We really did enjoy our stay! It was perfect for what we needed and we were able to relax during the times we had between our busy schedule for the weekend. We really do appreciate everything that our host did, including being extremely flexible and very caring about our trip! Thank you again!

What a gem! We were in Lynchburg to help our kids get their new house ready. The Crows Nest was blocks from their new place which made it walkable. Everything was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. Welcome soaker tub with bath salts which was a godsend after a hard day’s work. Only thing we missed was some pots and baking dishes.

This place was perfect for my mom and I! We each had a separate place but we were right across the hall from each other. We liked how close it was to downtown Roanoke. Stephen made a video to show where the apartments were and where to park - it was so helpful! He was very responsive tp our questions and gave us local restaurant recommendations. We were in town to visit family and we were able to walk to Mast (a local clothing/general store) from where we were staying - it was only a 12 minute walk. The place was spacious, beautiful, and so clean! We will definitely stay here again when in Roanoke!

Brittany's place was very cute. We stayed for a short weekend trip. Our girls loved the bunk bed and the small hill they could roll down in the morning. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

We enjoyed out stay at Steven's place. Check in was smooth, the home was clean, and the beds were comfy. The location is excellent. It's a quick walk to IX Art Park and the Downtown Mall. We'll stay here again if we return to Charlottesville!

We had a fantastic stay! The Airbnb has a stunning interior and is thoughtfully equipped with everything our family needed. The hosts were incredibly helpful and responsive, making our experience even better. The location is great—peaceful, quiet, and served the purpose of our visit greatly. Highly recommend!

It was beautiful and peaceful. The house was clean and spacious and if he had any questions or needed help with something she was very responsive. It was a healing trip for our family and exactly what we needed. We hope we can return next year!

2nd time staying here @ Kareem’s place and it didn’t disappoint! Very clean and close to everything . Kareem was very responsive and even let me check in early . Definitely recommend

My husband, toddler, and I had a wonderful stay at the wine cellar cottage. It was a very convenient location with a short walk to playgrounds and restaurants. The diaper changing pad and booster seat were also a plus to have. Would definitely recommend staying here for a quiet place that has everything you'll need for your trip.

Conny's home was well stocked with all of the essentials. It was the best of all of the rental homes that we have rented. His home worked very well for the 6 of us, 3 adults and 3 children. Two of the children play ice hockey and it was just minutes away from both ice rinks. The location worked well for us, (grocery stores, restaurants, mall, theater, etc.), was so close by. Conny's home is at the top of our list. Conny responded quickly when we had any questions. We would defintely enjoy staying here again.

We had to travel to Roanoke for work and this place was perfect for us. It was nice to have our own bathrooms and the house was well equipped with things you may need. It was a quiet area but most things are within 10 minutes of the house. Jessie was very quick to answer when we had questions and was very friendly. When we have to go back to Roanoke, we will stay here again.

Perfect for our quick trip to Crozet & Wintergreen Resort. Wonderful location, close to Gas Station/Convenience Store, Wintergreen Lobby, and Slopes. Everything was exactly as expected. Comfortable bed and easy access to streaming services and Wifi. Will definitely consider staying here again for future trips to the area. Thanks so much!

We loved staying here! The unit is small but decorated very nice and has all amenities you would need for a weekend away. Check in was easy with clear instructions provided the day before. We had no trouble operating the lock box or using the pin pad to enter the building. The unit was also very clean! The bed is so comfortable that we slept great both nights. We appreciated that Leslie left water and snacks available since we had forgotten to pack any in our rush to leave on the day of our trip. The beach and pergola near the water were nice to sit at in the evening. Although the on site restaurant was a bit pricy, the food was totally worth it. It was the best steak we had in a while! This unit met all of our expectations and we would definitely like to stay here again if we take another trip to SML.

This was our first time staying in an Airbnb and the first time we visited SML. Our experience was great from our initial inquiry regarding boat launching, docking, and trailer storage at check-in to our departure 5 days later. Armand obtained the info and map links from the security office that we needed to launch the boat and store the trailer. which made it easy once we arrived. The view from the condo is beautiful any time of the day, but the view of the sunrise across the lake behind the mountain is absolutely stunning. We were very comfortable and felt at home during our stay. If you have a boat, bring it, you can’t beat waking down to the dock on this water playground with marinas, restaurants, beaches, and shops to visit. We’re looking forward to returning in the Spring.

We had a great stay at this beautiful, cozy condo! The views of Smith Mountain Lake were gorgeous, and we spent a lot of time just relaxing and taking it all in. The option to choose between the screened-in and open patios was so nice to have. The condo was very clean, and the area around it is beautiful—perfect for a quiet getaway. Leslie and Craig were responsive and helpful, especially when I needed to come back to grab a few things I left behind after check-out. We also appreciated the private dock box, which had nice camping chairs for sitting by the water and floats for swimming. The condo was cozy, with plenty of blankets to keep things comfortable. We hope to be back again!

Great place for a just me and my son for a couple of days skiing. Location is great. You can see the slope and the top of the Blue Ridge lift from the apartment. Just a short 5 min (with ski boots on) walk down 2 sets of easy to navigate stairs bring you to the top of the mountain, which is nice and flat so perfect if you are with some beginners. It's not a big apartment but comfy for a small family. The heating units is bit noisy throughout the place but not bad, we just turned it off at night. The Keurig machine and a stand filled with K-cups and the firewood outside the door, were a nice touch! All in all, a great place, quick responsive host in excellent location (you can even walk down to pick up your excellent pizza from the Upper Crust restaurant). Would definitely stay here again. The place was really pretty, in a great location just outside of Roanoke. Neil was really helpful and communicated wonderfully though the trip and was really sweet!

Mike made us feel very welcomed. He left thoughtful gifts and was very communicative and flexible with check-in and check-out. The home is beautiful and clean and had everything we needed and more. Will definitely consider booking again the next time we are in town.

Mary was a great host. Very detailed with check in and check out. Just right up the mountain from a couple of breweries.
