Everything was great and we had a wonderful time!

For my first Airbnb It was amazing! I felt so relaxed and happy the whole time! My partner and I will we back in the summer!

Seth was a great host and we loved the place

We really enjoyed our time here and wished we could have stayed longer! The house was spacious and had beautiful mountain views. Our kids loved the large yard and game room. It was quiet and peaceful, yet only a quick drive to get groceries. The drive to Shenandoah was only 15-20 min too.

Super cute small town. Perfect house for a small group & pet friendly! Good distance from JMU. Only critique, the living room and kitchen windows do not have blinds, so people can see in all hours of the day. There are blinds on the bedroom windows though!

Nice home with all the necessities. My dogs were welcomed and comfortable. Highly recommend.

Overall was a great location to anyone wanting to enjoy the outdoors since the National Forest was nearby with gorgeous views! Or even enjoy all that the resort area offered! House was clean and the host was always made sure to get back to us about any questions that may have come up. Our kids loved that there was a game area as well that they could watch tv or game without having to give up the TV for the adults to watch TV.

Connie's Rock Cottage was amazing! much thought was put into this cottage. Firewood and fire starter for the wood stove on chilly nights, robes we used for getting to and from the private hot tub just steps outside the back door,map of entire 550 acres of land including the wonderful paved walkway which meanders through the property. This was the mosr exceptionally prepared kitchen we have seen in out travels. Tons of utensils, a full set of potsand pans, dish towels, trivets, cutting boards and cooking sheets! We love to cook together when we travel and this kitchen was big enough for 2! We got some amazing pictures all over the farm. The lack of light pollution allowed us to enjoy the stars and Pink Full Moon in all their glory! We will be back to enjoy this cottage again!

Tyler and Jonathan’s place is a must for larger families looking for a place to stay while visiting Massanutten! The home was perfect for our family of six with four little ones. The kids enjoyed the many games provided by the host and the basement with its entertainment options. Hot tub was a great little get away in the evenings for Mom and Dad. The proximity to all the resorts attractions and locations was very convenient. We will definitely be hoping to stay here again when we come back to massanutten.

We really enjoyed our stay! The location is perfect! The communication between us and the host was phenomenal! The house was perfect for everything we needed! The hot tub was a family favorite!

The place was clean and comfortable and we felt right at home. The pool was still cold but the kids loved that it was open already and my wife and I appreciated the hot tub after a long day of traveling. The sound of the highway is noticeable, but after a day you get used to it. The yard was private and sat back away from the road which was nice for the kids to play in. If we find ourselves in Virginia we would stay here again.

Great place and fun for the family. Clean, well-designed and loved that everything was there… from kitchen seasonings to shampoo/conditioner… very convenient and saves time and money on all the little things you have to pack/buy. The guidebook was super helpful and we took a couple of the restaurant suggestions - Hank’s BBQ and Ciro’s Italian are great local places! One small recommendation is to include a note in the Guidebook about paying attention to the Fire Risk sign. We didn’t know and had the propane table on the deck going. Security came and told us; they were super understanding and knew we were renters, but we definitely felt bad about our mistake 🤦‍♀️. Overall five stars!

I planned to propose to my girlfriend over a romantic farm and Shenandoah getaway weekend. Andrea was very excited and helped make the weekend really special. The grounds were amazing and so beautiful with trails to take walks on and many animals to see. We brought our puppy and we had plenty of space to safely let him off leash to run around. He had as much fun as we did (and we got engaged!) Her restaurant recommendations were spot on, so definitely give those a try. We did the farm tour on the last day, and it was so personal, interactive and informative. Do not skip the tour!!! Andrea was so kind and generous with us. We cannot recommend this place highly enough.

Very private location. The house was a nice cabin with spectacular views and comfortable furnishings. Very spotty Verizon cell service, but wifi worked very well for calling and internet. Would recommend for a private get-away.

My stay at Chris and Sandy’s Airbnb was absolutely amazing! Chris is such a kind and welcoming host — he went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The property itself is beautiful and has such a peaceful, heartwarming vibe. It truly felt like a home away from home. I can’t recommend this place enough and will definitely be back. Thank you, Chris and Sandy, for such a wonderful experience!

Everything was wonderful, perfect one night stay. Unfortunately something went wrong with the outdoor lights but he was excellent and was very quick to respond! He had solutions for every question I had. Nice tv set up! But didn’t use it LOL. Wi-Fi was great when we needed to use it. No complaints. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful home! Went to stay when me and my partner came to get married, sweet hosts even congratulated us! House was clean! No complaints on the house! Only thing that was not ideal was parking as it was a little dangerous for my toddler on the slope. But definitely did not affect our lovely stay! Will be returning!

This was the best stay I could have hoped for. The design was so beautiful and very spacious. The two rolling mattresses were very helpful. On-site laundry was a plus as well. The hot tub was amazing and very well maintained, the back patio was amazing and had two swinging chairs which I adored. Overall, I would definitely recommend this Airbnb for a peaceful stay in a vibrant cottage surrounded by beautiful outdoors.

We truly enjoyed our weekend at "Idyllic Mountain Home - Dog Friendly/great views"! It was all of that and more! Charlotte provided detailed info on how to run the wood stove (early March can get chilly) and we were warm and cozy on both levels all weekend. Other info about the house was very detailed. Our two corgis loved wandering around the property, which is elevated and very private! We took a hike with them on Saturday off of Skyline Drive, which was only about a half hour away; lovely! Dinner Saturday night was a milestone birthday celebration at The Inn at Little Washington, and it was worth the splurge! There's a small area near the bedroom where we set up the dogs crates and they were very comfy while we were gone. I highly recommend Charlotte's home for a weekend getaway!!

My husband and I had a great time here with our dog! Everything was clean and as pictured, and the owners were polite. There was some dog poop in the yard when we arrived. The only other downside was the flies in the backyard. We couldn’t stand to be outside for longer than a couple of minutes due to being swarmed by flies (likely due to nearby farms). Other than that, the place was really cute, clean, and peaceful. I would still recommend it to anyone looking for a dog-friendly place near Shenandoah National Park!

We had a great time staying here. The house is in a great location- a minute or less from downtown Crozet restaurants and shops and very close to many nearby attractions- less than 5 minutes from Pro Re Nata Brewery and less than 10 minutes to Septenary and King Family wineries. The beds were very comfortable and the two full bathrooms were great upstairs. The house was well stocked with spices and a full kitchen. We had a question about turning the heat on and the host responded almost immediately via the app- communication was great!

We had a great time! Fun activities, clean space and all amenities needed were available. Thanks for providing your house for a great weekend!

This is our 2nd stay at Doug's cabin with our 3rd booked. Super clean, comfortable beds & furniture. Had everything needed for cooking all your meals. Amazingly peaceful with gorgeous views. Super communicative, we enjoyed the front porch for our morning coffee & nighttime around the firepit. One of our favorite airbnbs!
