Logement propre et fidèle aux photos. Syela est réactive, serviable, l'appartement est bien placé avec toutes les commodités. Attention cependant au stationnement pas si évident en emplacement gratuit. Les transports publics au pied de l'immeuble permettent tous les déplacements donc pas tellement besoin de la voiture une fois garée.

Beautiful apartment right next to the park in Viareggio in a quiet environment. Well-furnished and equipped. Friendly host. Only a few minutes to the beach. Busy road in the vicinity. Unfortunately, a lot of trash in Viareggio, as is often the case in Italy. Beach clubs with beach access cost between 25 and 70 euros for a family. There is also a small section of the beach that is freely accessible. We can recommend the apartment for a beach holiday.

L'appartamento è stato ristrutturato di recente, quindi arredi e interni risultano nuovi e moderni. Gli spazi sono curati e molto puliti come la biancheria. L'alloggio si trova in una zona tranquilla e centrale da cui ci si può muovere facilmente a piedi per raggiungere il centro storico di Pontremoli che è un bellissimo borgo medievale sovrastato da un bellissimo castello. Riza ci ha fornito in modo chiaro tutte le informazioni necessarie per il nostro breve soggiorno ed è stata davvero gentile. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato dell'acqua fresca per noi in frigorifero, un gesto semplice che abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo viste le temperature elevate. Consigliatissimo!

We had a wonderful stay here. It was very quiet and peaceful. The drive up to the top of the hill was very windy. We took our time and had no issues. The road is totally paved and accessible. It wasn’t really the weather for swimming, but our kids had a quick swim as the pool is not heated. (They still had fun) We would love to be here on a summers day, it would be even more beautiful. Cinzia met us at the petrol station and guided us to the apartment on arrival. She also gave us some local recommendations. Very friendly and helpful. We also met a couple from just outside Ghent in Belgium. They had been coming f to stay here for over 20 years, so you know it’s good if they are wanting to do that. Was a quick drive to Lucca and Pisa. So glad we found this place to stay.

this wad a last minute stay as our previous airbnb had electrical issues. Anna and Claudio were very accommodating of accepting our reservation last minute and allowing us to arrive at almost midnight. Since they were not expecting us the house was not fully prepared but they did their absolute best to get us everything we needed. They helped arrange activities and meals and were very pleasant hosts. We would definitely recommend their home.

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour chez Carlo et Elena. Le jardin clôturé et la piscine étaient de vrais plus. Sans compter toutes les petites attentions que Carlo a pu avoir pour nous, et même un cadeau pour notre petit chiot. Le logement est paisible entouré de montagnes avec une belle vue. Nous recommandons cette maison et son hôte car tout était parfait!

Abbiamo alloggiato in questa casa nel periodo della fiera di Lucca. Gli host ci hanno subito accolto calorosamente, assieme alla dolcissima cagnolina Luna, facendoci sentire come fossimo a casa nostra. La casa si trova sopra una collinetta di Balbano, garantendo quindi un ottimo silenzio. Avendo un grande giardino, presenta anche un ampio parcheggio, che non è da sottovalutare. La casa è ancora in fase di ristrutturazione quindi è sì una bella casa, ma con ancora qualche piccolo accorgimento mancante. In generale una bella esperienza.
