Great place to stay. Caretakers are also accommodating and gave all what we need. 🥰

The house is perfect for hosting a get together for multiple families. The helper stays on site and the only way to access the house is for her to open and close the gates for you. Comfy beds and lots of bathrooms. For the price it would be nice if they provided pool towels and at least shampoo/conditioner/body wash but it’s very clear in the description you should bring your own. If you want to use the hot tub make sure you make that very clear, it wasn’t set-up and it takes at least 12 hours to get hot, the helper unplugged it at night and it never got warm enough to use. Overall it’s a great location and I would go back again.

Host is very responsive. The house is clean with complete amenities. With good signal and strong wifi. TV has netflix. The pool is big. You can also have food delivered via food panda.

We booked Merlyn's place to celebrate my dad’s 60th birthday, and it was the perfect spot for some quality family time! The place is super private, with a huge outdoor space where we could just relax and enjoy. The rooms were spacious, the ACs were ice-cold and having an outdoor kitchen plus three restrooms made everything really convenient. The pool was just the right size for our group (we were 9), and we had such a great time unwinding there. Merlyn was also very responsive and even left us a small token at the end of our stay—such a nice touch! Highly recommend if you’re looking for a peaceful and private getaway.

We stayed her for a weekend, to celebrate my mother-inlaws birthday. Friendly host and workers that made us feel welcomed and home. Clean and well equipped fasility. Great looking garden that has been taken well cared for, perfect for pictures. the pool is a great asset when gathering outside, even in the evening. Reccomend for a family weekend and different occations.

Location is perfect for team bonding. Best place to relax and unwind. We don’t feel that we are still in the metro since the place is private and quiet. Bedrooms are perfect reminds me of a vacation home in the province. The staffs are kind and accomodating. It was a warm welcome for all us. Overall, it was a great stay for me and our team. We will surely book again.

My family and I, felt right at home. Ms. Jez and Sir Reden were very responsive and accomodating to our queries. They were able to elucidate their instructions before and after our stay. In fact, they were so considerate to our unintentional action. The place was immaculately clean and relaxing. The pool is very aesthetic, we all loved it. Overall, we highly recommend Muni Guestpod. Cozy and relaxing, sobrang peaceful and elegant ng interior. Hotel quality yung mga beds, linens etc. Good for large group kasi ang laki ng space. My family really enjoyed staying after our busy wedding ganap. Thanks so much Sir Miguel !

sobrng ng enjoy kami sa pag stay ng 18 days,feels like nasa sariling bahay,worth it po ang rent namin,mabait at responsive si sir mel at si sir carlo,nung nasira yung remote ng tv pinalitan nila agad ng bagong malaking TV right away,tahimik din po ang lugar peaceful,malinis ang buong bahay..what you see is what you get sa mga photos nila..maraming maraming salamat po sir mel at sir Carlo, ng enjoy po kami at mukhang babalik po ulit kami sa susunod.. highly recommend po ang place nila!!🙂🙂🙂

Spent New Year’s Eve in this beautiful, spacious home filled with stunning antique pieces by artist Tito Rolly, the owner. He and his family were so accommodating, even gifting us a unique antique wood art from a fellow artist. The location was easy to find, with charming restaurants nearby. We enjoyed watching fireworks from the rooftop at midnight, though the rain cut it short. Still, it was a memorable experience. thank you again!

My wife and I had a great 3 day stay at Joanna's place. The minimart is just below our unit and is very convenient. mattress and sofa are comfortable. kitchen is functional, complete with the cooking necessities. the owner and her family were very hospitable and always greets us. they even extended accommodating me after i checked out so I can wait for my wife to finish her exam. the location is easy to find, with parking available and is near SM Lucena and local schools that are usually venues for LET exam.

Judyline and Annabel were fantastic to work with! The place is very nice and near a river which brings nice sounds and birds singing. the caretaker is wonderful, her name is Annabel and she was very accommodating and kind. We did have a slight issue with the washer not being in the unit as the ad says. But again, Annabel took care of us and did a great job. Judyline was great with her recommendations for what to do in the area. The unit has plenty of beds which was great for our large group. The kitchen is also stocked with cooking ware, all you need is the food, which can be found at the many local markets. Judyline was great and Annabel was so wonderful and kind, she was always very happy to help! This area is really fun to explore, plenty to do, and this house is wonderful to stay in. I had an amazing experience staying at this Airbnb rental! Beth, the host, was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always responsive to any questions or requests. She lives nearby and checks in on if you need anything throughout your stay. The home itself is ideal for families, equipped with all the necessary comforts and reliable WiFi. It was spotless and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. Located in a very safe community, there was plenty to do nearby, from exploring markets to shopping at the SM shopping center. The added highlights was the large swimming pool, perfect for relaxing after a day of activities. As well as a playground area for my nieces and nephews to play. I'll definitely be booking with Beth again for my next trip!

It was a great place to stay - peaceful, the ambiance is cozy and homey. If you want privacy and good quality time to spend time with family and loved ones, this is a good recommendation. Sir Michael is accommodating and gave clear instructions. He is approachable and friendly as well.

The place was incredibly homey and impeccably clean, providing the perfect setting for a much-needed escape from the busy city life. The fresh air made our morning walks and runs an absolute delight—there's nothing like a breezy start to the day with stunning mountain views! Plus, the location is so convenient, just a few minutes away from the central area and the beautiful bay. Overall, our stay was relaxing and fun. We truly hope to return during the holidays. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a rejuvenating getaway!

Thank you for a great stay. Although we had to wait for check-in due to wrong pin instructions. Spacious unit and complete equipment. We enjoyed using their portable speaker and mic but we weren't able to use Netflix/Youtube since their tv has problem with the connection.

My Team Enjoyed Staying at your Place Ms. Daisy! The beach is clean and the place is so relaxing. All materials needed cooking is readily available. One minor concern is that the caretaker doesn’t clean the pool in the morning not like what I saw in Sundowner in early morning. But the overall experience is 5 star! The place is really good for Family and Barkada outings. Will definitely book again with my Family! Thank you

Jamie’s home is very nice, we really felt the warm welcome of her parents. Perfect home away from home especially if you belong to a big family. They also accomodated our guests relatives as well and we really had a good time staying in their beautiful home. We will be back here for sure. Red Beach House was perfect for the short notice, impromptu trip I planned for my first visit back to PH in 23 years. The trip was mainly for my nephews & nieces whom I've only met for the first time, all of whom are in grade school & high school. The property easily accommodated our party of 20 with minimal overage charge for having 6 additional persons over 14. Victoria was prompt & very pleasant to speak with & quite possibly be the best host I've had the pleasure of dealing with in 7 years of using AirBnB. The kids truly enjoyed what the property had to offer, as did the adults. The onsite staff was a welcomed surprise as they relieved my Tita from cooking duties. Len, the lead staff member, along with manang Eve & manong Eric were very much part of the whole experience at RBH. The Boodle Feast they prepared on our two evenings onsite truly made this reunion memorable for everyone. I also recommend the house call massage by CJ & the mani-pedi by Maria-fe. Exceptional stay! Encore!

The place was clean, quiet and private, creating a comfortable and relaxing environment for our get together. We especially appreciated how close the property was to the private beach clubs, 5min drive, allowing us easy access to the beautiful views in Porto Laiya Beach. Jun’s responsiveness and helpfulness were exceptional. He made sure we had everything we needed and promptly addressed any questions we had.
