Ms Kim was a responsive and generous host. We appreciate that she allowed us to do early check-in for free. The place was as pretty, neat and high-end stylish as in the photos. The fresh smell of the bedroom actually prompted me to look for the same brand and purchase one for my own home. We’ve been doing bnb’s in Twin Lakes but first time in Merlot and in a 1 BR unit. Normally we would just go out to eat. But with Ms Kim’s place, I was inspired to cook with the well-equipped kitchen and bought ingredients at Robinson’s supermarket being very nearby. My husband and I did not leave the place at all as we just slept all day in their soft bed, ate the food I prepared, played with our cat Chimmy and enjoyed Netflix. Oh, I almost forgot to mention that we also liked the view and spent time just talking, listening to music and the rain while lounging at the balcony. Will definitely go back. Spoke to Tita Nena (Co-host) and she was the one who attended our needs with regard to the place. Parking fits our mini SUV (Tucson) and they even have an automatic washing machine that is free to use during stay. Thankful that we didn't need to find a laundromat anymore. Complete kitchen appliances/utensils. They provided bath towels. Though shower has low pressure on peak hours on the 2nd floor, they have a water heater so that's a plus for us! And lastly, we are very thankful that the place is pet friendly. Location is near Batangas Grand Terminal, a Petron gas station, diversion road and also only along Caltex road. This is the perfect place to book for me when visiting some of my relatives in Batangas City. :)

We had such a wonderful stay at Anilao Cliffhouse! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 What we really loved was the complete kitchen—and when I say complete, I mean it! The dipping pool was also a hit with the kids, especially since the beach is a bit far. The beach isn’t ideal for lounging by the shore since it's rocky (as expected for a diving site), but once you swim out a bit, it’s a whole different world! The hospitality? SUPERB. Kuya Abet was a 1000% assist—seriously, it felt like we were in a luxury hotel. Every little thing we needed, he was there to help. The house is super clean, towels smell great, bathrooms spotless, and kitchen items were ready to use. For a big group (we were 12!), there was plenty of space for sleeping, and everyone was comfortable. We even had room to spare! We also appreciated the complimentary extras like turon (yum!), snorkeling gear, life vests, and even basic scuba diving lesson in the pool—those thoughtful touches made the experience extra special. Had a great time staying on this place. Very responsive host and they make you feel comfortable by asking what I need. They ate very accomodating.

Great place, classy design, high-end amenities. The place was well thought of: 1 master bedroom with huge bathroom, another single bed room, and a room with 2 bunk beds (4 beds) - with shared toilet. The living room sofa has a pull-out bed. Perfect for 6-8 persons but could accommodate more. Nice videoke set-up outside, beside the pool which is just the right size. The entire house is air-conditioned. The place is in the middle of farmland, about 5 km of narrow farm roads. Although the Waze address is correct, we were hesitant to follow at first. It would have been nice if there were signs pointing to the place, especially in road forks. Also we ended up using Youtube for karaoke, instead of the videoke machine, as the sound didn't come out well. Overall, highly recommended place, would go back here!

We had an amazing vacation with our pet dog here. We were able to take somewhat of a hike nearby, and swim in one of the cleanest water I've ever swam in. The place is amazing and everyone including Joey, Sir Nino, and each and every one of the locals were so friendly. The only thing that would be great is if they were to have food offerings themselves- though it is highly understandable why the logistics of that would be very difficult. nonetheless, the experience is priceless, and a place to create memories everlasting.

The house was really lovely and it was way better than staying in a hotel. It was not easy to find however as not well signposted onthe main road. Jovelyn was lovely

The Adonis’s are such friendly gracious hosts that sincerely care and go out of there way to accommodate your needs and requests. They are courteous kind and do everything they can to ensure you are comfortable in their accommodations and in knowing where you are and where to go. They take you for a tour of the area and point out places of interest and good places to eat and any of the kind of places you are looking for. Just outstanding gracious kind friendly hosts.

The place is cozy, good for our family of six. Very clean and complete with amenities like kitchenware etc. although it’s not beachfront, there is an alleyway going to the beach. The beach is rocky but clear water. Although, the days we were there, choppy waters. Good for a quick getaway with the family.
