Отлично подготовленные апартаменты. Много спальных мест, две спальни с полноценными кроватями, отличные матрасы (я привык спать на более жестких, эти мягкие но комфортные) и можно лечь спать в гостинной и прихожей. Супер душевая и хорошо оборудованная кухня. Моше пошел мне на встречу в вопросе времени заезда. Мне все понравилось, но я обычно пытаюсь сообщить, что то и отрицательное в отзыве, что бы картина была полной. Особых видов из окна или с балкона тут нет, хотя с балкончика идно немного моря. И как с большинством домов в Хайфе, что бы дойти до дома, вам придется пройтись так или иначе идти в гору, но это конечно особенная фишка Хайфы :). Однозначно рекомендую этот объект.

Отличные квартира! Мы снимали сразу две студии на четверых. Очень удобно, у каждого был свой уголок, а встречались в красивом дворике) Жилье очень чистое, было все необходимое и даже больше - например халаты и вкусное печенье. До моря недалеко, магазины рядом. Остановки рядом, и главное до станции поездов можно дойти пешком. Наама разрешила нам раньше заехать - спасибо ей огромное! Хороших жильцов вам и пусть всегда будет занято это замечательное место)

לב נעים מאוד, בכל שאלה או בעיה נתן מענה מיידי. המיקום מושלם, עם נוף לים. דירה מסודרת, נקייה ומאובזרת בכל הדברים הנחוצים, לב אף הגיע והביא לנו פותחן ליין כששאלנו אם יש. חוויה מעולה!

Great apartment in a great location off of Ahuza in Ra'nanna. This is our second time staying there so we really felt at home upon arrival. Apartment is exactly as described and the amenities are really nice. Diletta is super responsive and so great to deal with. Looking forward to a 3rd visit soon!

We had a lovely and comfortable stay. We felt at home, and the neighborhood was beautiful. It was close to the sea and the tennis courts, with walking paths going in different directions whenever you wanted to go. A huge shopping center is nearby (just 5 5-minute walk), and a grocery shop is open on weekends. Despite quite busy traffic, it was quiet in the apartment during the day and at night, and we all slept very well. Very much recommended for families.

The place is in the best location with beautiful views! Sosh was super communicative and available at all times.

בית יפייפיה במיקום מדהים ביופיו עם נוף לים, להרים עוצר נשימה שקט ופרטי. המארח היה ידידותי, התעניין, נתן המלצות מצויינות והבריכה הייתה מדהימה. חוויה קסומה

הוילה יפה ומרווחת ונראית כמו בתמונות. בריכה נעימה מאוד והבית בנוי ככה שהיא כל הזמן בצל אז לא צריך קירוי (כדאי לבקש להדליק את חימום המים בבריכה יום לפני). המטבח מאובזר ונוח לבישול. המענה היה מהיר ויעיל מאוד לאורך כל התקופה. היינו שתי משפחות עם ילדים והיה לנו כיף גדול!

שהינו בדירה שבעה חברים, מתוכם שלושה זוגות. המקום היה פשוט נפלא - נוף משגע, תשתיות מעולות, הכול נקי ונוח... בילינו זמן רב בבריכה ובג'קוזי, ולעיתים בחרנו לבטל תוכניות באזור ולהישאר בבית, פשוט כי היה כל כך נוח ונעים בו. מודים גם לאיתן שהיה מאוד זמין ונגיש לכל מה שביקשנו, מעל ומעבר לציפיות שלנו. אין ספק שנמליץ על המקום ונתארח בו שוב ברגע שיתאפשר. תודה רבה!

Tova is so kind and approachable! the house was clean and organized and everything in the house was easy to find. there was lots of room for everything and everything worked with no problem. the morning of my wedding was so fun and great at the house and it made us feel very comfortable!

Beautiful, sunny apartment, very clean, with lovely greenbelt and sea views. Located in the center of town and only a couple of minutes walk to the midrachov. The host was very responsive with any questions that we had during our stay. The apartment is also well-stocked with toiletries, towels, and coffee. I highly recommend it.

לקחנו את הפנטהאוז לשני לילות להתארגנות בנחת לחתונה. היה ממש כייפי מזמין ומקסים. המון אור ומרחב לספקים (איפור שער וכו) לעבוד מאוד נוח וכייפי ממליצה מאוד ❣️

Maroun and Marie are very helpful, welcoming and friendly people. They invited us for coffee before the check in and they accepted our last minute demand. The flat is private and very nice to stay in, it is spacious, clean and quiet. The location is great in the old part of the city and it is walkable to everywhere. There is also an access to the rooftop with a nice view but it is not furnished up there. Just make sure to ask the exact location to Maroun because Airbnb location pin was wrong sent us way out of the city and we had to pay for a taxi to go there when it wasn't the right place. Maroun came to pick us up when we figured it was the wrong location. thanks to both of you!

The hosts were responsive and helpful. The place is in a set of high rises on the east side of Ra'anaana, so it is a little different than other Airbnb options in the city, which was nice. You are a little far from Achuza, but it is still walkable. All in all an excellent place to stay.

The location is superb. It's within walking distance (even with children!) to the Madatech, Namal Street (at least on the way down), and tons of cafés and restaurants, plus playgrounds for kids. The host was very welcoming and offered extra information about parking, the place, etc. The building is on a main street and isn't a new building, so the entrance reflects that. All in all, it's a recommended stay - we had a good time.

We stayed at Joel's place from July 31 – Sept. 3, 2023. Before we arrived, we had some questions. We contacted the host (Joel) and he responded immediately with all the information we needed. When we arrived the place was very clean. We were 7 people (4 adults and 3 children) and the place accommodated us very comfortably. It had everything you needed. The view from the balcony is amazing. It faces the sea and you get an unobstructed view. We spent many a mornings and evenings sitting on the balcony enjoying the view of the sea. There were a couple of minor issues when we were there but they were attended to immediately by the hosts and did not cause us any inconvenience. On a couple of occasions, the hosts came around with wine and cake including a very tasty apple pie baked by Joel. The hosts are very nice people who did everything to ensure our stay was enjoyable. It was a wonderful experience all around and we would not hesitate to stay there again.

מיה הייתה מארחת מזמינה ותקשורתית מאוד. ענתה מהר והתגמשה לטובת הצרכים שלנו. הנכס היה נעים ומקבל, מקום טוב להתארח בו, לנוח ולהתארגן. שהינו בנכס בסופ״ש החתונה של אחותי, והיה בנכס כל מה שהיינו צריכים בשביל זה.

Lotte’s place is great! Its comfortable, the shower is dreamy, and the whole place was well-equipped. Its located centrally and parking was easy. Lotte really made our stay in Haifa - her recommendations were on point, her flexibility was super appreciated and if we’re in Haifa again we’ll definitely come back.
