Anilao is one of the few places in the country where we keep returning because of its natural wonders, and Marian's Place is an excellent choice for a quiet and relaxing weekend getaway. All rooms and living areas have fantastic views of Balayan Bay. While the rooms don't offer air conditioning, this did not stop us from having a very good night's sleep. The night breeze, especially in March, was just right for us to relax at night. The staff is also amazing. Ate Cecilia was accommodating with the cooking, and Nelson was a valuable activity guide for snorkeling, watersports, and island exploration. He also helped us explore the surrounding coral reefs along the beach. We were even lucky to see sharks (small, friendly ones) in a nearby resort! Next time, we hope to see the sea turtles. Our family of six had a fantastic weekend! Thank you for having us.

We booked the Casita 3 months in advance for our elopement wedding. Ms. Xiutin and Sir Johannes were very accommodating of my questions and REQUESTS. The place is so beautiful, very calming and relaxing. It really is a beach retreat. Even though it's a shared property, there is still privacy since each casita is surrounded by tall aesthetic plants that cover the house. During night time, it's so peaceful and quiet and the time feels moving slowly when you're there. Thank you Batalang Bato for being part of our special day!

We booked this place at short notice. We were a large party and Jefril was very accommodating from the moment we made contact. From the moment we arrived the staff were welcoming and responsive to our requests. The bar was a great addition and the menu offered good food at very reasonable prices if cooking was not on your agenda. Boats were on hand to take you across water, plus a jet ski, diving and kayaking (needed maintenance) all available - again at reasonable prices - if you wanted to be more adventurous. The house overall was good although the photos were a little dated, but as long as you weren’t planning on spending most of your time in the house, it shouldn’t really bother you.

Definitely worth it! The place felt like home, it is quiet and relaxing. We were able to get a good rest. Thank you so much Sir Elmer, we’ll comeback for sure. 😊

Lago Verde is nothing short of AMAZING. Our only regret is that we did not stay longer. The photos do not do justice to the beauty of the place. Joey ensured that no expense is spared to make Lago Verde beautiful, pristine, and serene. Joey's staff, Ate Santa and colleagues will make sure that you are comfortable and safe during your stay. We chose this property because of the wonderful reviews and its proximity to the snorkeling and diving spots. We were taking our kids, (7 & 4) for their first snorkeling experience and we wanted the closest to the islands famous for beautiful marine life. And for that alone it was worth it. The WOW experience ⭐️ communication and recommendations from Orion was great ⭐️ the property had wonderful staff who were attentive, respectful & helpful ⭐️ they helped us organize the bangka folks who transported us in snorkeling sites. ⭐️ the morning and evening views were amazing ⭐️ I left my very important laptop charger and they immediately informed me and found a way to get it back to me! Thank you! We will definitely be back

This villa was truly exceptional, exceeding our expectations for amenities, security, and overall comfort. It's surprising to find such a gem so close to home! The kitchen was incredibly well-equipped—literally everything you could need, from high-quality silverware to a turbo oven. The entire villa was spotlessly clean, and the air conditioning was a welcome relief from the heat. We thoroughly enjoyed the karaoke, with a great selection of up-to-date songs. The late-night grilling was a highlight, and we appreciated the extra charcoal provided by Joel. The internet was fast and reliable across the property, though we experienced a brief overnight interruption (no fault of the host). The access road's steepness requires a reliable vehicle with good brakes. We had a delightful conversation with Miss Rasette upon checkout. Our only regret was not booking a longer stay! We'll definitely recommend this villa to friends and family. Thank you, Sir Joel, for a wonderful experience!

One of the best Airbnb stays I’ve ever had! The food was excellent, and the place was clean and well-maintained. Kudos to the staff and owner—they were incredibly kind and went above and beyond to accommodate us. We also appreciated the thoughtful little touches from the owners. Definitely not our last visit!
