We had a fantastic stay with Nicole and Christian. The house is very spacious and easily fit our group. It is designed in a way to feel very private, and you have a nice big balcony in front with a stunning view of the city, the lake, and the mountains across. The footpath to walk to downtown passes right by the house and there is a bus stop nearby, so it’s easily accessible from Locarno. The house was very clean, and we did not hear any traffic from the road. We really enjoyed the well-equipped kitchen, which had everything we needed to make our meals. Nicole and Christian were very responsive, accommodating, and easy to reach. We’d love to stay here again!

Grazie Marco for an exceptional stay in Orta San Giulio! This was one of the best experiences (from Airbnb or even hotels) we’ve had. Marco was incredibly responsive and communicative, and very kind. He picked us up from Malpensa airport, and even drove us to Milano after our stay. We were travelling with our toddler and Marco very kindly coordinated with the child car seat rental provider to have the seat ready for us. The apartment is in a quiet area that is super close to the piazza. Upon arrival, Marco provided water, local beers, and local biscuits that were delicious. The apartment was incredibly clean, tidy, and nicely decorated. The kitchen was equipped with everything you might need, and the coffee was great! Details like the lovely bath products and slippers, really made our stay stand out, as well as Marco’s hospitality. We would absolutely recommend Marco’s place for your stay in Orta. We would love to come back and stay in Marco’s other property! Grazie mille!

Die Wohnung ist geräumig, perfekt sauber und man hat alles, was man braucht und von der Terrasse aus hat man eine fantastische Aussicht auf den See und die drei Inseln. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Beautiful house within a beautiful little village. Perfect for anybody wanting to enjoy the amazing nature that place has to offer. Vort is a great host. Super easy communication, smooth check-in and check-out, and overall very helpful. Cant wait to be back.

Einfach wunderschön! Die Lage, das Haus, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Die Unterkunft lieg mitten in einem idyllischen Bergdorf, das man vom nahegelegenen Parkplatz in 100m Entfernung nur zu Fuß erreichen kann. Die Wohnung ist sehr rustikal und absolut ruhig gelegen. In 15-20min kann man zum "Strand" von Oggebbio gelangen. Der Fußweg führt wiederum durch enge Gässchen und über steile Treppen den Berghang hinunter, Idylle pur! Leider fuhr kein Schiff mehr von Oggebbio ab, weswegen wir nur mit dem Auto (wahlweise dem Bus) alle nahegelegenen Orte anfahren konnten. Alles in allen ein super Urlaub und sehr empfehlenswert. Kleiner Tipp für Reisende mit Kleinkind: Hochstuhl oder ähnliches selbst mitbringen.

Milena war eine grossartige Gastgeberin – sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft war extrem sauber, die Küche perfekt ausgestattet, die Umgebung wunderschön mit tollen Wandermöglichkeiten. Ascona und Locarno sind schnell erreichbar. Besonders angenehm war die Flexibilität beim Check-out. Absolut empfehlenswert, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Sehr zuvorkommende Hilfestellung. Fragen wurden immer am gleichen Tag beantwortet und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

L’alloggio di Alberto era estremamente pulito e comodo per raggiungere il paese di Santa Maria Maggiore a piedi con una passeggiata di 5 minuti. La strada di accesso è molto stretta, ci passa una sola auto e non è molto facile da individuare, suggerisco di leggere bene le istruzioni fornite per il check-in. In compenso la pace è assoluta, il quartiere è tranquillissimo. Alberto e Valentina sono molto reattivi. Tornerò volentieri nella loro casa in futuro!

Uns hat der Aufenthalt bei Nertila sehr gut gefallen. Sie war sehr nett und immer erreichbar, zudem haben wir gute Tipps von ihr bekommen! Zur Wohnung kann ich ebenfalls nur positives berichten, es war super sauber und genau wie auf den Bildern beschrieben. Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral im Ort und hat eine gute Lage. Der Hafen und diverse Restaurants sind innerhalb von 2 Minuten zu erreichen!

