We had a great time away at this property. it was clean and everything as described. The facilities were excellent and modern. The property is easy to access and is less than 10 minutes walk from the beach and all the main shops/ restaurants in Kolymbia. The host himself went above and beyond several times. He gave helpful recommendations of places to eat and was quick to respond when we had other queries. Would definitely recommend here as an option for your stay in Kolymbia.

Vi hadde en fantastisk uke hos Christina. Hun var vennlig og ga oss en god opplevelse. Vi fikk hjemmelaget kake og middag av hun og moren, som var helt fantastisk! Villaene ligger fredelig til og man bør ha bil for å komme seg rundt, men er ikke langt å kjøre til det man ville ønske å finne på. Hun ga gode tips til ting å gjøre og hvor man finner det. Alt i alt har vi hatt en utrolig ferie!

We loved our stay at the villa the view from the villa is incredible. We were there at the beginning of the end of season so quite a few shops and restaurants were shut but we still found places to eat and the cool beach bar a short walk away was still open. The supermarket within walking distance. Greg and his team were superhelpful in getting us car hire. If you want a beach holiday this is the place.

We had a lovely time in this beautiful villa! The private swimming pool was amazing. Great hosts who gave us plenty of recommendations! If you’re looking for a peaceful place with stunning views this place is the right one for you.

La casa di Alexandros è stata l'alloggio per una delle vacanze più rilassanti mai fatte. la casa è piccola ma progettata in maniera intelligente, con tutto quello di cui si ha bisogno. È accogliente e caratteristica. Gennadi è una cittadina adorabile con una spiaggia meravigliosa vicino e ristoranti deliziosi da raggiungere a piedi e Alexandros ci ha dato delle ottime dritte! Consigliatissimo!!

Our family of six stayed at Casa Carmen during the end of September to celebrate my 40th birthday and we're all extremely happy we chose this accommodation! The house is amazing and the little village where it's located is beautiful and very peaceful. In the mornings we relaxed at the house and swam in the pool and in the afternoons we drove to one of the beaches nearby were we enjoyed the crystal clear water before having dinner at a beach restaurant. Carmen was a great host and always responded quickly and allowed us to check out late, which made our last day much easier. We can definitely recommend this accommodation and would gladly come return another time!

Perfect stay, walkable (7 minutes) to the main little beach with a few small shops and supermarkets and some really tasty authentic restaurants. The balcony was lovely and the pool outside with small extra fridge was a bonus. The coffee maker we used too. Manuel was really friendly and helpful and very flexible with the check in and check out where he could accommodate. I would definitely stay here again.

Das Haus mit Garten ist wie auf den Bildern, groß, sehr sauber, ruhig gelegen, und hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Bis zum Meer zum Baden sind es nur ca. 300 m, so dass man sich auch „mal eben“ abkühlen kann. René gab uns viele hilfreiche Tipps, z.B. zu Restaurants, Einkauf etc. Vielen Dank noch einmal dafür.
