me and two colleagues stayed for some days at Cato's house for some work in the area. just a few days before we had to find a place to stay and found Cato's place.. what a great location in the middle of one of the bigger towns in the lyngen area. and what a friendly host Cato is! definitely a big reccomandation for everyone that wants to stay in the lyngen comune

Wir verbrachten als Ehepaar in der "Sea Mountain Cabin" eine winterliche Urlaubswoche im November. Tor ist ein hervorragender Gastgeber - sehr freundlich und großzügig. Die Beschreibung der Unterkunft einschließlich der Fotos entsprechen der Wirklichkeit. Besonders fasziniert hat uns das Panoramafenster im Wohn-/Esszimmer mit einem herrlichen Blick auf den Fjord und die Berge. Vom Balkon aus bestaunten wir mehrfach beeindruckende Polarlichter. Im Kaminofen machten wir es uns bei frostigen Außentemperaturen romantisch gemütlich. Die "Sea Mountain Cabin" und Tor können wir wärmstens empfehlen.

Sejour de 3 jours trop court dans cette charmante petite maison et cet environnement magnifique. De très belles randonnées à proximité et un accueil bienveillant et chaleureux de Stina. on recommande absolument !

Wunderschönes Häuschen außerhalb von Lyngseidet, sehr gemütlich und gut ausgestattet! Wir waren zum Skitouren dort und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, an einem Abend haben wir Nordlichter von der Sauna aus gesehen, es war sehr besonders!

June har et flott feriehus på Vannøya, veldig god plass og med alle bekvemmeligheter. Fantastisk turterreng rett utenfor og kort vei til fergeleiet. Anbefales!

It was my second time at Bjørn's place and was not disappointed! The house is very cosy and homey. It has a very unique location right at the fjord. It is a great place to unwind and relax and appreciate the northern lights (in winter). There are plenty of hiking opportunities in the surrounding mountains, however, a car is required to get around. Bjørn is a great host, always happy to help and provide suggestions for local things to do. We are hoping to go back one day in the summertime to also experience the midnight sun.

Hello we were a group of 8 people and came for a weekend cabin trip. The property is very calm and surrounded by nature. It’s a definitely place to relax and rewind.

It was the third time we was in Svensby in Idas house. The nature on north near house is beautyfuul, the condominium lets to feel the calm and pleasure. The sea gives us a very nice fishies. Every problem you will have our host try to solve immidetly! Thanks Ida, see next year!

Anton’s description was spot on - the cabin is not for the faint of heart due to the distance from the road and the inherent challenges of being off the grid and deep in nature without running water etc. However the cabin and setting were just as beautiful as described. We really appreciated Anton’s help and responsiveness getting us even as challenging avalanche conditions made travel to the cabin difficult.

The house is very nice, with lots of space for a rainy day. We did run out of plates, glasses, coffee cups etc. pretty quickly, however, the kitchen is big and it has all the necessary hardware for cooking. The location is quite remote, so we did have to do a lot of driving. Hege was quick to reply, helpful and polite. It was easy to check in and out. I would recommend the house for a hiking/skiing trip with friends or a big family.

Diese Unterkunft hat alles was man benötigt um erholsame Tage in der Natur zu verbringen. Die Lage, direkt am Wasser mit Aussicht auf die Berge einfach traumhaft. Das ganze aus dem Hotpot zu sehen einfach fantastisch. Die Informationen die wir vorher erhalten haben, waren ausführlich und die Kommunikation unkompliziert und jederzeit möglich. Auch bei der Sauberkeit gibt es nichts zu beanstanden es war alles tiptop. Wir können diese Unterkunft zu 100% empfehlen.

Tolle Hütte mit direkter freier Sicht aufs Meer und die Lyngen-Alps. Geräumig, mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet und gemütlich. Parkmöglichkeit direkt bei der Hütte und perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Skitouren. Kommen gerne wieder😊

Meravigliosa baita con una vista incredibile sul fiordo. Luminosa e confortevole, con un sacco di spazi comuni utili per le nostre esigenze. É stata la base perfetta per la nostra settimana di scialpinismo a Lyngen. Inoltre, la chicca è la vasca idromassaggio esterna dove ci si può rilassare sotto le stelle a fine giornata. Maria e Andreas sono sempre stati disponibili e molto amichevoli, accogliendoci anche nel cuore della notte a causa di un ritardo del nostro volo. Consigliatissimo!
