The property is cosy, well-appointed, and thoughtfully equipped. It is conveniently located in a beautiful setting. The host was helpful and responsive, which made us feel reassured throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

We have stayed with Grace several times over the past couple of years. The apartment is private, quiet and ideally placed in Sale. Communication is excellent!

Perfect for our weekend. The accommodation was perfect, in fact we were taken back with how there cupboards were full off useful things…. Condiments, sauces, toiletries and that’s just a few I can mention. Appreciated the milk, bread, butter, nice gesture and makes a difference to some places who don’t offer that. Host also helped us out when our car broke down whilst we were there and went above and beyond to help sort it out for us. Overall the place was lovely, more than I actually expected, clean, tidy and perfect. Would definitely stay again if ever visiting Wigan. Thank you

Such a great location - how can such a central city place be so so quiet? It’s a great building and nicely done. Beds were comfy and loads of space to eat in which we like to do.

This is a great find. It’s close to the university and wonderful dining options. It’s also nearby the Peak District, easily accessible by bus. Highly recommend!

Very nice Apartment over two floors. Excellent bedrooms and bathroom with plenty of room in the lounge for a spot of relaxing! Only a few minutes walk from the Apollo and Manchester Piccadilly station. Would definitely stay again!

Lovely house, nice central location, would definitely stay again

We had a fantastic weekend staying in this property. We were attending a football match at the Etihad and it was a short 10 minute walk from the house. Absolutely perfect for what we wanted, would 100% book in here again if we ever return to watch Man City in the future.

Lovely place with great amenities and good quality furniture and furnishings. As it’s over 3 floors it’s well laid out. Bathroom s are heat and beds very comfortable. Parking is a bonus too.

Amy and Oliver - I actually have no words for how amazing this place was! I first put it in my wishlist a long while back and somehow stumbled upon it again to stay for the first time this weekend. My family and I were completely amazed at absolutely everything - every detail and the handiwork you have both put into this place is just immaculate. I’m so grateful I was able to find this place - it was so homely, so clean, absolutely stunning, the most equipped place we’ve stayed in and so much more. My only complaint is that we wish we stayed LONGER! I hope you will continue to keep your home open as it’s an amazing place to stay - we hope to be back (and perhaps with others who haven’t been blessed to see it yet). Thank you for everything you supplied us with this weekend - we were fascinated by everything and we are still talking about the home now that we’re home! Wonderful stay! really cosy appartment in the wonderful old Hovis mill. The location is superb, very close to the train station and town. Steve was very friendly, accommodating and helpful - we really appreciated the amenities he left. we will definitely stay again when visiting family. Thanks!

Excellent service, wonderful welcoming package, reachable by foot, close to wonderful quarters with bard, pubs, restaurants. Supermarket just downstairs, open till late. We felt very welcome and absolutely adored the flat. It was incredibly cozy.
