We loved our stay at Cottage by the Lake so much, we didn’t want to leave. The house, lake and surrounds are so beautiful. We had a fabulous few days relaxing, watching the wildlife & kayaking. A highlight was feeding the cows with the friendly host Ann and my son is still raving about his tractor ride too! The house is beautifully presented, very clean and Ann has thought of everything to make your stay comfortable. We will def be back soon!

My first time booking with Airbnb. Upon arrival Suellen made you feel right at home. She showed me around the accommodation. Easy access up the driveway where you could park your car. Exactlyike the photos and more. I found it so peaceful and quiet. Everything you needed and more. Definitely will soon again

The Hidden Forest Retreat was an absolute dream! A whimsical escape from the hustle and bustle, offering pure peace in nature. From the moment we arrived, we were surrounded by breathtaking wildlife, towering trees, and lush greenery. There was never a dull moment, with plenty of activities and beautiful sights to enjoy. Khatthariya is a fantastic host—warm, accommodating, and incredibly responsive, making our stay even more special. This retreat is the perfect place to unwind, reconnect with nature, and create lasting memories. Ideal for both adults and young children, I couldn't recommend it highly enough! 🌿✨

The most tranquil stay!!!! We stayed the night of and after our wedding and it was absolutely perfect. Everything was magnificent. Beautifully located with everything considered. Snacks, light breakfast, beautiful amenities, comfortable bed! Will be back!

Stayed here for a wedding on the weekend. Chris and Wendy have such a well thought-out and quaint private stay. Everything was immaculately clean and smelt beautiful and fresh. Great spot to walk straight in to town as well.

Great stay by the lake easy 5 minute walk to shops and cafe's .

We had a great 4 nights stay and the fact that it was an old renovated (tastefully) barn made it very special with a cosy ambience. The wonderful warm hospitality from Jennifer (& Will) made our stay extra special. We would definitely highly recommend Honey Suckle Barn to any of our friends and readers.

We had an amazing time at Ewan's place. Beautiful accomodation, even better than the photos. The surrounding property is stunning, and the home is really comfortable, we found it so relaxing to come back to after exploring the area. Highly recommend! Plus the host is really accommodating.
