The place is strategically located in the heart of Makati. Its close to the central business district and the place was so peaceful and close to many places. MY overall stay here is magnificent. Will definitely go back and recommend to my friends.

The unit albeit old felt homey and lived-in. The furniture was simple but functional. The kitchen had all the basic things you'll need. The location was superb and so near to key places like malls, restaurants and convenience stores. Far was a gracious host. Friendly and always willing to help on your requests or concerns. Overall, our family had a great stay and such a good way to start the New Year.

This is a perfect place for rest and relaxation. The surrounding area is quiet and the transportation is very convenient. There is light mall downstairs and you can reach Shang Ri La and SM megamall within a walk. landlord is very friendly. She always responds very quickly 🌹🌻🌻

nice condo with good bed and nice balcony with vieuw on the parc...kitchen has everything but lacks some space to prepare food..good location and staff very corect...the only bad luck that i had was that there is a big construction area a bit further..so. yiu hear the noise of the drilling all day..pitty

Donna and Phillip are so nice hosts! They accommodated my last-minute booking to celebrate me and my partner's birthday. I love the unit, the linens are clean, bathroom, and bedrooms are clean. The towels are fresh. I love that there's an ATM machine at the back of the front desk, so it's so convenient to withdraw money if you need cash. However, the convenience store is somehow not convenient, but it's not the Host's fault. I still gave a 5-star rating coz my experience with the place is so good and nice. I was honestly worried at first—worried that I might not want to leave! Patrick Jayson’s Airbnb in Timog exceeded all expectations. The location? Almost too convenient. With Tomas Morato just a stone’s throw away, restaurants, ATMs, and convenience stores were practically everywhere, making it dangerously easy to indulge. And the host? Unbelievably accommodating. He let us check in early and check out late, which felt almost too generous. Not to mention, he was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. If you’re looking for a hassle-free and comfortable place in QC, this is definitely the one.

I found Cath’s place to be very clean, comfortable, and peaceful. She has amenities in her apartment that entertain and help, but do not clutter the place. They are neatly and friendly organized. Cath responds promptly and communicates well sharing valuable informations to her guests. The surrounding of the building is likewise clean and peaceful with kind and respectful staff. I will prefer to stay in Cath’s place again in the future.

Excellent location and place for 4 visitors

Beautifu cozy home in a very nice area. Fully self contained with all of the amenities you could need plus many more. So many activities for young and old to keep everyone entertained. Plenty of room for large families or groups. Host wad very helpful and responsive before, during and after our stay. Family had a great time, we highly recommend.

Michael was flexible with our check in as we arrived during the night. Condo was spotless and was easy to access. Michael always replied to our messages quickly. Would recommend a stay here :-)

The unit is exactly as it is advertised on airbnb. Fast and reliable wifi connection. Easy check in. Hosts are very reachable and responsive. On our first night, there is a small problem with the loud noise of the aircon but they immediately have it repaired. One of the cheapest but worth it accomodations in Angeles City. What you see is what you get. Thank you

The place was great. The place was able to accommodate us with 16 pax who slept over and 5 pax who left before midnight. We had 2 infants and a 7yo kid that they let stay for free! We could have maximized the place if we stayed for another day (that heated pool!!!!) Thank you! Definitely not out last. 😊
