The place was great! Location is really awesome (easy to uber everywhere or walk), there is security in the front and back which made me feel comfortable. When we came to the beach from the hotel access there was a lot of seaweed but walked about 10 minutes West and the beach was perfect, by the last day the seaweed moved so just keep this in mind but has nothing to do with Alfredo and just with the weather! Some times there was noises at night and in the morning from neighbors but again this is expected from a hotel just something to be aware of. This listing was clean, had extra towels and blankets and anything else that you might need like plates, coffee machine, and even water left for us in the fridge. Overall great stay and will likely be back!

Perfect location in Condado. Just a couple of blocks to the beach. Restaurants, grocery store, 24/7 pharmacy, coffee shop, all within 2 blocks. Great view from the balcony. The kitchen is a bit limited, there's no oven and not a ton of things to cook with but it's manageable. I would definitely stay again.

Jennifer's place was the perfect place for my wife and I. It's a very clean, modern and comfortable for two people with a spectacular view. It's also located in the perfect location in walkable Condado just a block away from the beach. Also a short uber away to Old San Juan, the airport and even a 15 walk to La Placita for nightlife. Definitely recommend and look forward to staying again on a future trip to Puerto Rico!

My stay in Fajardo was truly unforgettable, and a big part of that was thanks to your incredible hospitality. Everything was perfect from the warm welcome to the beautiful surroundings and the attention to detail throughout my visit. I felt right at home and appreciated the peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. I stayed for a week during a work trip, so chose the location based on proximity to a conference venue. Ubers are plentiful. The apartment looks exactly like the photos. The view is spectacular!!!! Yes, the AC units are loud when they cycle on but you get used to it. I loved the well appointed kitchen, washer and dryer, and many other nice touches provided. The beach is within a 10 minute walk and everything you need is provided. Looking for another excuse to visit PR again so I can stay in this apartment.

very cute little apartment and in easy walking distance to the beach + many restaurants and shops. the apartment complex does not let you walk in or out in a swim suit though even though we are by the beach, and the guards are very strict about it, so make sure you wear coverups.

I had such a great stay at Angel’s place in San Juan! The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. It had everything I needed, and the location was super convenient—close to restaurants, shops, and just a short ride to the beach. Angel was a fantastic host, very responsive and helpful with recommendations. I’d absolutely stay here again next time I’m in town. Highly recommend!

This place has everything you would need for a rental in Puerto Rico. Spacious deck that allowed beautiful views atall times during the stay. The 3 bedrooms would be great if staying with family. The kitchen has all the amenities you need. Frank was very helpful with recommendations of places to eat prior to getting to the rental. He was very helpful when my husband had a bad reaction due to allergies, no fault of Frank or his rental. The gated garage does have many cats which my husband has a severe allergy but was fine with some meds. Air in all the bedrooms was nice. The living area could get hot but a breeze did come in with the doors open. The only bad thing with keeping the doors open is little flying bugs that are attracted to the light. But you can not beat the ocean breeze and ocean waves crashing. A great location and stay in Loquillo!

My daughter and I stayed at Justin's place for our first trip to PR and it was all that we expected! The place was perfect for the 2 of us. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony quite often. The bed was very comfortable. They also provided us with beach towels and beach chairs, which were so useful! The kitchen was also well stocked which was appreciated. Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful place and excellent host. Eric was very communicative during our stay, which made our experience even better, including his quick fix fix to A/C problems.

Javier’s place is in a gated community with a security guard and close to everything. His home was clean, comfortable. A smart tv in each room. There was always hot water and good water pressure. 2 bathrooms was a plus and the washer and dryer. I absolutely loved the two patios.There was a/c in the bedrooms but no ac in the living room. With the 2 patios and ceiling fans it didn’t matter. The kitchen had everything needed, except a baking sheet and pizza cutter.There were no cleaning supplies but the market at the corner has everything you could possibly need. Our only complaint was that it wasn’t easy to find at first but that was a GPS issue, and the parking spots were being repainted so it wasnt marked we had to figure it out.There were no extra amenities like coffee, soap etc you have to bring everything which we do anyway but since I mentioned celebrating our anniversary a little something personal would have set it off. Overall I loved our stay and would definitely stay again.

