Absolutely wonderful home. A short walk to Kotor, literally right on the bay. Spacious, wonderful shower, bed and living area (best shower we had in Europe). The hosts made us so comfortable. Always checking on us, making sure we were comfortable and beyond kind. We were greeted and taken care of by Marina’s parents and can honestly say they were the nicest and most open people we have ever met. We were sad to leave. It felt like home. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Kotor, look no further. You won’t find a better home in all of Montenegro. Thank you so much for making us feel so welcome! We will miss you!

It is a great place to stay and enjoy the view. Close to the Old Town with car. Everything is the same as looks like in the photos. Nevana is a great host and easy to communicate with.

Öncelikle Dragana mükemmel bir insan, konaklama boyunca bir eksiğimiz var mı diye hep iletişimde kaldı. Mekan çok güzeldi ve insanlar harikaydi. Doğa severseniz eğer mükemmel tercih diyebilirim. Evin altında çok tatlı bir kafe var orda bir şeyler yiyip içmek çok keyifliydi. Markete çok yakın aradığınız her şeyi bulabilirsiniz.

Highly recommend this Airbnb!!! Nenad and Angelina were great hosts and their place was spotless and very comfortable. It was equipped with everything needed for a short or long stay. Perfect location - short walk (10-15 mins) into Kotor. Peaceful location - lovely to be able to get away from the hustle and bustle of the town at night. Waterfront apartment with stunning views of the mountains and the bay. Discovering Montenegro has been eye opening for us - we will definitely be back to Kotor and to explore the rest of the country. I can’t recommend this place enough! Thank you for a wonderful stay ☺️

Приятное жилье с красивым видом. Совсем недалеко от старого города, минут 10-15 пешком вдоль залива. Вдали от шума. По пути есть магазины и пекарня. Само жилье чистое и соответствует фотографиям. Единственная особенность, которая может не понравится — жилье находится на горе и нужно подниматься. Все остальное просто отлично и соответствует. Также хозяин предложил заселение раньше, в удобное мне время.

George iyi bir ev sahibiydi, sorularımıza hızlıca yanıt verdi. Evde yeterli mutfak malzemesi mevcuttu. Genel olarak temizdi. Konumu güzeldi, biz araç kiraladık, eve yakın ücretsiz otopark mevcuttu, her yere yakın bir noktadaydı. Biz tatilimiz boyunca güzel zaman geçirdik, tekrar gitmek isterim :)

Gorgeous brand new unit on the ground floor. It was a close walk to the bus station without any stairs, which was a nice change from all the other locations I've stayed recently! This is about a 10 min walk away from the old walled town of Kotor, so just keep that in mind. But I knew this before booking and purposely wanted something a little quieter and without stairs. I would definitely stay here again.

Serdecznie polecam! Świetna lokalizacja, super kontakt z Gospodarzem. Piękne kameralne plaże przy apartamencie do tego market zaraz obok. Pobyt był bardzo udany.

We are extremely grateful to our dear hosts for the time, spent in their cozy, unique and very comfortable house. It’s a happy place, with a lot of personal interior details, lovely atmosphere and at the same time with everything, that people need for comfort and we-are-at-home feeling. AC in every room was saving us from extreme day heat in July. The village is small, peaceful and lively, there are a lot of restaurants around, very clean small beaches in 2-5 min walking distance with not many people (mainly locals and a few tourists), small supermarket right next door (enough for some simple everyday food). It’s picturesque place, relatively quiet even while the high season. Parking for a van/camper can be sometimes a bit tricky because streets are rather narrow and local drivers are very adventurous, but we always could find a parking slot with not a lot of effort. We enjoyed the local coffee shop and the tiny but beautiful museum, situated by local church of St. Nikola. Thank you!

The most amazing property, in one of the most insane scenery. My family and I couldn’t have asked for anything better. The whole experience of being in Montenegro was made better by Ivana’s friendly hostessing of giving us so many great recommendations. There’s not many places you can stay in a 300 years old house and are a few feet from crystal clear waters to swim in everyday. Also the neighbours are lovely!

What a beautiful place to spend a weeks holiday - views are absolutely fantastic. its a great base to explore what the rest of the area has to offer. The house is a perfect size for two people and everything was very clean. Would recommend!

Teljesen megfelelt minden elvárásunknak. Nem találhattak volna jobb szállást 14 főre! Nagyszerű felosztás, ami biztosítja a magánszférát is. Mindennel felszerelt konyha, minimum 1 légkondícionáló minden szinten. A terasz árnyékos, így minden napszakban használható!

Ado is a good host. His house is very close to the sea, clean, quiet. There is also free parking. He helped us with things to do locally and where to find what we needed. His English is not great but it is enough to communicate. The house is well maintained, you will not have any problems with heating and cooling. Even those with small children can visit comfortably. I went with my two sons. The house had everything we needed. If 3 people take a shower one after the other in a short time, the water starts to cool. Other than that, there is no problem. heel fijn verblijf gehad hier. Jelena is top. ze regelt alles voor je. ook de verplichte registratie. reageert direct op je berichtjes. de pek aan het water is prachtig met levendigheid ivm weg en ferry wat wij prettig vonden. zeker een aanrader.

Alles super ,Tina war sehr zuvorkommend und ich sollte mich melden wenn ich was brauche,hat mir ihr Strandtuch geliehen weil ich meinen vergessen habe.Das Apartment befindet sich direkt an der Promenade, und schöne Live Musik nebenan gab es gratis :-). Da ich Herceg Novi eh schon gut kenne war es für mich perfekt.Ich kann nur das Apartment weiter empfehlen! Danke Tina 🫶

We cannot say enough how much we enjoyed staying with Petar and his family! We stayed for 1 month and were so sad to leave. The apartment is beyond amazing, such a beautiful space with a spectacular view. Petar and his family took such great care of us we could not have felt more welcome. The neighborhood is so cool with lots of people walking up and down that quaint little road, it’s a wonderful place where the locals get outside and enjoy nature and it felt like a really healthy community. Everyone was friendly. The little store right below was SO convenient. We had the best meal of our lives at a restaurant called Moments just down the street. Kotor Old Town is unbelievably charming. We had the time of our lives in this AirBnB and would urge anyone to take the opportunity to stay there! You will love it. Thank you Petar!

Amazing place with beautiful energy 😊

We only have amazing things to say about Carol. She very kindly came to pick us up from the airport and stopped off at the supermarket before dropping us off at the apartment. We were so grateful. She gave us some great recommendations too. The apartment is right opposite a beach club which is brilliant. really lovely sunbeds and umbrellas (30 euros for a full day) but there's was also a public beach too for us to enjoy a dip if we didn't want to stay there for the whole day. The food at the beach club was also delicious. There are two amazing restaurants about 10 minutes walk from the apartment. Klacken and a waterside oyster and mussels BBQ. Both were exceptional and incredibly fresh. Perast is a 2km walk away where there are multiple restaurants, all of them lovely. But the walk is on a main road by the apartment so be sure to get a taxi. We had such a wonderful stay. would definitely recommend to friends.

Our stay near the old town of Kotor was nothing short of perfect! The location was ideal, just a short and pleasant walk to the heart of the historic old town, allowing us to explore its charm and beauty at our own pace. The accommodation was beautiful, offering stunning views of the bay and surrounding mountains, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and helpful. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to enjoy the beauty and history of Kotor—highly recommended!
