This place was absolutely perfect for our family. We have 8 adults and 2 kids so it’s often hard to find a place where we can all be comfortable. Brianna’s place was a perfect fit. We all had our own rooms with plenty of space to stretch out. The adults and kids loved the game room and the entertainment room. The house was so perfect that our family actually preferred to spend time there instead of going out every night. It truly felt like home. It’s also very close to numerous restaurants and Walmart. If you have a big group like us don’t hesitate to book this place. I promise you won’t regret it. Brianna, thank you so much for helping make this a great vacation for our family. We will definitely book again on our next adventure to Colorado.

Perfect house for our family spring break trip. The 5 bedrooms were perfect for our group of 8. Beautifully decorated, great amenities. My 4 boys, from tween to mid-20’s, especially loved the pool table and the hot tub. Well-stocked kitchen, and the coffee and cocoa bar was a hit. Having a dining table big enough for all of us to eat around was lovely. Good location, near lots of stuff to do and places to eat. Would stay again if we make a return trip to the Denver area!

The most beautiful and well-thought-out Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. It was the perfect set up for 8 girls for the weekend, but could have easily fit more. The immensities were incredible. Awesome location between Denver and Red Rocks. Only negative was the security camera facing the hot tub and made us uncomfortable.

This home was absolutely perfect for any get together. So much great space for a large group. Everything you could think of was included. The location is perfect, quick access to the city as well as the highway leading to the mountains. David was a fantastic host. His home was beautiful and clearly designed with care and attention. Highly recommended!

My family and I were in town for a basketball tournament at UNC and the location was perfect for us. The house was also very spacious and had everything we needed, especially for our little ones. They had so much fun in the play area! We were able to cook our own meals and relax at the house!The hosts of this wonderful home were always responsive, very thoughtful, and so accommodating. Overall, we had a great stay in this home! Thank you to Kristy, Ryan, and Jack the Dog!

This was our 3rd year staying at this property and everything was perfect as usual. Perfect layout, huge kitchen, spacious living room and dining room, great sun room, this property has everything and a big yard!

We had a great stay here. 4 adults and 4 kids (ages 6-10) and the place was perfect for our group. Beautiful home, peaceful hot tub, Sonos speakers throughout, heated floors, games for the kids. Everything we needed for a quick ski trip at Ski Granby (5 mins away). Aaron was super proactive and helpful, making our stay relaxing and easy.

We had an excellent stay. The host Matt was super helpful and communicative, letting us know all the details of the house. I love that there is an element of trust with these hosts, and they do their part if you help out a bit. It’s mutual respect. The property was easy to access, and had everything we needed for a great stay. Being able to have our small dogs with us was the icing on the cake. 🙂

Wonderful home! We didn’t want to leave! Nice lay out for the home. Plenty of space to accommodate lots of people. The pool/hot tub was definitely the main event. A house full of middle aged women and we played in the pool like we were kids again! Lots of room around the dinning table to play board games. The downstairs was also perfect for a big group. Pool and basketball were lots of fun. One of the ladies brought her switch and we had Mario kart going on too. Over all clean, spacious, private and never have to leave the property for entertainment. Easy check in and out. By far the best bnb I’ve been to. Very chill and relaxing.

Our stay was amazing! We felt right at home and didn’t want to leave! We live a few hours away and come to Denver often for Broncos games and family events. We can’t wait to stay here again!

My family had a great stay at this location over the holiday. There is plenty of space to sleep a large group, and the place was clean and tidy. They were also very responsive, even reaching out on Christmas Eve to answer a small question we had on check in!

This was our second time staying here, and it was just as wonderful as the first! Quiet and cozy and the beds are just like sleeping at home. Highly recommend this location when needing a large home for a trip. Our two families of five each had a great vacation here. Each level has its own bathroom and living space and plenty of room for all your gear. It is easy to walk to the ski lifts and base area, or drive and drop off skiers in just a couple minutes. The property manager is very responsive and addresses any issues promptly.

Lovely accommodations for a bigger group with enough room to not be too close if you didn't want to be. The fireplace and windows everywhere were great additions. I wish it had been warm enough for us to enjoy the beautiful back deck. Young adults enjoyed the pool table and basement area and be spread out a bit from the older generation. Furniture was functional and comfortable. I wish the dining room table had been a bit larger for our group since we were there on a holiday, but there was plenty of room with the massive kitchen island/seating. Also plenty of pots/pans/dishes for those who are utilizing the kitchen.

We were very impressed staying here. Everything was very clean and the backyard is easily twice the size of what the pictures show. Angel was a fabulous host and we are very satisfied with our stay here. Would highly recommend!!

The Wapiti townhouse was absolutely perfect for my family’s stay in Fraser! Spectacular views of Winter Park resort, the Fraser River Valley, and its surrounding peaks plus all the amenities you could need. The wraparound deck was perfect for the one sunny day that we had during our stay, and the working wood fireplace was great for the snowy nights. Plenty of space for a large group and games to keep you entertained. Easy access to snowboarding, the snow tubing hill, and many more activities. We definitely hope to stay here again in the future!
