Great place to stay. There's an alphamart right below the place where you can also park your car. The layout of the place was great. All the bedrooms were spacious and cozy. You can also get access to the rooftop to hangout/sing karaoke. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in Lipa!

Lorena was a wonderful host and offers a beautiful, well decorated, and AIR CONDITION home! She responds quickly and accommodated our requests whenever we asked. Lovely gated community with large club house pool you rent for private parties. Tons of cafes, shops, barber, and business offices just a walk away. I truly enjoyed my stay here.

We stayed with my friends last May 18-19 and we had a great vacation, the place is peaceful where you can really relax, the house is unique and clean, the kitchen amenities is awesome and complete, the pool is great, the bed is big. The Airbnb was what I expected it to be and the neighbourhood's location was good, it had karenderyas and other convenient stores around which made it all the more appealing.

The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. Getting there was easy and the surrounding was peaceful and nice. The place is beautiful and everything you may need were provided. I loved the bath and body works scented candles, it was generous of them to provide these. Definitely a great place to stay and will be back soon! The unit albeit old felt homey and lived-in. The furniture was simple but functional. The kitchen had all the basic things you'll need. The location was superb and so near to key places like malls, restaurants and convenience stores. Far was a gracious host. Friendly and always willing to help on your requests or concerns. Overall, our family had a great stay and such a good way to start the New Year.

It was clean, spacious and makes you feel at home. A perfect place to relax and chill with friends and family. Very affordable, comfy and has complete amenities. I love the interior design very simple yet elegant. And what I really like the most is their high-quality kitchenware and utensils, it's very neat. It was conveniently located near at the mall,stores and fast food. To the owner Ma'am Monaliza, she is very responsive, generous and kind. We will surely coming back again.
