We enjoyed our stay at Carol’s place. The house is super cute and really is cozy. Carol was very responsive and quickly took care of a minor plumbing concern. The place worked great for our family of 4. Do be aware that the stairs to the loft area are very steep and narrow - probably wouldn’t be great for very young kiddos. It is an older house, so be ready for creaky floors, but it is all part of the charm. We loved all the quilts available to sleep under. It was well-worth it for our family to have a little extra space and not be stuck in a hotel room. Definitely recommended.

This Air bnb was perfect walking distance to downtown Emporia! It was clean and big enough for just the 4 of us!

House has more space than appeared in photos, all necessary gear was included to cook. Host provided many activites for guests plus gave local city options as well. Very responsive with questions as well. Will be staying here again in the near future, no doubt.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and Deanne was prompt replying when we decided to extend our stay. The house was clean and the beds soft. The neighborhood was ideal. The highlight of the trip was Buddy, the friendly and ever purring outside cat. Loved looking out the kitchen window to see her. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

The house feels much bigger than the pictures. We had a great time resting here in between trips to the disc golf courses!

I travel to Emporia often to visit family, and this is -- I think -- the fifth or sixth time I've stayed in this peaceful spot. As always, Darren and Allysa were thoughtful and considerate hosts, and they graciously let me extend my stay an extra day when I needed extra time with my family. I can't recommend this beautiful spot -- any my wonderful hosts -- highly enough.

Last minute booking with family and friends for the superbowl game. Judy was responsive, flexible, and accommodating. The house was in a peaceful neighborhood where families are active and polite. Recommend if ever in Emporia, we fit 3 kids and 2 adults with ease.

Amazing spot

Really cool old building. Renovation for the Airbnb looks great! Lots of thought went into it and is a great location. Will definitely stay again when we are in town.