Jose’s apartment was just what I was looking for. Everything I needed was nearby. Condado beach was steps away and the fantastic Ocean Park Beach was about a ten minute flat walk away. I reached Old San Juan by (free!) bus and even walked back once along the shore with a whole lot of joggers... Jose communicated thoroughly and in a very friendly manner... The place was well supplied with what you need for a stay at the beach… mostly, lots of towels and even a couple of beach chairs, as well.

First time in Puerto Rico and I must say; I will return and preferably to Ron’s place. Great accommodation, amazing location, very safe and many options to grab something to drink and to eat. We rented a car because we decided to explore the island and visit different beaches. The beach in condado is nice but is a little more crowded but trust me it’s a nice beach. Old San Juan is 15 minutes away tops, make sure you uber there or take public transportation which is available because parking could be challenging but is definitely worth it. Overall me and my wife were extremely happy about our experience in Condado and the whole island. The apartment is just in the right place, 1 block from the beach on the Main strip in condado. We will 100% be back there very soon. Thank you

This house is immaculate.. You are literally less than 100 steps to the beautiful beach. The house and property were very clean. The pool was clean and had nice, powerful jets and a sitting level to relax and soothe that traveling back ache. It was just my wife and I and we brought our 28 year old niece.. We had more than enough space to enjoy. My wife wanted to add.. cute, homey, great beach towels, gym, candles, coffee.. . she feels they covered all of their bases on offering a superb rental.. Our only regret was we could only stay one night... We will definitely be coming back to this Airbnb Winner!

Es la primera vez que rento una casa por medio de esta aplicación y esta experiencia ha sido gratificante. Mi familia y yo disfrutamos de la visita. Este viaje fue uno familiar y estar en el área de Bayamón era prioridad; y esta casa fue ideal. Orlando es un gran anfitrión. Es una casa de dos habitationes, ambas con aire acondicionado y una sala muy acogedora con un love-seat-bed ideal para otra persona. La sala también tiene AC, lo que hace del espacio aún más cómodo. Conocemos la situación del país en cuánto a la electricidad, y contar con una planta eléctrica era también importante. Solo una noche de niestra estadía de 7 noches se fue la luz, y la planta funcionó sin ningún, problema. Si tenemos que volver a Puerto Rico en un viaje familiar, no dudaría en volver a este lugar. Gracias.

I had a fantastic stay at Mariely’s place! She was very responsive and made sure everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. The space was spacious and comfortable, with the added convenience of two bathrooms. Also, she had drinks, board games and puzzles. The outdoor area was a highlight—beautiful and incredibly peaceful, especially at night. It was the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the surroundings. I would definitely stay here again!

Peaceful, private community that is close to many fun things to do and great restaurants. Amenities within walking distance and very well kept. Instructions were clear and very informative. Hosts was helpful. The home was comfortable, clean and we felt right at home. Will be back soon!

The environment was private, relaxing and peaceful. Nelson had the home ready with many extras for the kids. The pool was really nice, the bbq, the beds are very comfortable, great air conditioning and the best part the location had everything near by, restaurants, lake, beach and a huge shopping mall. Nelson was the perfect host. I will be returning.

Camilo's place was beautiful. plenty of games to play. Plenty of space. Well stocked beach needs!! only con was WATER PRESSURE especially if 2 of the showers were being used at the same time. The hot tubs were a bit confusing to get started on our own and took a full day to warm up. VERY STRICT 10PM QUIET TIME. Other than those minor hiccups it was very nice and spacious with ac in every room. DEFINITELY WILL BE BACK. THANK YOU FOR EVERY THING.

Booking this Airbnb was one of the best decisions I have made in a very long time. Alan and Roy went above and beyond to make sure my girls trip went as smoothly as it did. The moment we stepped inside, we knew we made the right choice. On the first night, we couldn’t figure out how to set up the pull out bed. Roy arrived within 10 minutes and showed us how set it up and even placed the linens on for us. I have nothing but positive things to say about the home and the hosts. We were gifted welcome baskets with sunscreen, face masks, slippers, a bottle of champagne and so much more. The house felt like home. There was not a day that went by where we felt unsafe or uncomfortable inside the house. We navigated it like we owned it, and that’s all I could ask for in an Airbnb. The proximity to the airport, restaurants, beaches, pharmacies, and our excursions made everything worth it. I absolutely would book with the Casa Laguna team if I’m ever back in Puerto Rico.
