My family’s stay at Eva’s was pleasant. The unit has a beautiful view of the city from the master and guest bedrooms and the unit is as pictured in the photos. However, I do have to note that there was old food sitting in one of the kitchen sinks (likely from the previous guest). The bathrooms were my favorite; large and the hot water and pressure was fantastic. We encountered an issue with the aircon leaking in the living room but Eva did respond to us quickly when we addressed it. Walking distance to many restaurants. Very easy to catch a Grab from the condominium. 24 hour security - the surroundings are secure as there are many security guards in the area. The security staff at the front desk are extremely friendly and kind. Eva can also provide airport transportation upon request for an additional fee.

My parents friends had a fantastic four-day staycation at this condo! The space was modern, clean, and beautifully furnished, making it feel like a luxurious retreat. The condo was fully equipped with everything they needed. The location was also ideal, offering easy access to nearby shops, restaurants, and attractions. They were able to enjoy a relaxing and convenient stay, with everything they needed just a short walk or drive away. Communication with the host was seamless, and they were quick to respond to any questions or needs they had. They made the check-in and check-out process incredibly easy. Overall, it was a perfect staycation, and I would absolutely recommend this condo to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

it was great for our family especially our newborn baby. definitely recommend. wifi is great my son loved it especially it has netflix on it. very cozy and clean bathroom 😊

We had the most amazing time at Maria Adelfa's place. We felt right at home the moment we stepped in. It's so peaceful and quiet. It had everything we needed — from the full kitchen to the spotless bathroom. Not to mention, the host has been nothing but kind and accommodating from the very beginning. This is probably one of the best experiences that we've had out of all our accommodations at Airbnb. We will surely miss how peaceful and easy it was to stay there.

We stayed with my family during Christmas, from December 24th to 26th. The room was beautiful and amazing. It feels like home. Overall, it's a great place to stay in a bustling, developing area! The swimming pool was super nice and great for photos. Ms. Ailyn was accommodating and quick to address your concerns. Great stay. GREAT VALUE.

The place is peaceful and we love that the unit is in the ground flr. The balcony is facing the pool so we enjoyed hanging out there. It is also very convenient when we had food delivered coz we didn't need to step out to get the orders. The riders just handed them to us at our balcony. The place has everything described and has all the necessities. The bed is very comfy, sheets and towels were fresh. The host was very responsive and gave clear instructions. We actually booked his place twice and will definitely stay at his place again. We had a wonderful and restful stay. Oh and there's a 7/11 right at the main entrance of the property. Wet market is also very close where we got our fresh fish, meat, and vegetables. There's also a sari-sari store across from the entrance that also sells cooked food (carenderia). Pharmacies and bakeries are also close. You can drive there and park at 7/11 or you can take a tricycle. The location is great and the place is wonderful!

In der Unterkunft hatte man alles was man braucht sogar eine Waschmaschine:-) Der Pool war schön . Dana Joy war hilfsbereit und gut zu erreichen.

We had an amazing stay at Julie An’s Place during the Sinulog in Cebu City. The location is ideal, just a stone's throw away from Ayala Mall and conveniently close to the main street. The accessibility made exploring the festival and the city a breeze. The host's responsiveness and proactive communication truly stood out. Any questions or concerns were addressed promptly. The flexibility with check-in and checkout was a major plus, allowing us to make the most of our time in Cebu. LOCATION: It is near the IT Park which is very accessible to many shops. CHECKIN: Hassle-free. You just need to show ID to the guard for processing and you’re good to go. PLACE: Very clean and a nice home to stay. The key provided is very handy which is good. HOST: Very responsive and is willing to cater to your requests if possible.
