An amazing stay, probably the best we have ever enjoyed. Lot's to do and see and the hospitality second to none!! ...and so comfortabel with graet equiped kitchen!

Wij hadden een geweldige tijd in de prachtige accommodatie van Vasilis. Het huis is brandschoon en gezellig ingericht. werkelijk alles was aanwezig: een schaal fruit, thee, verschillende soorten koffie, melk, brood, beschuiten, confituur, eieren, kruiden, wasmachine met wasmiddel, afwasmachine met pods.... alles wat je nodig hebt. We hadden er direct een thuisgevoel! Het uitzicht is werkelijk fenomenaal! je kijkt uit over het meer van Ioannina, dit is zowel overdag als ' s avonds als de lichtjes branden prachtig. Ook waren er nog de plaatselijk vriendelijke katjes die ons iedere dag kwamen begroeten. De ligging van het huisje is een prima uitvalsbasis voor een bezoek aan de Vikoskloof en Ioannina. Kortom dit is een verblijf om nooit te vergeten. Bedankt Vasilis!

An exceptional host. The place is great for several families. Jürgen and his family are wonderful people. The house has everything you need from utensils in the kitchen to all the necessary appliances. Every room has air conditioning, it is very clean. Sahara beach is 5 minutes away by car, but Jürgen recommended us a smaller local beach that is exceptional and not crowded... All in all, the place is for every recommendation... 17 of us stayed in the house (10 adults and 7 children) and we didn't miss anything... And another important thing for this part of Greece, the water pressure is exceptional...

This place is the most amazing one I have booked via Airbnb! The hosts are the best hosts on Airbnb as well! They were available at all times to help us and to check on us. Even when we got a flat tire for one of the cars, we got a great recommendation where to go to fix it. The villa is extremely beautiful and designed with great thought. Each room is unique and super nice. The common area is cozy and inviting. Besides that, everything was spotless clean. We got enough room for parking 5 cars at the parking spot inside the villa. One of the beaches we liked the most La Scala was 5 min away by car. We also liked the small private beach across the street. Everything is as described and 10 times better than the photos. Highly recommend the villa!

Everything was perfect. Natasha was a great host, and so full of positive energy. It was so clean, this is a rare place where you can walk barefoot like you are at home. It was equipped with everything you need. Although she did not know English and I did not know Russian or Greek, we managed to communicate with translator and hand gestures :) I would recommend this place to everyone.

It was a very good stay. Very clean house and had everything. Anneli was always in touch when we needed her and we didnt have any problem!

We hebben een daneasrifantastisch verblijf gehad in de villa van Alexander. Alexander is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. alles was aanwezig. iedereen had een eigen appartappartement en we ontmoetten elkaar in de gezamenlijke keuken/eetruimte buiten. De kinderen konden heerlijk spelen in de afgesloten tuin met veel speel mogelijkheden. de zee was op loloopafstand en in de omgeving genoeg te zien en te doen. het was een hele fijne week met de hele familie.

Vi nød vores ophold i Matas hus i Skiathos. Huset ligger skønt - meget tæt på by, restauranter og seværdigheder, men i en rolig gade. Som et plus har huset en dejlig gårdhave, hvor vi nød at sidde om aftenen. Mata er en virkelig god vært og var hurtig til at sende instruktioner for tjek ind og løbende følge op med anbefalinger og hurtig hjælp - også da vi formåede at låse os selv ude. Oven i hatten blev vi modtaget af hendes far ved tjek ind, der venlig ventede for at tage imod os. Der var ikke meningen, da vi selv bare skulle tjekke ind med nøgleboks. Men det var en fin gestus og dejligt at blive taget godt imod. Skiathos er en skøn ø og skal du besøge den, kan vi varmt anbefale, at du booker et ophold hos Mata. Skal vi til Skiathos igen, booker vi her!

Anelia's apartment is a perfect place for a stopover, quiet, clean and very nice view from the well designed studio. Now, I've never met Anelia (unfortunately!) but what I'm most struck with is her kindness. I had some unexpected car trouble today and had a lot of work and a long journey to Kosovo afterwards. Anelia offered me her other apartment for a few others to help out while I was waiting for car to get fixed. This made day far more productive and a lot less tiring and was an extremely generous and thoughtful thing to do. I wholeheartedly recommend Anelia as a great host, but most importantly as a thoughtful and good person. Hopefully I will be back!

Πολύ όμορφος χώρος με όλες τις ανέσεις που μπορεί κάποιος να χρειαστεί. Η τοποθεσία είναι πολύ βολική για να εξερευνήσεις τα Μετέωρα και τις γύρω περιοχές. Η επικοινωνία με την Αθανασία ήταν άψογη, άμεση και πολύ βοηθητική σε οτιδήποτε και αν χρειαστήκαμε. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ! 😃

The apartment was clean and exactly as advertised. Close to the gondola and ski piste but there is about a 5 minute walk to get there. Parking is very easy and downtown is a very walkable.

