Heron’s Reach is an absolute gem! So comfortable and relaxing that our 2 nights away felt like a week! Would definitely recommend - ideal for taking it easy in Budleigh Salterton or exploring further afield.

My mum and I had the most glorious weekend in Lyme Regis - and Guy’s hideaway was the perfect place to stay! Guy was totally charming, warm and welcoming - making us feel right at home (plus an array of breakfast things laid out for us and everything). The view overlooking the sea, at the end of the garden - where we sat with a bottle of fizz - is also better than any pub or bar you can find. We will be returning!

Fantastic stay at Dans Airbnb, would definitely stay again! Very clean, comfortable and spacious. Felt very at home in my stay there. The parking was a bonus, and tricky to get in Exeter! Only one minor thing to note, and not an issue from Dan at all, but being a ground floor flat the upstairs could be a bit noisy at times!

My two friends and I had an amazing relaxing weekend at Susan’s place. The space was immaculate when we arrived with all amenities we needed to cook all of our meals. The view from the garden is beautiful and it’s been so peaceful to wake up with a view of the sea. The beds are really comfortable as is the sofa bed. Susan was really helpful in her instructions and very prompt to respond if we needed clarification. All in all, a 5* experience, we hope to be back soon!

We had a lovely stay at Louise’s apartment ‘Little Merida’ with our dog Tilly. Louise messaged us before our stay to tell us the apartment would be available early although we weren’t able to take advantage of this. She came and introduced herself after our arrival to ensure we had everything we needed. There was a fresh vase of flowers, some milk, coffee and some delicious local fudge on our arrival. The apartment looked exactly as in the photos, it was warm comfortable, clean, well look after and tastefully decorated. We ate in on two occasions and the apartment had everything we needed to prepare our meals. There are plenty of restaurants and bars locally and within easy walking distant. I had a great stay at Alison's place. Literally in the middle of things, close to the harbour but felt peaceful and quiet tucked away. The flat has everything you could need and the touches of milk and a box of Chocs was a beautiful touch. Will definitely be back!

A beautiful, elegant and quiet space just a short walk to the station and to town. Kitchen is very well equipped and there are thoughtful touches everywhere, such as painted eggs hanging from a little tree to celebrate Easter and an abundance of toiletries in the bathroom. Ideal to stay with a dog as there is a small courtyard, a box full of dog amenities such as toys and towels, plus the beautiful River Exe nearby to walk along. Jaana was an excellent host, contacting us ahead of time to make sure the space was suitable for our baby to visit too (there are furnishings that wouldn’t work with a walking infant/toddler) and full of recommendations of good, dog friendly pubs in the vicinity. Definitely recommend and would stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay, lovely place, very close to the sea front only takes 5 mins to walk down. lots of places to eat. Host was very good, would love to stay again soon. thanks.

Had a lovely stay in Hele Manor Farmhouse to celebrate my mum’s 70th birthday. The place was as described and we loved the open plan kitchen dining room. Very spacious upstairs bedrooms, which the family loved. Friendly neighbours who let is park an extra visitor car outside. Thanks for a lovely stay!

nice place to go with family… really really nice nd clean house…. danny is a great man called him he talk really nicely nd polite nd asked him local beaches he told me everything wat i needed… thnx mate hopefully will b back there again

We couldn’t have asked for anything more from Tristan’s place. Right on the beach with lots to do, everything walkable, and in the most ideal of setting. Tristan’s house is immaculate and we all felt right at home. We only wish we could have stayed longer.

The location is about as central as you can get, with good parking and easy walking to most parts of Sidmouth. The house is well furnished and the bathrooms are very new and very clean. The kitchen is extremely well fitted out and is a great place for family gatherings! The outside kitchen BBQ would be great in Summer; we were there in February and still used the BBQ because it is a great covered area...and the BBQ kit is fantastic....bet BBQ i've ever cooked on. It also great being part of the hotel because there is always someone on hand to help out (we simply needed some more bin bags) Great place to stay for a large group and would stay again.

We instantly felt at home here. The house has been done up lovely and it gives a calm and inviting feel to it. Everything was as described and we would definitely return.

Excellent accommodation in a nice quiet area with a nice view of a rugby pitch and may be lucky enough to watch a game from the back garden. Everything on ground floor being a bungalow and idea for my Dad who was elderly and with mobility issues. We enjoyed our stay.

The Garden Retreat is a perfect sanctuary in Brixham. We were blessed with fantastic weather so made the most of the garden with stunning views over Brixham, bird song and church bells too. Moira has thought of everything to make this place a perfect home from home and we’d love to come back again in future. The Prosecco, beer, milk and supplies were very welcome. We loved our time in Brixham; fantastic restaurants, amazing views and the Fish Market tour and breakfast is not to be missed. Many thanks again Moira x

I had such a peaceful and relaxing stay at Phil and Laraine’s beautiful Airbnb. The property had absolutely incredible sea views , waking up to that every morning was such a treat. The space itself was cozy and thoughtfully decorated with a lovely coastal feel that made it feel instantly welcoming. Phil and Laraine were fantastic hosts, warm, friendly, and respectful of privacy. Everything was spotless and well-equipped, and you can tell they’ve put a lot of care into making the stay special. It was the perfect escape from the busy day-to-day, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a calm coastal getaway. I’d love to return one day!

Immaculate, spacious and really comfortable. Attention to detail and honestly everything you needed was there. Lovely touches like fresh flowers and chocolates too. A little chalk board welcome! Pillows and bedding so soft and clean. Comfy bed. Beautiful peaceful garden full of birdsong, flowers snd buzzy bees. Gorgeous. 100% nearly nearly bar only one small thing was the sofa bed being a bit wonky but that may have been our setting it up, I’m not sure. Thank you for a lovely stay Diane. I will be back!

The apartment was just what we needed, a home from home with a fantastic seaview Jemma was away this week but her mum Jackie was lovely, very helpful and welcoming as was her dad and the dog😊 All in all a brilliant week.

Had a wonderful seven weeks stay in Nicks lovely apartment whilst planning my relocation to Exeter. The apartment has everything you need with plenty of space. The location is great for accessing the city centre and has added bonus of parking. Would thoroughly recommend

Excellent accommodation, everything was to a high standard. Great location, comfortable, parking and 5 minutes walk to the beach. We had scones, jam and clotted cream on arrival which was an extra touch by the host. Would highly recommend. Great communication from Jackie.

It’s a bigger place than it looks on the listing. Location could hardly be any better! We had a great time.
