We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Stephen's place. It was very spacious and clean. The view was amazing. Stephen was very good at communication. It was great to have a dedicated parking spot. Since we were staying there midweek at the beginning of April, I assume this is the off-season and so a number of stores and restaurants were closed. However, we were still able to find places to eat. Google maps just wasn't always accurate about what was open. We actually enjoyed the town being quieter. We would gladly stay there again!

This place is absolutely fantastic. It was more than enough space for 10 of us. The kitchen is absolutely beautiful and the rooms were fantastic space wise too and just what we needed. The bathrooms were great for what we needed as a group. Iwan was a great host and really responsive. Thank you for such a great stay.

Beautiful cottage in the heart of Aberdyfi, perfect for our family of 4. Lots of lovely decorative touches and a really well equipped property. Great location in town.

Beautiful house with everything we needed, everything was very clean and tidy and decorated to a high standard. We very much enjoyed playing the games provided. They were a big hit on a rainy evening. We ordered shopping from Asda to be delivered which went smoothly but any extras were easily accessible from cost cutter around the corner. Would definitely recommend.

Our stay was nearly perfect — the space was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The only downside was the dishwasher, which didn’t work properly, leaving us to wash a lot of dishes by hand. Aside from that, everything else was fantastic, and we’d happily stay again!

Absolutely loved the place the house was warm, clean and tidy with lots of space. I have been going to this site for years but its my fist time renting there after this i will definitely be doing it again.

Beds were extremely comfy and the house was amazing, we didnt want to go out! Would highly recommend and would even buy the place if it came on the market as there was nothing we could fault! The cottage was beautiful, full of character and charm. We all felt very at home and relaxed, especially with a lovely welcome gift from Ali. Ali was a great host, great communication and information. We had been shopping on the way and had everything we needed to cook in the kitchen. The hot tub was lovely and warm and the view was spectacular and it was so peaceful. We all slept well, once a few windows opened as warm in the twin room. The garden room was where we spent all our time, chatting and watching the birds and wildlife, so comfortable. As you would expect with an old cottage that has been extended over time, there are steps and slopes to be aware of and the stairs are quite steep and the banister is a bit wobbly. Wonderfu,l relaxing, country, getaway would happily return.

We loved our stay, it was so peaceful and private. Just a 5min walk to the beach which was fab for the dogs. Shops, take aways and pubs etc short walk into town. Sam was very responsive to messages, didn't make me feel like I was bothering her if we needed to ask anything. Our first visit to Barmouth, and we loved it. We'd definitely book this property again as it really is a home from home.

Wonderful stay in a house which felt just like home . Huge kitchen and table to sit around talking , playing games and having fun . We loved it here and will defo be back in the future .

Had a great time with my family. it was just for one night but we really enjoyed our stay in the caravan. It is well maintained and would like to visit again the future. Good beach access and activities to do in the park.

A super cute static caravan (stayed 30.8 to 2.9 24. 3 adults and a big Labrador! We took our elderly mum. The sunsets are as described - stunning. The sea view (we stayed in A17) was just beautiful. The living room area is cute and cosy. The kitchen had all the utensils and cutlery you would need. Lynn has opted to have outdoor furniture rather than a parking space which makes for a lovely area to sit out out in . There is a car park on the site. The incline is steep when you need to access your vehicle. (You need to be fit and have good mobility). The site is amazing. The sea view from the restaurant is a massive bonus ! (Minor points - take toilet roll as there was none provided. Bedrooms are tiny and can feel cramped. The twin bedroom would suit 2 child sharing. Cramped for adults. Instructions for the heating were not obvious. To put the heating on - the switch is ON the boiler,not the wall. Bedroom ceiling bulbs did not work nor did the lamp in the living room).

Lovely hidden family staycation! Lovely location with loads of parking Easy check-in 13 mins drive to Breacon! Brilliant hot tub with amazing views (Only comment would be Chlorine content was a tad high for anyone with sensitive skin) Kitchen and bathroom were clean and cosy! Kitchen is fully equipped with amenities (Sauce pots and trays were available but no frying pans which is no big deal) Lovely welsh biscuits on arrival! Definitely recommend for a lovely retreat!

Everything about Jessica Hut is perfect for a true, unadulterated dose of nature and relaxation. The hut is super cosy with a comfy bed, and the out-building with toilet and kitchen has all you need. The privacy and peace that comes with this destination is second to none. If it's a down to earth, friendly, private, comfortable, rural escape you are after, look no further. From the moment we arrived (and the excellent communication before that) we knew we were going to have an amazing stay. The chalet was immaculate and little touches from Debby were really appreciated. Great, hosts, amazing accommodation and a beautiful area! Our dog Olive enjoyed it too - beaches to walk on and a safe secure area and log burner to lie in front of when she got home - what more could she ask for! Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Had an amazing stay at Sharon and Daves log cabin, a lovely quiet break away. The hot tub is amazing and spent few hours in it watching the stars. The scones are fantastic. the bed was so comfy think I had best sleep I've had for ages. can't wait to book again with a bit of planning for the best time to catch the moom.

Having visited the town over the years, we were glad to be in such a convenient location. Vicki was very responsive and accommodating when organising logistics and once we were in the house there were no issues.

Mandy is an absolutely wonderful host - brilliant from start to finish and went above and beyond to make sure my mother in law had a lovely birthday celebration; really couldn't fault anything! Such a beautiful setting! Celia was a wonderful host, very friendly with fantastic communication and local recommendations. The cabin was delightful, spotlessly clean with everything we needed for a relaxed stay. Hiking out straight from the door we out for the full day and were blessed with wonderful weather. Miss the place already and can’t wait to go back.

So peaceful and dark. Fab if you’re into stargazing! The property was fully equipped with everything you could wish for and lovely welcome touches (treats!) and eggs from the free range chickens roaming around. Very friendly and helpful hosts. Highly recommend.

Wow, what a brilliant stay we had in this beautiful cottage in the heart of mid Wales. Upon arrival Rob & Jen were so welcoming and friendly, showing us all the rescue animals and area where our dog could play off lead which was brilliant, alongside sharing some first hand local recommendations. We felt right at home arriving to the warming fire and twinkling fairly lights. The cottage is beautifully decorated retaining rustic charm with modern touches and was very clean and comfortable throughout. We especially appreciated the welcome basket of bread, eggs from Rob & Jen's free range hens, Welsh cakes, butter and milk alongside all of the dog friendly touches and lovely garden for our dog Maude to explore. If visiting mid Wales again this place will be at the very top of our list, couldn't recommend more highly!
