The house was clean and easy to find. It had everything we needed. We wished it would have had curtains on more of the windows only because that’s what we’re used to. We hope to visit this home again in the future.

Beautiful home. Had everything we needed for a weekend stay. A bit pricey with the cleaning and the unexpected Airbnb fee, especially for March in Duluth. But zero complaints about the space itself; it was perfect for us.

We loved the place and Peter is an excellent host. He provided very detailed instructions prior to, during, and after our trip. The house was as advertised, clean, and provided ample space for a large group (13). Awesome location to Lutsen Mountains with true ski in / ski out access. The community space with pool, hot tub, and ping pong was great as well!

If you love snowmobiling and are always on the lookout for fresh trails, let me put Hovland, MN, on your radar. I recently spent a weekend there with a few friends, and it was hands down one of the best riding trips I’ve had. Our Airbnb turned out to be the perfect home base, and the snowmobiling in the area? Absolutely top-notch. One thing to note—you’ll need to trailer into either Grand Marais or Grand Portage to hit the trails. While that might sound like an extra step, it’s actually a huge advantage. Both spots serve as prime trailheads, giving you direct access to an extensive network of well-groomed trails. Plus, they offer gas, restaurants, and plenty of parking, making it super convenient. And since Hovland is equidistant from both, it's less than a 20-minute drive in either direction, so you can switch things up depending on the day. Great place very dog friendly, the fenced back yard was so helpful. Super great room, enough seating so our large group could be together. This place is stocked with everything we need, tape, extension cord and big bowls were a nice surprise. Convienent location with a lovely setting and nice view out the back. Plenty of parking too. We enjoyed our stay.

The house was beautiful & had everything we needed. Kids and parents enjoyed the game room and hot tub! Erin’s directions were easy to follow so check in and out went smoothly.

We absolutely loved our stay! The connivence of the ski in and ski out was amazing. The rooms were a good size. Pillows comfy. We had three children with us that loved the bunk bed bedroom. The hot tub was clean and a perfect way to end the night after skiing. There is a puzzle and an arcade machine available for family fun. We would have loved to see a deck of cards or board game; but generally speaking those are items that can be brought from home. Overall, the cabin was perfect..

Great location with ski in ski out. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils, plates, and Tupperware. I'm sure our group will be staying here again in the future.

We absolutely loved our stay here! It was a perfect location to the ski hills yet a very quiet setting that we could relax after a day at the slopes. The house was a perfect size and layout for our group, decorated very nicely, and had great amenities; hot tub, sauna, comfortable choices, and a great sized kitchen stocked with all the essentials.

Great location to ski or visit waterfalls. Clean and comfortable. Beautiful creek out back.

This home was absolutely gorgeous! The photos listed were great but it was even more immaculate in person. Such a cozy spot with great views of Lake Superior. We will be coming back for sure :)

The property is as in the photos, very spacious in the inside. Right on the water, only a minute or two from downtown Ely, but worlds away from the City. Nice setting, plenty of room for all in your group. Multiple levels, built to enjoy being on the lake, so many nice touches, and the kitchen is well stocked, with plenty of glasses/plates and everything required to feel at home. Plenty of towels! Hot tub is in a private setting! Second floor is reached by open stairway, includes an open area overlooking first floor, that includes conversation area with futon, and large bedroom with great view of sunrise and attached bathroom with shower and large jetted tub. We were just two, and felt comfortably together, larger groups will not feel crowded, and two cars can park in the garage, and they provide two remote garage door openers, so you do not have to get out of your car to open or close the garage door. Truly is like having your own place in the woods, if you were a millionaire!

It was a wonderful place to stay at for our girls weekend! The property was beautiful, and the hot tub is huge! We didn’t have the best weather so we weren’t able to use the fire pit or walk down to the beach but the sunroom was perfect to relax in. A short drive to Duluth as well! David was so helpful with any questions we had!