Stefano’s apartment was a perfect place to stay in Ascona. It’s on a pedestrian-only street in the old part of town. Check in was easy. The apartment had everything we needed, kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Grocery store just a few minutes walk. Bus stop very close and buses were easy to use. Recommend a day trip to the Valle Verzasca, and a ferry ride to some of the towns in Italy. Stefano answered all my questions before our trip promptly and graciously. This is a wonderful place. If it’s available, you should book it!

Grand logement très fonctionnel et parfaitement propre. Nombreuses randonnées à proximité immédiate, lacs accessibles en 10 min en voiture. Décoration qui donne une âme à la maison. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Marco.

Very friendly and helpful host. Check-in/check-out was really fast and easy. Apartment was very spacious and clean, had everything we needed. Everything was close by so location is perfect, quiet and in a dead end street. 10 out of 10 points.

Wunderschöne Umgebung, Postauto direkt vor der Haustüre. (So kann man das Auto stehen lassen.) Grosses Haus, voll ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht! Mit Skorpionen muss man rechnen:-) sehr schöner, grosser Aussenbereich. Mike war super freundlich, meldet sich sofort zurück. Absolut unkomplizierte Übergabe. Wir haben unsere Ferien sehr genossen!

You won't get many better places in the world to wake up and open your doors to. It's spectacular. The lake appears quieter on this side. when put paddle boarding felt like you had the lake to yourself at times. Bellagio was in easy reach by car with lots of restaurants, take-aways and a couple of decent supermarkets. The public area by the water was used at the weekend but it didn't stop us doing anything.

We absolutely loved our stay in this gorgeous apartment, we really enjoyed the private terrace and outdoor seating areas. The location is ideal for walking into the centre of the village or for taking ferries around the lake, and with a car was ideal for driving up into the hills. We particularly appreciated the more traditional decor which added to the character of the house and made our stay feel authentic. Thank you so much Roxana and family, we hope to visit again.

The stay was amazing with a huge house to stay perfect for a family of 10. the only issue we had was the pool which was not usable as it was with cold and dirty water. The location mentioned on Airbnb was completely wrong because of which we drove to wrong location And had to drive for one extra hour.

This place is a dream come true. The view of the lake and the little islands from two floors of the house and the terrace is absolutely spectacular. We did not want to leave to explore the area - it seemed sufficient to just sit and watch the lake for hours. The house is also furnished with a lot of taste and the surroundings are very quiet - which added to the overall well-being and relaxation. The only thing that might top the place is Simon, the host. Very friendly, easy going and always ready to help. We were welcomed by a set table with bread, cheese and a bottle of wine. We definitely want to come again!

Loved our stay in Menaggio! The house was great and we felt right at home. It was clean, tidy, and the owner was very quick to respond to messages and sent the house manager within 20 minutes to help with something. After seeing the different towns in Lake Como, Menaggio was 100% the best to stay in. The town is so cute and felt a bit more spacious with less tourists compared to the others. A good amount of delicious restaurant options and a quick walk to the ferry. The house was exactly what we needed and the pictures do a good job showing what it is like. It is up on a hill with a convenient walking path to the town. Down to town was an easy 5 minutes, getting back to the house was a true uphill but only took 8 minutes and we really enjoyed the walk back after dinner. The views of the lake/town from the house and on the walk are breathtaking. We also had a car that we parked near the house easily with their parking pass.

What a beautiful setting for our family reunion on Lake Cuomo! Host and his Dad met us at check in to help with luggage. The home is simply beautiful, fully furnished and outfitted with embroidered linens and towels. We appreciated so very much the starter groceries and fresh produce. We settled in and didn’t need to shop for a few days. We hiked the trails above Brienno, chartered a private sailboat, ate locally, took the ferry to Bellagio, explored Menaggio, Cernobbio and of course Como. And sat on the beautiful terrace in Brienno and admired the view for hours. This home is a wonderful place, excellent value for the price. Highly reccomended.

The house was perfect for a group of families - lots of space and bedrooms and very comfortable. The outdoor area was beautiful and the kitchen well stocked. it is also nicely located to easily get to several cities and lakes and easily accessible to the grocery store.
