Great place to stay, Obu was very communicative and was able to help me out with anything I needed during my stay. Good quiet area, plenty of stuff to do around as well. Place matched the pictures and was everything I needed. 10/10

I would give 6 stars if I could. Maxine was absolutely amazing and a delight. The apartment was really cool and relaxing. It is my new home in Detroit when I go to visit. They were more than just hosts that had a place. Maxine makes you feel welcome and is a delight to work with. Thank you so much for everything!

Sal’s place was perfect for the staycation that I hosted for my family. We were pleasantly surprised by how stocked the house was to make our stay feel like home. Sal was very responsive. We will rent here again.

We enjoyed a few days at Troy’s lake house. Contacted Troy about the Heat not being on but with a flip of a switch it warmed right up. Troy was very responsive during our stay. We will be back to enjoy in the warm weather!

Whether you fish or just want to stay at a conveniently located place surrounded by good eats and close to a local summer hotspot, this is your place. It is pet friendly and, with an air mattress, suites four. Internet access was great, no mechanical issues with the house. If you want to see the holiday lights on Jefferson avenue, it's two minutes away. Detroit Institute of Arts is 48 minutes, Armada about 1.5 hours. Sunrise at the very large MI DNR lot was stunning.

An absolutely wonderful stay. I grew up my whole life in the Detroit suburbs and this was my first time staying in the city. The building is beautiful and truly has been restored to its former glory! The place itself was extremely spacious and beautifully decorated. The area is walkable and has a lot of great things to do. I highly recommend and would definitely stay again and or move to the neighborhood one day!

Jeff was an amazing host! I had a short but wonderful stay while attending a concert that was just a quick walk away. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I can’t wait to book again!

This is a great place to stay when in Grosse Pointe. Clean, comfortable and very quiet. The Keurig was well stocked. Private parking in the back was an added perk.

This place was so clean and comfortable! The beds were great, and that is the one thing I do not slack on, b/c sleep is the most important! The place is super easy to get to, and parking was right there at the front door every time we came and went. Great decor, kitchen supplies, etc. 100% recommend! I thought being near a hospital we would hear ambulances, but we did not. Don't hesitate to book!

This was by far the best Air BnB I’ve stayed in. The space was clean. The bed was comfortable, the living space was clean and inviting. Check in was a breeze and Sean was very responsive. Everything we needed was in walking distance! In addition to being as advertised, Sean went the extra step in providing snacks, drinks, and coffee. Attached to the personalized note, was gift card for a local coffee shop and recommendations for dinner. A very pleasant and enjoyable stay!
