Akyra Lodge was everything we hoped for. Spacious and yet cosy at the same time. Jojo had both fireplaces inside & the outside fire pit, stoked and ready to go when we arrived, which was a lovely added touch. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need including the butler's pantry. Our favorite thing was chilling in the sunken lounge at night. Locality wise it was perfect for us, the quaint little township of Trentham under a 10 min stroll away. Cafe, bakery & hotel all friendly & beautiful food. The General Store was very well stocked & surprisingly affordable. Thanks Jojo for the lovely stay. 🌺 Cheers Kerie & Billy

We had such a wonderful stay in mt Macedonia over the long weekend. We spent most of the time hanging out in the lounge room and playing pool at night. It was great for 3 families. We visited hanging rock one morning and had a counter meal at the local hotel. We also saw kangaroos in the mornings. Adam was a great host, really quick with communication and had some great tips for the region. Thanks Adam and Erika x

For our group of 4 females travelling together this house was perfect.We had a function at Sunbury to attend gif the weekend so only just down the road. Clean, quiet and comfortable. Would definitely visit again .

Well, where do I begin? I got ready for my wedding at this gorgeous property and it did not disappoint. Brad & CJ were just so easy to commuincate with, they even offered an earlier check in knowing it was the night before my wedding which is just so incredibly thoughtful and kind. The process for checking in was so easy, and seamless which as an anxious bride just helped so much. The property was a dream. The main bathroom was HUGE and also flipping fabulous. As were all the bedrooms and lounge room areas. And dont even start me on the outside. They have literally thought of everything and curated it all so seamlessly. It honestly felt like a home away from home. AND THAT VIEW... STUNNING. I can honestly say, that there is no where else more perfect for your stay. I would choose this gorgeous property time and time again. There is so much space inside and out and is the kind of home that even in the middle of winter would still be so practical and beautiful. Such a beautiful home to spend a few nights in. We used it as our base to explore the Macedon Ranges and we had such wonderful relaxing times together eating our dinners out in the beautiful garden.

Fantastic home right in the middle of Kyneton. Had everything we needed for a relaxing stay with an incredible attention to detail from Jane. Being set back from the street meant quiet and private while still able to walk everywhere we wanted to get to. Will return!

Place was beautiful, clean and exactly as pictured. Location was great. We really enjoyed it!

Perfect location right on Piper Street within walking distance to all local restaurants & shops. The apartment is well equipped and spacious, not to mention absolutely spotless. Perfect for 2 couples with 2 large private bathrooms. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the world go by.

We had a lovely stay at Mollison’s in Kyneton. Central, beautiful architecture, quiet although in a main road, the gardens/car park is lovely and my highlight was the thick pillow top mattress bed! It was divine! I highly recommend.

We had a great stay, the space is private, peaceful and confortabile with plenty light, the kitchen is well equipped to prepare your own meals. All around is the classical Australian experience of the countryside, beautiful sunrises and sunsets and the highlight was meeting many kangaroos:) Glen is a wonderful host, he went an extra mile to ensure we had everything we needed. Highly recommended for a quite and relaxing gateway.

Simple and easy accommodation. Restaurant down stairs has extremely good food!
