Wij zijn hier 10 dagen gebleven met onze dochter van 1 jaar. Fabio heeft voor ons een bedje geregeld voor onze dochter. Heel tevreden van het appartement, komt volledig overeen met de beschrijving van Fabio. De communicatie verliep heel vlotjes, Fabio is heel reactief. Rustige buurt en buren. Bakker op 50 meter afstand. Ideale ligging om het Gardameer te ontdekken.

Esperienza perfetta, struttura impeccabile curata nei minimi particolari. Appartamento mobile pulitissimo e fornito di tutti gli accessori. Zona molto tranquilla e attaccata a molte attività. A due minuti in macchina da peschiera del Garda . Il proprietario disponibile, simpatico e generoso . Consiglio assolutamente questa struttura.

Wir kommen wieder! Das Haus ist wirklich eine fantastische Unterkunft! Es war in echt noch schöner als auf den Bildern. Der Pool war definitiv das Highlight und perfekt zum Entspannen. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet und hatte alles, was wir brauchten. Besonders beeindruckend war der traumhafte Ausblick. Außerdem haben wir tolle Empfehlungen für Ausflüge und Restaurants bekommen. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder!

Perfekter Aufenthalt – absolut empfehlenswert! Unser Aufenthalt war einfach großartig! Tagsüber konnten wir wunderbar Fahrrad fahren und die schönen Radwege Norditaliens genießen. Abends haben wir entspannt, hervorragend gegessen und die Atmosphäre voll ausgekostet. Die Lage ist ideal – nahe der Autobahnausfahrt, sodass man schnell überall hinkommt, aber dennoch ruhig und erholsam. Der Host war super freundlich, die Kommunikation blitzschnell und unkompliziert. Kurz gesagt: Ein perfekter Ort für einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Sehr nette Gastgeber, die einem auch Privatsphäre geben. Saubere Unterkunft. Pool ist super schön und sauber der Garten als Sichtschutz gut angelegt. Der Hund Max ist sehr lieb. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Auto ( auch Camper) kann auf dem Grundstück geparkt werden. Und Sergio hat uns sehr gute Tipps zwecks Ausflüge und Restaurants gegeben. Kommen sehr gerne wieder. I recently had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic Airbnb, and I can’t say enough good things about it! The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the private pool — sparkling clean, perfectly maintained, and just the right temperature. Whether it was a morning swim, an afternoon of lounging by the water, or an evening dip under the stars, the pool was the perfect oasis for relaxation and fun. The property itself was immaculate and beautifully decorated, offering all the comforts of home and then some. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and attentive, providing great local tips and responding quickly to any questions. The kitchen was fully equipped, the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, and the living areas were cozy and inviting.

The photos don’t do Susanna’s place justice, much bigger than we expected. Lovely pool and grounds, plenty of places to sit around the villa, never had a problem sharing the pool, the other guests were lovely. Fabulous host, very responsive. Great location to explore the Lake and a nice short drive from Verona airport.

Tolles Haus. Alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Entspricht genau der Beschreibung und den Bilder. Ariana ist sofort erreichbar und super nett.

Casa molto bella, ricca di storia ,ampi spazi, giardino grande e perfettamente attrezzato. Cucina grande e luogo perfetto per ritrovarsi con amici e parenti. Una bella esperienza.

Een geweldige tijd gehad

The apartment is modern, clean, well-equipped, quiet, and has a parking space. It is close to the old town, the bus stop is also very close. Giuliana is very kind and helpful. We had a great time, we will definitely be back.

Sehr gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung, ausreichend für 4 Personen , ein Zimmer im Untergeschoss, Mann hat auch Privatsphäre wenn es 2 Pärchen sind . Alles sehr sauber, schönes Bad , schöne Bettwäsche und ein gutes Bett . Küche ist klein aber mit allem nötigen drin, haben wir gar nicht gebraucht ) das Wasser in Flaschen stand sogar für uns im Kühlschrank. Paola war stets erreichbar und sehr zuvorkommend, wir haben gute Restaurant Tipps bekommen, die waren alle toll . Besonderes hat uns bei der Tratoria „da me“ gefallen In den Stadt Kern geht Mann 7-10 min , alles Zufuss erreichbar und schnell zuhause nach dem langen Tag) Liebe Paola, vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt, wir können die Wohnung sehr gerne weiter empfehlen.

100 Sterne würden wir Tiziana und Roberto geben wenn dies möglich wäre! Du kommst an, wirst willkommen geheißen und fühlst dich einfach nur wohl! ( selbst gebackener Kuchen!🍰) Es fehlt an wirklich nichts, alles ist vorhanden und du kannst beruhigt abschalten! ( auch für Kinder bestens geeignet!) Es steckt so viel Liebe darin, das kann man spüren und sehen!! Blitzsauber und makellos! Selten sowas erlebt! Questa casa mantovana ristrutturata sapientemente in stile vintage è una piccola perla in centro a Mantova e in un'area tranquillissima della città (nonché comodissima alla stazione dei treni, all'area pedonale, supermercati, locali e farmacie). Una particolare attenzione alla cura dei dettagli per chi come me ama l'arredamento. Ho travato, ordine, organizzazione, pulizia e tutto il necessario per un incantevole soggiorno. La conversazione con Elisa è stata davvero piacevole, spero di tornare presto!!

What a fabulous spot! We stayed at Maria’s apartment for a girls’ weekend in Bologna and found it to be everything we wanted! A spacious, clean and comfortable house surrounded by a courtyard for quiet and privacy but located right in the center. Everything is walkable in 10-15 minutes, the nightlife is right outside (but you can’t hear anything) and all the great restaurants and shops are around the corner. We had a fantastic time exploring Bologna knowing we have a great night’ sleep when we head back to the house. I definitely recommend staying here, it’s a real gem.

We were a party of Five adults (All family) who stayed there for a week and the apartment was perfect for location to all the local amenities (Shops, Bars, Restaurants, Beach Lido and Ferries) the Train Station is at the top of the town so a 10 min walk or a few mins in a Taxi The apartment was spotlessly clean and very modern. Its on the second, third and forth floors so a few stairs on entry but not an issue for anyone with modest health. The entry floor has the kitchen, bathroom and a double bedroom, the next floor up has two double bedrooms and another bathroom and finally the top floor has a small living room with TV, a small south facing balcony (very handy for drying washing) and a further bathroom Its quite clear that this apartment is maintained to a very high quality and Luca the Host cannot be more helpful and Desenzano is a stunningly beautiful lake town If you want to visit Lake Garda pick this apartment to stay at

Laura is the perfect host. Always ready, and more than willing, to help with everything, even matters outside the scope of the stay itself. The home was nice and tidy upon arrival, and it felt like the place was properly reset from whenever the last guests left. The dog and cats are as cute and friendly as displayed, but be careful of the little striped kitty, he might attempt to wrestle with your foot if you let him. By car the location is great, as it allows you to retract from the wildness of the city once you feel like you have saturated your senses for the day.

It is a beautiful house, well maintained, neat and tidy, with all amenities that needed. It was better if you had a kettle and dryer.

Marias home is absolu beautiful! Loads of space , very clean and an easy walk to all the local attractions and restaurants and shops! Also a set of bicycles was great!

Ci siamo trovati benissimo in questa bellissima villa in una zona di campagna meravigliosa! Leonardo è stato sempre disponibile e accogliente. Molto attento e puntuale nel dare informazioni e istruzioni.
