Great stay as always. I thinks it’s been 4 years in a row for an annual ice fishing trip. House is great. Can ride the side by side right onto the pond by the launch nearby. Will be rebooking for next year. Perfect for 4-6 people for a weekend.

Carl's house is exquisite! Tastefully decorated, beautiful, architecturally and historically interesting, comfortable and plenty of space for a mom & two teenagers. It's within quick walk to Princess Street, Kingston waterfront, great shops, and all the best restaurants Kingston has on offer. Everything was just perfect. I'd stay again and recommend it VERY highly. Carl is a great host, responsive & helpful.

Amazing place! Super comfortable, the beds are extremely comfy. There is everything you need to cook a meal and it’s a short walk to the lake, restaurants and excellent coffee shops. I strongly recommend! A home away from home.

Our stay was fantastic. The home is a great size with perfect bedrooms and a great kitchen to cook in. The living room and porch were awesome as well. We loved the dock and the ability to launch our jetskis right across the bay. I will say, prop boats should be fine. Jet boats just be cautious of the seaweed. It didn’t stop the fun though!

My family and I had a comfortable stay at the cottage. There was more than enough space for the 7 off us. My toddler enjoyed playing in the sunroom. The location was quiet, yet very close to Clayton and Alex Bay. I would stay here again on a trip to the Thousand Islands.

For the snow lover in me, this was absolutely the best place for my wife and I to relax and refresh! We loved the beautiful private surroundings! The cabin was very clean and had lots of amenities including a hot tub to relax and watch it snow. Erik and Nick were very responsive when we had questions . We felt right at home from the minute we walked in the door. We will definitely be back!

We had a fabulous stay in Colby 3, Kingston. Great location, everywhere was within a short walk. The apartment was immaculate, recently refurbished. Beds very comfortable, lovely bathroom with great shower and wonderful products. Easy parking opposite. So glad we stayed here rather than a hotel. Wouldn’t hesitate in recommending.

Thank you so much for providing such a homely place to stay on a cold February. The lake views in the sunshine with it all frozen over were outstanding. Comfy bed. Peaceful neighbourhood. Large open plan lounge and kitchen with all amenities. Love it. Will definitely be back.

Superbe appartement spacieux, magnifiquement décoré de plusieurs grandes peintures. Cuisine fonctionnelle et bien équipée. Lits très confortables. Deux toilettes, une avec douche et l'autre douche/bain à remous. Localisation parfaite pour visiter la belle ville de Gananoque et faire un tour de bateau sur le fleuve St-Laurent. Propriétaire très sympathique. Je vous recommande à 100% et j'espère avoir l'occasion d'y retourner. Notre visite était de 2 nuits en octobre 2024, 3 voyageurs.

Great place to stay. Very easy to find. Veronica was very friendly and responsive. The place is located on a corner lot so has 2 entrances which made it very easy to park a pickup truck and snowmobile trailer. Would definitely recommend Veronica and this place!!!

Warm and inviting space. We appreciated the cozy fireplace and that laundry was available to us. The space was spotless and clean. Kristine was very responsive to inquiries. I would recommend her place and will stay again in the future.