Andrea, çok iyi bir ev sahibiydi. Ev, fotoğraftakilerden daha güzeldi. Çok temiz ve düzenliydi. Evde ihtiyacımız olan her şey vardı. Çok zevkli döşenmişti. Andrea, gelmeden önce bizimle iletişime geçtiği için hiç zorluk çekmedik. Evde çok güzel bir dosya hazırlamıştı , çevre ile ilgili bilgiler yer alıyordu. Evin bulunduğu yer çok huzurlu, sakin ve merkezi bir yerdeydi. Çok yakınında çok güzel bir kumsal bulunuyordu.Restorant ve market yürüme mesafesindeydi. Gerçekten kaldığımız süre boyunca çok keyif aldık. Bir daha Halkidiki’ye gelsem kesin yine burayı tercih ederim. Mutlaka gelin ve bu güzel taş evde keyifli zamanlar geçirin! Sithonia da genel olarak huzurlu ve sakin bir yer. Thanks Andrea for everything 🙏

This is our second time in Villa Kappa, and it was just as good as the first time! The place is located in the quiet area of Nikiti where there are a lot of private houses so it’s more serene and authentic experience. The apartment is in a beautiful garden with all the needed amenities and is an easy 5 minutes’ walk to the beach. It is very clean and specious and can easily accommodate a family with a couple of kids. Konstantinos and his parents are very welcoming and are always there to assist if needed, so we felt right at home! We highly recommend the place to all those looking for a quiet and peaceful time in Nikiti with close access to the beach. We will definitely come again when back in Nikiti!

The perfect place to stay!! Far enough from town to be peaceful but close enough to walk. The views across the harbour looking back at town were spectacular even at night. Maria recommended some fantastic restaurants to eat at. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Thank you so much for your hospitality Maria. 🌟

We had an amazing stay at Valeria’s place! The apartment was exactly as described—clean, spacious, and equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect: peaceful yet within walking distance of the city center. For skiing, it couldn’t have been better—you can walk in your ski or snowboard boots and ski right down to the gondola! Valeria was a fantastic host—kind, responsive, and incredibly helpful. Her instructions for check-in were clear, making the whole process seamless. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Κατάλυμα εξαιρετικής αισθητικής, μέσα στο δάσος, με απίστευτη ηρεμία και ιδιωτικότητα, σε μικρή απόσταση από τη λίμνη του Berovo. Το σπίτι ήταν καθαρό, ζεστό, άνετο, με πολλές παροχές και προσοχή σε όλες τις λεπτομέρειες. Η πισίνα ήταν ζεστή, όπως και ο χώρος που την στεγάζει. Η σάουνα ήταν αναζωογονητική! Το ιδιωτικό πάρκινκ ήταν ένα ακόμα θετικό του καταλύματος. Ο προσεγμένος κήπος, που ήταν στολισμένος για τα Χριστούγεννα, με χώρο barbeque και τραμπολίνο και άνετα έπιπλα εξωτερικού χώρου, σε έκαναν να μην θέλεις να φύγεις από το κατάλυμα! Ο χώρος μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει με άνεση 12 άτομα και έχει 3 μπάνια, κάτι που είναι πολύ βολικό για μεγάλες παρέες. Οι φωτογραφίες και η περιγραφή αδικούν το καταπληκτικό αυτό κατάλυμα με του ευγενικούς και επικοινωνιακούς οικοδεσπότες! Θα επιστρέψουμε με την πρώτη ευκαιρία!

It was very pleasant stay. The place had everything needed and we could always ask the host for assistance, they were very responsive! The nature around the place was astonishing. I highly recommend this AirBNB!

Onur ile Aslı son derece misafirperver ve dost canlısı insanlardı. Enerjileri çok güzeldi. Yerel tavsiyeler verdiler. Cosy pine sevimli, temiz ve çok huzurluydu. Doğanın içerisinde harika bir deneyimdi. Keşke daha fazla zamanımız olup daha fazla konaklayabilseydik. Bonus bilgi; yıldızları izlemeyi unutmayın :)

I had a fantastic time at The Sunrise Cabin in Kuchkovo! The location is peaceful, the views are breathtaking, and the cabin is cozy and well-equipped. The host was super friendly and helpful. Perfect getaway near Skopje—I’m so happy with my stay! 😊✨

Cudowne miejsce - klimat górskiej chaty w spokojnym, naturalnym otoczeniu. Bardzo uprzejmi gospodarze, którzy nawet przygotowali dla nas posiłki z produktów, które robią sami- było to bardzo miłe i pyszne! Świetna lokalizacja, aby wyruszyć w góry i zdobyć Korab. Komunikacja przebiegała bezproblemowo! Bardzo pomocni ludzie! Warto tu przyjechać!!!

Evin konumu, çevresindeki tarihi dokular, geniş ve huzurlu bahçesi, doğayla iç içe oluşu, özenli dekorasyonu… her şey adeta masalsıydı. Ortam çok otantik ve sakin, her detay ince düşünülmüş. Nisan ayında kaldığımız için doğa uyanıştaydı; deniz ayrı güzeldi, kuş sesleri eşliğinde geçen günler ayrı. Gerçekten çok keyif aldık. Ev sahipleri Başak Hanım ve Celesay Bey ise son derece cana yakın, misafirperver ve yardımsever insanlardı. Sayelerinde kendimizi çok rahat ve güvende hissettik. Bizim için kısa ama ruhumuza çok iyi gelen bir tatil oldu. Her şey için içtenlikle teşekkür ederiz.
