We enjoyed our stay! Great view in the Elk House overlooking the lake. Being that I was working in the area, it was nice having the washer and dryer in this unit. New appliances were noted by my wife! Would certainly stay here again!

The Saunna works well. If you have a pet with you the small fenced yard is great. But if you pet is small, beware of gaps at the gate and by house. Escape artist dogs should stay on a leash. The enclosed porch is very cosy. Over all a very nice space.

Great location to see the area attractions. Beautiful spot on the beach. The house was spacious and clean. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend to anyone interested in visiting the area.

Perfect place to stay for a Girls Trip! 6 of us stayed a long fall weekend at host Shaney's beautiful rental home which looks right out on the straits & majestic Mackinac Bridge. An unbelievable view day & night! Shaney knew one of us had a 60th birthday & went all out w/ extra touches & surprise on arrival, a bottle of champagne in a 60 gift bag & a 60 decorated champagne flute & 5 extra glasses on the dining table. Snacks, sweets & coffee provided were great. Cleanliness, interior decorating & artwork were stellar! Shaney was super responsive to any question & sent msg to look for northern lights - spectacular! The kitchen has everything you need, including gallons of drinking water due to their being well water at the tap. Have stayed at other rentals where dishes, silver & pans are scarce but there was plenty, even a crockpot & paperware. Can't say enough good things about this one, you have to see it & stay here to believe it. Tons of stuff to do & sights to see in the area!

What started as a few days get away turned into the worst ice storm ever in northern Michigan. Power outages everywhere. Thankfully Ed was there at every step. I left early and Ed was great about working out an alternate we were both happy with. Great couple!

This stay is a 100/10. Absolutely beautiful and peaceful. Our group came in for the one hockey tournament and we felt at home the entire time! Thank you Christine for this amazing spot! Hope to be back again next year!

This place was perfect for a couple day getaway! Immaculately clean, comfortable, beautiful surroundings, and so much peace!

Beautiful lake! Were up there in the snow and it was amazing 🤩 Warm house, functional kitchen, lots of space ❤️ Not a lot of hot water at a time, but enough to get things done

We loved our stay at the cabin. The deck overlooking Lake Michigan was amazing and the property was spacious and incredibly private. The cabin had everything we needed. We took several day trips to Mackinac City, the Cut River Bridge, the Garland Zoo, the sandy Lakeshore just up the road, Castle Rock and more. When it came time, we didn't want to leave. It was a very relaxing vacation.

Very nice location, has the incredible view of the lake. Also nice place to view the star at night.

To say we enjoyed our stay would be an understatement! The view from the living room/main bedroom is breathtaking. The silence is filled with songs of birds, leafs, wind and overwhelming beauty. We spent days in/on the water, evenings watching VHS movies and nights amazed by the bright stars

Excellent home, stocked with everything needed. Clean and quiet. Really enjoyed the stay and can’t wait to come back!

The location was priceless , beautiful log home overlooking Lake Huron. The wildlife was amazing . Watching the Bald Eagles and deer were our favorites. Made lots of memories with great family and friends. We will definitely return.

Clean and well appointed Plenty of room to spread out and relax. Large parking area for our RV. Lake and eating establishments near by.

We had a very nice and comfortable stay. We will definately stay again in the future! John made sure we had everything we needed.

We love St. Ignace and this location. It’s a lovely little home and we feel extremely comfortable and relaxed within.
