤는데 신구의 조화가 좋은 곳이라 생각됩니다. 올드쿼터라는 동네를 즐기기에 딱 알맞은 숙소이며, 숙소가 엔틱과 모던한 스타일이 공존합니다. 호스트가 무척 친절한 분이며, 따뜻하고 친절한 분이었습니다. 올드쿼터에 오시는 분은 꼭 한번 이용해보세요.

Our third visit in Hanoi. This is our favourite area to stay from now on and this apt is located just on the lakeside. Apartment is quiant, lots of space and natural light. Absolutely great choice. Beautifully decorated too. Many cafe's on the beach road. Recommendations. Pizza Bella and Good Time Burger in the close by island. Banh Mi Pate Cot near Pan Pacific Hotel and Truc Bach Massage where blind men do absolutely great massage. All these in very easy walking distance. When coming again to Hanoi, I would book this apt if available. This time we stayed two weeks.

We stayed 8 nites at the apartment, the location was central to everything, restaurants and coffee shops everywhere It was a great location to catch a Grab ride as its down an alley adjacent to a main street The communication with guys was always quick.I would highly recommend this quite apartment in the centre of Hanoi

The apartment is very nice and clean. The location is great, a lot of good places to eat nearby and also close to the lake and relatively close to French quarter. Vesper was very friendly and always answered our questions. She sent great instuctions for finding the place. Our apartment was on the third floor, and the last ten stairs were very steep, but you can see that on the pictures. We were with a young toddler and the first time going down the stairs looked scary, but got used to it. :) I don’t remember how was the description, but there is no door between the rooms, but that was ok for us. Also, the door to the bathroom doesn’t go to the top, there is open space and there is no real window, so you can hear more from the noise of the street. Downside was the internet, which was slow and not very consistent.

The apartment was so beautiful and looks like the picture, it is located in a very modern and pristine neighbourhood with beautiful surroundings. Hosts were so lovely and helpful too 😀

謝謝Tuan的幫忙，四個晚上我們住的很舒適，第三天下午還有清潔人員來打掃，讓我們的空間保持很乾淨。 整體而言是一個很愉快的經驗，房東回覆也都很即時，吹風機燙衣版洗衣機烘衣機應有盡有！很推薦跟Tuan訂房，同一棟大樓我們其他的朋友的住宿經驗就沒有這麼好，所以我們很幸運能找到Tuan!

Beautiful room design, responsive and friendly host

Thuy and Phuong were very helpful and responsive prior to and throughout or stay. We had no issues getting into the apartment (the electronic lock is very useful). The location is ideal as it's quieter than the Old Quarter but only a five minute walk away from it. There are lovely restaurants and cafes in the area and it's not difficult to find public transport nearby. The apartment is just like how it looks in the pictures with all amenities provided. The hosts left us two large bottles of water which was much appreciated. The only downside was the shower, which only stayed warm for about 3-4 minutes, even after leaving the immersion on for longer than recommended. Overall, I would wholeheartedly recommend staying here if you are visiting Hanoi. Thanks again to Thuy and Phuong!
