She was extremely welcoming and gave very clear instructions on how to get there and how to get into the house. The place itself was beautiful and private enough for a dog to have a run around in the garden. Our dog also could meet the chickens and the horses which he very much enjoyed. We only stayed for one night but it was an enjoyable experience overall! Would stay again if in the area.

This was my first experience being I the countryside and it will not be my last. I loved our stay and did not want to go back home to hustle and bustle of London life. The cabin was beautiful, squeaky clean and had all the amenities needed. The welcome cake was a lovely gift and tasted amazing. I will be back again for sure!

We went to see Antony Gormley’s Another Place Lynne’s place is less than 5 minutes from the beach where the statues are. Perfect location for us and we were blessed with great weather

Amazing cottage, would highly recommend. Very clean and has everything you need! Lovely warm feeling like home. There was also a guide with recommendations for restaurants and the area which was really helpful.

Great place for family, host is very friendly…We enjoyed our 2 days stay, very peaceful and lovely jacuzzi. If you want a great time then this is defo the place.

We absolutely loved our stay here and will definitely be staying again. It’s something different and so peaceful! We sat outside and lit a fire and looked out at the amazing views. Thankyou so much for our stay we can’t wait to come back!

Really enjoyed our stay at Shrimpers cottage, great location with shops, supermarket, restaurants etc all walkable within 5-10 mins in Lytham St Anne town center. Great pub, fish and chip shop, awesome Thai restaurant just a stroll up the road. Cottage was so lovely and clean and tidy, both bedrooms had comfortable beds, lovely linens and bedding, kitchen has everything you need. Lots of free street parking but can take you a while sometimes to find an empty space but we never really struggled to find one eventually. Cottage is big enough to have family visit as well with grandchildren If Richard will have us, we will be back.

Had a great stay and Wayne was fabulous. Only a mile walk to the north pier. We were let down last minute so tried to find somewhere quickly. Messaged Wayne to say we were already on our way and he had the apartment ready for us. Fantastic host. Will defo stay there again. Big thanks to Wayne and Eva from coral and John. 👍

Elaine’s property is perfect. She has definitely gone the extra mile to make sure everything you could possibly need is there for your use. The property is in a very quiet location but within easy walking distance of Poulton centre with plenty of off road parking. I strongly recommend Elaine’s property.

carol was lovely and very welcoming. she left us a welcome parcel with bread.. milk.. biscuits and cereal. all cleaning items available in a cupboard. loo rolls.. shampoo.. and soap in the bathroom. fresh bedding on the bed.. and it was lovely and warm for our arrival. our puppy loved the enclosed garden and the jar of treats left on the side for her. we will definitely be returning later in the year. We had a lovely stay in a beautiful property with a well-maintained garden and a generously sized bedroom. The surrounding area is picturesque and peaceful. The only minor drawback was the occasional noise from passing trains, which may be noticeable to light sleepers. Ann was incredibly accommodating, especially with our special request for bedding arrangements, and it was a thoughtful touch to find milk in the fridge upon arrival.

A lovely space to spend time away from the world. We stayed for 3 days over new year and relaxed in front of the wood burner. The space was perfect for 4 of us.

Great accommodation, surprisingly spacious flat, clean simple decor. Nice neighbourhood, and a pleasant walk into Poulton which has a good choice of restaurants. We drove to Blackpool and parked in the Foxhall Village car park for a convenient walk into the town centre. The flat has plenty of kitchen utensils, towels etc. The Sky TV package is very good. The only other comments I would make is that some of the bedding is past it's best (bunk beds), the front door cylinder is a bit temperamental - a cheap simple repair. Also the hall door is stiff to open and another 5 minute repair. We would book again without hesitation, and may look at some of John's other properties.

The cottage is in the heart of Lytham. There is a well stocked kitchen, with thoughtful touches like kitchen roll and tea and coffee. The bath towels were nice and fluffy and we had an excellent nights sleep in the comfy beds.

Stayed with a group of friends - was fantastic, the gaming room, the pool, the garden/bbq areas, freshly cut football pitch. Only issue was one of the wifi routers didn’t work, but we worked around it.

what a great air b&b . clean and tidy . we had an issue which was our right within hours. everything was explained in the texts we sent and received . can't rave to much about van, sie ,area and host. what a sea view.

Visited Lower Gill Farmhouse as part of my mum's 70th Birthday celebrations. 12 of us ranging in age from 5 to 75! All rooms were a great size, was excellent having 3 en-suite rooms along with a very large main bathroom and a downstairs toilet. The Kitchen was lovely, everything we needed and more - might have been nice to have tea/coffee and a little milk left for when we arrived after a long drive but luckily our tesco delivery arrived early so this wasn't too much of a problem. The living room had 3 good size sofas so we could all relax in front of the log burner. We made full use of the pool, games room, football pitch and tennis courts - a great addition especially for the kids and 4 hours allocation each day was perfect. Our dogs had a ball too - lots of places for them to run and play. Even in January we managed to spend lots of time outside and the little stream at the back of the cottaqe was wonderful. Great response from our host too, even though she was on holiday herself.

The cottage itself was cozy and well-equipped, with thoughtful touches like welcome biscuits and books to read, even ones for the children. The living area was comfortable, and both bedrooms were clean and nicely furnished. The bathroom is decorated beautifully and the shower is nice and powerful. The kitchen had everything we needed for our stay, though the dining area was a bit snug for five people. Overall, it’s a great spot for couples or small families looking for a relaxing break with nature right on the doorstep. We'd happily return!

Highly recommend a 2 night stay here. There is so was much to do and it was so enjoyable - we had a group of 10 people ranging from 30 to 1 year old and we all had so much fun! From swimming all day to playing on the football pitch and tennis court - it was truly never ending fun especially for the kids. The cottage was lovely, very nice and clean and everything needed was already there. It is abit far from local shops so definitely something to keep in mind but other than that it was a great stay. Host is very helpful!
