Luštica : locations de vacances adaptées aux enfants

Ivana and Ivan are a very good team and very helpful. The house is very beautiful as seen in the photos, the sea is right in front of the house. The barbecue was useful and the garden was very large. In the season, if you do not have your own vehicle, transportation is a problem. I definitely recommend it for those looking for a house with a garden. I would prefer it if I came to this area again

Kind host. Apartment have everything to spend holidays like at home. Private area, parking in patio, calm zone, clean house. Perfect accomodation for family who want to visit Tivat, Budva, Kotor, etc.. I will recommend and could be back without doubts

Ado is a good host. His house is very close to the sea, clean, quiet. There is also free parking. He helped us with things to do locally and where to find what we needed. His English is not great but it is enough to communicate. The house is well maintained, you will not have any problems with heating and cooling. Even those with small children can visit comfortably. I went with my two sons. The house had everything we needed. If 3 people take a shower one after the other in a short time, the water starts to cool. Other than that, there is no problem. Beautiful house, spacious, clean and comfortable, with the most amazing views out of the windows and the balconies! Photos don't really do it justice. Glenda was so helpful with everything, booking us a transfer from the airport to the airbnb and advising us on buses and cabs and restaurants once there. We were a group of 10 friends and it was ideal for us. The only thing i'd say is if you have limited mobility and don't have a car you might struggle to get up the final hill to the house, but we were all able-bodied so it was fine!

We loved our stay at the beautiful stone house on the Bay of Kotor! The location was perfect, easy to explore neighboring towns of Kotor and Perast, lots of great restaurants within a short drive (and a few within walking distance). We loved the quiet street and the location right on the water was absolutely perfect to enjoy the outdoors (a huge plus to have a paddle board for our use as well!). House was spacious and comfortable, and the hosts were so lovely, allowing us to check in early and were very responsive to any questions we had. They also provided wine and fruit and some great local recommendations. I would definitely recommend and would stay again!

Júlia and Sergey were very kind hosts. Sergey was in a place waiting for us in order to be easier to find the apartment. We had a problem with our rented car in a remote place and the night coming but Julia and Sergey helped us contacting a truck to take us and our car to be repaired, even being late, they were very kind and helpful. The apartment was very clean, located in a very calm place, near the beach and had everything we needed for our stay. I recommend this apartment to visit the coast of Montenegro.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - the house is beautiful. The kitchen is very well equipped, the bedrooms are very comfortable. We really enjoyed the 3 terraces which allowed us to sit outside with great views to the sea. We also enjoyed walking down to the sea from the house and having the small shop very nearby was very useful. We would recommend a stay here.

We had a really great stay here, it is a long way out from Kotor, but we like that, it was quite no noise. The night sky was awesome. Close to the sea was great to jump into from the ponta. (We did this every day) Also was nice to see the cruise ships coming out of Kotor in the distance. The place is homely, a little bit dated, but a proper Montenegro home which we liked. The added addition to having the local cats come to visit morning and evening was so good. We counted at least 10 + cats and kittens. Overall a great quiet place to stay.

Vlado is a great host. He met us near AMI hotel and helped us with our luggage. We had cleaning every week of staying. Vlado gave us a remote for a gate when we took a car for rent. We asked for blankets and he gave us blankets. Our staying was great!

Very nice person, helpfull, even if you asking about other pleaces she don’t mind to give you good recommendation. 1000% good choice

We had a great stay in Dragana’s apartment in Budva. Dragana was a fantastic host. She very kindly picked up us from the bus station. The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed. The location was good and there were plenty of supermarkets nearby. Would recommend to anyone visiting Budva.

Almir’in evi muazzamdı. Büyük ve rahat olması çok iyiydi. Evde ihtiyacınız olabilecek her şey mevcut. Sakin ve güzel bir konumda. Ev tertemiz ve sıfır bir daire. Almir bize her konuda yardımcı oldu ve iyi bir ev sahibi. Her şey için kendisine çok teşekkürler.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt bei Pero und Marina! Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Altstadt, Restaurants/Cafes und Supermärkte sind mit schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Kommunikation hat super funktioniert, Pero und Marina waren sehr flexibel, entgegenkommend und freundlich! Auf jeden Fall eine Empfehlung :)

Der Aufenthalt im Apartment von Milica hat uns sehr gut gefallen! Es war sehr sauber, gemütlich und sehr gut ausgestattet. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der schöne Balkon mit dem tollen Ausblick und die neuwertige Terrasse mit großem Garten! Milica ist sehr freundlich und die Kommunikation mit ihr verlief schnell und unkompliziert. Auch die Tipps waren hilfreich! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, würden jederzeit wiederkommen und es unseren Freunden weiterempfehlen!

Great place to stay to explore Kotor bay. Its location is great as it’s close to the water where there’s lots of quiet places to sunbathe and swim. It’s about 20 minutes walking distance from the old town but the walk is very nice and there’s cafes, restaurants, bars and beaches along the way. Dejan was a great host and very helpful and friendly.

Gezmek istediğim yerlerin tam ortasındaydı o yüzden yolda vakit kaybetmediğimi hissettim 2 yaş bebekle bence mantıklı bir karardı. Fiyat performans açısından ev yeterliydi beklentilerimi fazlasıyla karşıladı. Manzara çok güzeldi

Carine war immer sehr aufmerksam und hat sich umgehend z.B. um eine kleine Erweiterung der Küchenutensilien gekümmert – wir kochen gerne und gehen nicht nur essen – und sogar einen Toaster von abends auf morgens vor die Tür gestellt. Der Pool ist groß und hat einen tollen infinity-Blick auf die Bucht. Der Flughafen Tivat ist im Blickfeld, man kann die startenden und landenden Fliugzeuge beobachten. Für uns gab es keine störenden Geräusche durch den Flughafen, nachts ist Ruhe. In unmittelbarer Umgebung hat die neue Gondelbahn auf den Lovcen Nationalpark eröffnet. Man kommt in 11 Minuten von 0 auf 1750 m üNN, das ist toll – insbesondere wenn man die engen (!!) 25 Serpentinen nicht mit dem Auto erfahren will. Kotor ist durch den Tunnel in 10 Minuten erreichbar und wenn Tivat nicht im Stau ersticken würde (im August), könnte man in wenigen MInuten am Hafen sein. Strand und Meer sind gut erreichbar, mit dem Auto, sie sind aber durchaus gut besucht... im August. Wir waren gerne dort!

This apartment is a very cozy place to stay in a good location, walking distance to the center of Tivat, and close to the beach. It was spotless clean and had everything necessary inside. The bed was comfortable, too. The host is very helpful, and speaks good English. Definitely recommend It for the nice stay in Tivat.

We had a great time in this cozy and modern apartment! Great location, very close to the beach. A cool terrace. The house has everything you need! Friendly communication with Mirko. In general, we were delighted and if we ever find ourselves in these parts, we will certainly book this apartment!
