Ms Rhoda is very responsive, you may send a message and she will respond right away. The place is clean so as the bathroom and the bedroom's airconditioning is good and cold too! Which is a plus cause we have two infants with us. Over all, the place is nice and we instantly felt at home. Thank you, Ms. Rhoda!

I recently stayed at this Airbnb, and overall, it was a great experience! The location was perfect, the amenities were as described, and the host was incredibly responsive and welcoming. The space was cozy and had all the essentials for a comfortable stay. However, there is one area that could use improvement: cleanliness. While the place was generally tidy, I did notice a few spots that could have been cleaned more thoroughly, especially in the bathroom and kitchen areas. A deeper clean would really elevate the overall experience. Overall, we still had a fantastic time and would recommend this Airbnb for its great location and value. With a bit more attention to cleanliness, it would easily be a five-star stay!

The place is clean and conveniently located within walking distance of tourist spots like Luneta and Intramuros. The host was very helpful and provided excellent guidance throughout our stay.

It was also a huge plus that there was a convenience store nearby, making it easy to grab any essentials. We felt completely at ease, able to relax without any worries about the community. The security guards were welcoming and accommodating, adding to the overall sense of comfort and safety. Additionally, the owner was highly responsive and ensured that all our concerns were addressed promptly. We highly recommend this unit to anyone looking for a great stay—it has been the best place we’ve booked so far!
