It was a pleasant stay. Nice place and plenty of room inside the rental. The caretaker is also very nice and extremely responsive like the owner. The only downside that I can think of is the "spotty" wifi signal in the 2nd floor.

we had a really great experience here! the house was the perfect size for our big group and the kitchen was stocked well with equipment we needed. hosts were also very helpful and friendly. would definitely recommend this place for big groups and consider staying here again. thank you so much! 💖

Great place for a chill family staycation — a big house with a nice lay-out and spacious, well-stocked rooms in a quiet neighborhood. We appreciated the extras too, such as ample purified drinking water in a dispenser, a lot of kitchen towels, and an offer of laundry service. Appreciated the assistance from the friendly caretaker too :)

Thank your for hosting us. Your house is very clean and comfortable, although the bathroom is a little dated). The free sourdough, peanut butter, bananas, eggs and champorado are a pleasant addition to our stay. It definitely made it feel a lot more homier. We'll be back.

Lyn is a great host with a wonderful location in Pontefino residences. The area is centrally located but private with entry gates, so you feel safe and secure at every time. Our kids really enjoyed the pool and the playground just 30 meters away. The streets aren’t busy so you can just walk on the streets. The houses with its colourful paintings are super nice. With just a short walk or drive you are at SM Mall with lots of shopping and dinner 800 meters). A special thanks goes to Joan to administer everything, support and taking care of everything and helped us a lot at anytime. We definitely recommend this place for a stay in Batangas and would book again.

For the 3-day stay that my family and I have, Sir Joel and his wife made sure that we have a great stay. The house is huge enough for more than 10 people and true to his words/descriptions, the place is near to a lot of tourist attractions. Overall, a 10/10! Our stay from March 15-17 was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we checked in, everything went smoothly, thanks to the clear instructions from the host. The place was easy to find, which made our arrival stress-free. Even though it was our first time having this kind of trip, we instantly felt at home. The host was very friendly, kind, and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The place itself was cozy, clean, and beautifully maintained. It is a perfect spot to relax and unwind. What stood out the most was the warm and welcoming atmosphere that made our experience so memorable. Mados was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The unit was very clean and spacious and very easy to navigate to and from. Appreciate everything and we will definately contact Mados again when we need a place to stay in Binàn. Thanks Again for Everything.

Our stay at Disa’s place was absolutely fantastic! The apartment was beautifully decorated, clean, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transportation. Disa was an amazing host, always available to answer our questions and provide helpful recommendations. Everything’s perfect except we had to wait around 20 minutes at the guard house because their office didn’t inform the guards about the additional person we added.

We had a wonderful 2-night stay at Azalea Staycation! Ms. Aileen was a fantastic host, very responsive, accommodating, and clear in setting our expectations. She guided us well, making the whole experience smooth and hassle-free. The place itself is really nice and clean, located in a quiet and secured community. It’s just a short walk to Walter Mart and only a few minutes’ drive to Enchanted Kingdom, which was the main reason we booked here. After a long and tiring day at the park, it was so convenient to have a comfortable place nearby to rest. My kids enjoyed playing the available board games. Thank you, Ms. Aileen, for allowing us to stay in your home! We truly appreciated it.

Coleens place is nice, close to everything you need, a few walk to restaurants, pharmacy and laundromat. We enjoyed our stay plus the free parking which is very important if you have a car. And we felt safe as well. Ate the next door neighbor assisted us if we have questions. Also, Ms. Coleen is very responsive when we had some issue with WIFI. I was early to the apartment and the caretaker was gracious and let us in early. Whenever I needed anything, they were quick to respond by text. The AC was great and made the difference to cool off during this hot time of year. Thanks so much for everything!
