The description of the place is a bit limited, but the host very responsive and helped to set expectations: you are part of the family community, with a separate villa and outdoor kitchen. The family/hosts are super friendly; they have 5 little dogs, which are cute, and thankfully not an issue with my dog that we brought long. The beach is literally down the flight of stairs; although not much sand, the water is clean, blue and inviting. The co-host /owner named "Jess" is also an experienced dive instructor, and very chill/easy to set up a time and go. He's very patient and good instructor. Food: Tho not mentioned, the owner's wife provided dinner for a very decent price, and good amount of tasty food. Description says bring ur own stuff to cook, which is like camping; outdoor kitchen has basic utensils and functional. Best option is OMG restaurant the host recommended, a 9 min walk, with tasty food and nice outdoor atmosphere. It's a local experience and environment.

They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 10am. We got to resort super early and I didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend @ Papa G's beach have.

The room and restroom were spotless and smelled fresh, adding to the overall comfort of our stay. They offer great amenities, including free parking, a fully equipped kitchen for cooking, and complimentary breakfast. If there are no prior bookings, you can even check in early at no extra cost! The resort itself has a breathtaking view right from the entrance, creating the perfect getaway atmosphere. One of the highlights of our trip was swimming and snorkeling with Tito Johnny’s guidance. We were lucky enough to swim with sea turtles, making the experience even more unforgettable! Their hospitality and kindness made our stay truly special, and we can't wait to come back. The host is exceptionally accommodating and takes excellent care of guests. They are highly responsive to inquiries and provide assistance until you are comfortably settled. The scuba diving experience was delightful, and to top it off, we received a complimentary kayak for the New Year. The location is tranquil, situated right by the beach (you can observe numerous Dory fish even in shallow waters). The accommodation includes a sink, kitchen utensils, and even a grilling option. We look forward to returning for another visit.

5 Stars – Wonderful Stay! I had an amazing experience staying at this Airbnb! The place was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly responsive and welcoming, making check-in and communication a breeze. The location was perfect—quiet enough to relax and unwind. I especially appreciated the little touches like free kimchi , snorkel gear and welcome drinks. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

We had a great stay at Pico De Loro, an exciting and a new experience for us, even the place was too far, mountanious, zigzag road the excitement cannot be compare with other resorts. Our host are also great didnt expect they are too young!!! The place is so clean and with complete utensils. Thank you so much. We had a great time a definite hidden gem in Lobo. The location is very private and peaceful. You have your own pool, tv, karaoke, board games that my kids enjoyed. Kitchen is well equipped, it’s true that you will only need to bring the food that you will cook. Looking forward in visiting this place in the future.

Regina was very communicative all throughout the process. The house is very well kept and the views are awesome. The only negative that are the amount stairs and steps of the whole property. Not exactly physically disabled friendly. The views are very picturesque. It was great that the house is pet friendly. Regina’s caretaker, Inday, is such a great resource and a gem. Hopefully we can go back soon.

The place is as described. The house is pretty new and well maintained so I think we had the privilege to enjoy its beauty. The view is magnificent. The water is pristine and crystal clear. The pool is great but too deep however it is as expected as it was described as deep. I’d only recommend to have someone manage the listing and communication. Had to wait for more than 15 minutes outside and there were no response on both the contact number and as well in the app. We had to find the house ourselves before we could check. If I hadn’t get out of the car and find it myself we would have waited long. Overall the place is perfect. You just had to take a plight of stairs to get there but as expected it was communicated before booking.

We had an incredible stay at Lilo’s place! The home was spotless, well-equipped, and exactly as described. The location was perfect and private. Lilo's and their cartakers Ate Susan and Ate Jacquline was incredibly welcoming and responsive, ensuring we had everything we needed and made the stay even more enjoyable. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Batangas!

It was a very pleasant experience. Staying at the accomodation is comforting, relaxing and healing! The view and the vibe is very homey. The sunset view is perfection! Everything was worth it. In addition, the sea! The accomodation is right in front of the shore with a beautiful crystal clear ocean. Our snorkeling experience was superb! There’s a lot of fishes even in the shallow area only and there’s a lot in the deeper parts. This was one of my best AirBNB experiences. I don't stay in AirBNB's with the owners present (although sometimes they may rent it in their absence). However, since our only other option for the area seemed to be expensive resorts, we gave it a shot. Staying with Rosanna (aka Isla's B&B) was such a pleasure. It was everything I wanted to experience from Filipino hospitality. Her house is literally on the beach in Mabini. Her partner is an American who came to stay and just never left because Rosanna's hospitality is that good. He built a second floor covered balcony, where we spent most of our time working and watching the sunset. There is beautiful snorkeling right in front of the home. Rosanna is an incredible cook and will cook you meals if you choose. Btw, the whole community is basically her family, so if you need anything, she is like the unofficial mayor and just pulls out her phone and makes it happen. I recommend renting a scooter on your way so you have a way to get around.

We booked this place at short notice. We were a large party and Jefril was very accommodating from the moment we made contact. From the moment we arrived the staff were welcoming and responsive to our requests. The bar was a great addition and the menu offered good food at very reasonable prices if cooking was not on your agenda. Boats were on hand to take you across water, plus a jet ski, diving and kayaking (needed maintenance) all available - again at reasonable prices - if you wanted to be more adventurous. The house overall was good although the photos were a little dated, but as long as you weren’t planning on spending most of your time in the house, it shouldn’t really bother you.
