Clean, cool, and very comfortable. East side location was perfect for us. We hope this place is available again next year when we make our annual visit.

I cannot say enough positive things about Susan's place and Susan herself. Her location is a home away from home. I felt right at home the moment I walked in. Everything was neat, clean, organized and though there was everything you could want or need for your stay, the host would still check-in to be sure you had all you needed and all was good. The house is very pretty, inside and out. The neighborhood was quiet, and felt very safe. The host herself, Susan, is very caring and beyond hospitable, as well as easy and interesting to converse with. As it shows in the pictures, she does have two small dogs who are well behaved and adorable. I could not recommend this location enough, especially for the rate.

The hosts really did think of everything and it showed! One of the most convenient and comfortable rentals I’ve stayed at. Great location just minutes to restaurants and shops. The neighborhood was quiet. The apartment was clean and nicely renovated. It felt more like a house than an apartment. Everything looked to be new. The beds were comfortable, I believe they were memory foam with plenty of pillows and bedding. The bathroom had lots of towels and the shower had great water pressure. shampoo conditioner and body wash was provided which made it convenient not having to pack my own. Each room had its own temperature control. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would need to make a meal. I was surprised how nice and comfortable everything was.

This was such a comfortable stay! Everything in this home helped you feel relaxed. Each room had functional items and were not overcrowded with furniture. The outside was well lit with motion censors lights. The Host (Cody) was very punctual, kind and professional with communication with me. Directions were very clear and easy to understand. Peaceful neighborhood and beautiful scenery around the home. Perfect place to stay.

Really cool spot right on the Sugar River. We had a great time in this house visiting family over Christmas 24’. Great location, great view, cool little town. Would stay again.

I use airbnb extensively for our business travels. Definitely within the top 3 of airbnb's we have stayed. Huge home with everything you need right on the river. Very upscale and amenities to match. Right on the river and great for evening walks, etc.

This was a very home close to the Lake. It was incredibly clean and worked great for our short stay in town for a wedding. Host was very responsive and helpful!

this place was absolutely perfect for our family and our needs. very accommodating and convenient and any food or shopping you need is literally less than a block away in abundance. And it was surprisingly quiet for having all of those amenities and businesses so close. The host was very accommodating and quick responding and very understanding to our situation. I feel this place is more than fairly priced for what it offers. thank you Tin, for a fabulous experience at such a trying time for our family!

The house has old world farm-house charm and good vibes. The layout provides a number of rooms to hang out in so that folks can have privacy. The back yard is like an Andrew Wheth painting, with a few weathered back buildings and a cornfield. While it is sandwiched between a few houses, some businesses, and on a busy road, it always felt private. Bring a small fan to provide white noise to override some of the traffic noise, which was mostly in the morning.

The house was perfect for what we needed for a quick weekend visit.

We stayed at this location while our home was undergoing construction due to a burst pipe. Patricia's home was very tidy and inviting. It felt warm and comforting, while we were going through a very hard time in our life. She is a very kind and responsive host. We had everything we needed to feel comfortable during our long term stay, and she even checked in periodically to make sure everything was going well. We would definitely recommend her home to anyone looking for a safe and clean home in Dekalb!!

Great spot! The condo was clean, comfortable, and quiet. It was a short walk to the beach and restaurants. Mandy’s detailed directions and instructions made checking in a breeze. Our group of four had a fantastic time.

Fantastic stay! We loved coming back to this place. It was cold this Thanksgiving but the place was always warm and toasty! Comfortable beds plenty of towels and amenities. Easy access and parking We will be back!

Beautiful spacious condo on the harbor. Everything provided. Beds were comfortable . Pricey, but a nice getaway close to Chicago. Kristy answered right away when called or texted with questions. We enjoyed our stay immensely! One caveat…there is a pod coffeemaker, but no coffee is provided. We didn’t bring any coffee, as most air b and b’s provide it in our experience, so bring some if you are a coffee drinker…just FYI.

We stayed here while our home was being renovated. Being local to the area, I was so happy with the location as it was close to every day life. The harbor is right there, you can easily walk to Kimkasi, Chucks, Gordys, etc. We didn’t get out much but treated this as an escape from construction. We were so happy the condo was so comfortable and homey. Kids loved the giant bunk beds & laundry on site was a great perk! Thank you!

Dianna was so sweet and responsive. The Airbnb was clean and welcoming. It was the perfect location to be far enough out of the city to be quiet and private, but close enough for anything you want or need!

I would give 10 stars if I could. I have been using AirBnB for many years, and our experience with Vida’s Villa 33B is hands down probably the best we have ever experienced. She is very responsive and helped us get an extra hair dryer. The unit looks newly remodeled, and had many thoughtful amenities, from tea and K-cups to a clothes steamer and hair curling iron. We were there for a family wedding from a few states away, and I’m a little sad we probably won’t have a reason to visit again. I highly recommend Vida’s Villa B if you are visiting the Abbey Resort.
